Boring for you, I personally think killing off characters is a dumb move by any writer and is why I lost interest in Game of Thrones.

Oh where is fun and suspense in certain events then? This person fights another, he gets up and lives! And again and again and again, then there's no suspense or drama. There's a reason why GoT is so popular, it brings something new than the protagonist knowingly will live forever and his storyline is just commentary at that point, I do admit they may kill off characters too often but it's exciting and suspenseful. There has to be a balance of course not just they live forever or they die all the time, cliches will get boring and not entertaining at that point. Hate clichés, that's why Cirilla's movie industry is of ze best!

I go by the teachings of Star Wars endings. Don't make your endings happy to where it can be seen from a mile a way but don't make them overly sad to the point where it's stupid. If that makes sense. Have characters die but don't do it so much where the story is now worthless. Only do it if it improves anything like Luke finding out Vader is his father, losing his hand and then going to the death star and his father dieing when he turns good again. If that makes sense, again.
