So I have a 3-7 day timeframe to kill 6.6(more than 6 less than 7milion(perfect right?:D) Alantanians.
A war will take to long and I have too many MDAs with other nations like: dash,Lin, mik, Ozzy etc
We could do a massive earthquake as the geology of Alantania would allow that, and an isolated volcanic eruption from Mt. Sharsuma can cause a tidal wave in that encloses Bay Area between Alan and R.R
The earthquake can result in wildfires as well, the disease can take advantage of the new set of chaos to quickly transmit.

Why the time limit?? There is no realistic way for 6 million people to die through any single event.... except for either multiple nuclear detonations or a meteor and both of those would impact the rest of the region. Just let alanatania die like every single other nation that cte'd off the map did
