Brief Bio: Talmal Ebed-Melech was born in Teman Province to rural aristocracy. His family had been granted land in newly settled lands in 1874, having been family retainers of the Shalmaneser Clan. Ebed-Melech and his older brother both took military service. However as the younger brother, Ebed-Melech chose to remain in military service. He spent 2 years at the National Military Academy and following this completed his education in the 32nd Hussars. He is unmarried. Ebed-Melech has been in action in Arcologia against insurgents and rebel tribesmen, in action in New Edom against the Free Congress, and had minor engagements during peacekeeping operations in New Othman.

In the regiment, he has served as a Platoon Commander, as Motor Pool Officer for the 1st Squadron, and was appointed Troop Commander following his service in Arcologia. The 32nd Hussars is an armoured regiment, and Captain Ebed-Melech is trained in tank APC and IFV operations and command.

He is an accomplished horseman, and has a 6 handicap in polo, which he is not able to play constantly, but plays several times a year non professionally. Ebed-Melech is also fond of studying scripture and supervising the moral life of his soldiers, organizing Bible studies and choir.

Lieutenant Ebed-Melech was recently promoted to First Lieutenant following the establishment of peace between the Monarchy and Free Congress in 2011. He served most faithfully and dutifully as Commander, 2nd Platoon, 3rd Troop, 1st Squadron of the 32nd Hussars which is under my command. His duties included training new personnel, conducting tactical operations, supervising accounting and logistics for his own platoon, and delegating authority and discipline within the unit with non-commissioned officers.

Lieutenant Ebed-Melech has earned three commendations during his service, and was particularly effective in providing armoured reconnaissance during the siege of Glasstower, where his skillful handling of both mechanized and dismounted infantry contributed very well towards our timely envelopment of Free Congress forces around that city.

Currently Mr. Ebed-Melech hols a brevet First Lieutenancy, but will receive a permanent grade if and when he completes a suitable course in command and communications with regard to armoured tactics from an internationally recognized military college. I could not think of a better one than yours. Yours is first on the list.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to welcome you as a student of the Hans von Riedel School of Advanced Armor here at Semnoz Proving Ground, Semnoz, Rhone, Neu Engollon for the 2010-2011 School year. After a background check and speaking to several of your superiors, including Colonel Prince David Obed, myself and the NEDF appointed board have decided that your qualifications are well up to the standards that we expect for prospective students at this prestigious academy.

You will be attending among the brightest, most capable and elite of the Neu Engollon Defense Forces, as well as guest students from all over the world. There will be a lot expected, but we hope to ease you in and know that the veteran staff and myself will be available to assist you and answer any questions you have, as much as we possibly can. Your academic adviser will be Major Frederic Thallen, who will help you to register for the proper classes needed and answer any questions you might have about our program. A catalog of classes will have been sent along with this letter and it would be best for you to review the selections in order to make the most informed choices. We have reserved spots in Armored Command & Communications and some other relevant classes for you, upon recommendation by Colonel Prince David Obed.

A room in our male student dormitories section has been reserved for you. We expect that the base housing rules and regulations will be followed. Due to the extremely restricted, secure nature of Semnoz, there are no alternative lodgings at this time available on or off base. In addition, as a foreigner in the most secure area of the Confederacy, we will need to issue special identification and papers in order that you can safely proceed to areas you must travel within the Semnoz restricted area.

Depends on the context, but I'm going to assume Military Intelligence in this instance. I don't think I used the term MI for anything else in this thread. I'd prefer students, but yes, there are still instructor slots available. Date is current MT/RL date, but as stated, I'm willing to work with people's canon if they need to show attendance or work experience in the past up to and including the near future. No late PMT or FT.

Brief Bio: Oberfähnrich Heinrich Muller, born 1981, has served in the Volksarmee with great distinction. His first assignment, just out of Warrant Officer school, was to serve as the Chief Range Officer at Alpirsbach Testing Facility, a military base used by the famous DWM design firm since 1963. This facility was plagued by incompetence and negligence, with little regard for safety, or observance of military protocol by Civilian contractors from DWM. During his tenure as Chief Range Officer, he was able to bring the facility back into order, and instate a leadership culture that over a decade later still lasts.
After serving honorably in this role for 6 years, Oberfähnrich Muller was assigned to the 12. Bayerisches Jagerbattalion as a part of an expeditionary force requested by the Free Port of Athens, as NATO forces were utterly unable to keep the peace between the numerous ethnic groups living in the city. During this time, he served honorably, receiving a professional commendation from the commanding Oberstleutenant for his leadership skills. His official duty at the time was as a marksmanship instructor, sent to ensure all soldiers fully understood their weapons and optics, and to maintain the sharpshooter's reputation that is expected of all Jaegers.
He has, with little exception, been a fairly well liked Warrant Officer, and does well in his duties.

Genosse Muller is a most excellent Warrant Officer, deserving of accolade for his achievements in organization during the ill-fated NWF trials (of no fault of his own). During this trial, he showed good leadership and organizational skills, and administrated the tests well. He offered valuable insight to the testing committee on the faults and benefits of each weapon, from both the shooter's perspective, and the soldier's. Although my time as his commandant was short, it was made clear to me that he is nothing but an asset to the Volksarmee, and I can only hope that he will be the one to take my office when I have retired.

It should go without saying that you will be teaching the brightest, most capable and elite of the Neu Engollon Defense Forces, as well as guest students from all over the world. There will be a lot expected, but we hope to ease you in and know that the veteran staff and myself will be available to assist you and answer any questions you have, as much as we possibly can. In addition, you will have teacher’s aides assigned for every class that you teach that will assist you in maintaining your curriculum, as well as administering exams, labs and any other such necessities.

Currently, we have an opening for a class in the curriculum, 'Peacekeeping Overwatch', as well as working the ranges, in order to instruct our students. 'Peacekeeping Overwatch' is one of our core classes and one we take very seriously towards our students development. We are confident that with your qualifications, you should be able to do a great job in teaching this class. There may be others we will need assistance in instruction further into the season.

As for travel arrangements, we have booked a direct flight from Munich to Albertville International Airport and will have a guide available to meet you at the airport to make sure you make your train to Semnoz from Albertville. Should you have any issues with this, please contact my secretary.

A pay schedule and salary offer is enclosed in this packet, along with your airline ticket. A single suite apartment has been reserved for you in the male officers' housing section on base here.
