Briefly describe nation's setting and tech level (include any technology not known to be possible today): Quickest summary is to imagine The Expanse; now imagine that with no unified Earth government, no Martian technological or naval advantages, more realistic propulsion technology (ion thrusters, light sails, nuclear thermal rockets, and Orion nuclear pulse propulsion), and much better biotechnology (pills/shots/gene therapy for gravity resistance, easier agriculture among the asteroids, information tech cybernetics for military personnel and mercenary/corporate hacker types). National space navies mainly fight pirates for a living, and keep peace among prospectors, mining companies, and other folks.
Does your nation utilize any elements/materials not known to exist? If so, briefly describe them: No (but we do have early-stage nanotechnology. Nothing like "The Diamond Age" but tiny medical robots are a thing, and the occasional swarm of self-replicating bots run amok needs dealing with

Has your nation visited, explored, or established habitable areas on any extraterrestrial planets/moons? If so, briefly describe them: SL has forsworn colonization and imperialism over civilian settlements, but maintains military presence on 16 Psyche by agreement with the Belt Federation. Several Lunar settlements consider themselves broadly loyal to SL, but no official political dependence
