What exactly might liberal conservatism be? Do you want to support totalitarian individualism as well?
I am a: monarchist, feminist, humanist, democratic socialist
Republics are never the answer!

Liberal Conservatism is actually quite simple. First and foremost isla bonitas would like to thank you for your interest in this diplomatic matter.

Liberal Conservatism is having wholesome conservative values with the understandings and sympathies of modern liberalism. An example would be a nation supporting gay rights(liberal) while allowing citizens to carry fire arms(conservative). World leaders must understand that because you vote one way on a topic, that you are not obligated to vote the same way on another. In a way liberal conservatism is really just about doing what is ethically and morally correct.

Ah, so it's basically about saying that ideas are not grouped together? We can get behind that.

That sounds like Libertarianism, or Classical Liberalism. I for one would recommend you look into it. :)
"At the point in time when bullets can pass through the interdimensional walls, when firepower takes up the entirety and eternity of space and time, all being stuck in a neverending life and death cycle as bullets recover and destroy their bodies in quick succession, no one able to think about anything but the sheer force of the bullets rapidly flying literally everywhere in the Materium, turning the Warp itself into nothing but a sea of semi-automatic weaponry, then there will be enough Dakka. Or atleast almost." - The Emperor.
