Currently the Escocarian Empire is situated in the year 2065 and could be described as a technological utopia in regards to the rest of the world as it is the only nation capable of using practical fusion reactors, infantry-grade coil/guass weaponry and has an established, albeit minuscule, space navy.

Not to by Escocaria itself. However Wraithbone, from Warhammer 40k, exists in Escocaria's universe.

Are there any supernatural or fantasy features? If so, briefly describe them:
We have the Eldar, so that's a yes. The İmparatoriçe is also a Psyker although is currently unable to use her powers as she has no knowledge on how to apply it so she is currently as useful as a Latent Psyker.

Not currently although a lunar colony is planned.
