I'm pretty new to Paradox, to be honest. I've recently been messing around with Extended Timeline mod on EU4, however, and doing a "Roman Mafia" playstyle is pretty great. Basically, I convince everyone around me to be my vassal. Everyone. Germanic tribes, little states on the Caspian, everyone, by force or otherwise. I've created a wall of troops to match Parthia without paying much at all in maintenance. I'm slowly annexing them all, and it's been good. My army is basically just there for rebel suppression until I get missionaries. I plan to forcibly convert all the Druid scum near me to Chalcedonism so that I can culture genocide convert them into loyal subjects.

I have a bad habit of editing save game files and using cheat codes. It's probably because I'm a perfectionist, I want to mould my country to be perfect, thought it also makes me a cheater.

You should try Crusader Kings 2. It's a brilliant game. Paradox Interactive have a great sense of humour, some of their trailers are absolutely hilarious.

EDIT: I use to play Total War games, though my favourite part of them was the campaign. When I discovered EU3 and other Paradox games about four or five years ago, I never went back.

Actually, no.

Louisiana State University is located within the city of Baton Rouge, which is also the Capital City of the State of Louisiana. Other ones are located in cities. The University of North Dakota is located within Grand Forks, North Dakota; University of Illinois is located within Champagne/Urbana, Illinois; Tulane Univesrity is located in New Orleans, Louisiana; and many many more. I don't think I've heard of any College or University that is within it's own stand-alone town.

University of Wisconsin Madison is right in the middle of Madison, Michigan Tech is right in the center of Houghton (or Hancock, I forget which one, they're effectively the sme city), and Caltech is inside of Pasadena. Universities over here have a habit of starting out away from things and then things move towards the university if it's successful. And most students can't live on campus oftentimes because there simply won't be dorms.

All citizens are obliged to vote in general elections, where they have a choice between multiple candidates in their constituency. Our parliament is compromised entirely of democratically elected representatives elected via instant runoff voting. So Ardoki is a democracy.
