Hello fellow nations of the international community.

Today I come to you with a request that may be difficult to fulfill. As of recently, the region of New Texas has experienced the worst loss of nations within its boarders since its conception. At only four nations, it is loosing its once great power and is in need of assistance. If anyone has a suggestion as to how to reliably fix this problem and stop the death of this proud region, please send a telegram to myself (Lubti Islands) or my Vice-Delegate (The Peoples Republic of Dong).

Any and all help is accepted and appreciated. Please help make this region great again.
