Well hey, there's no state-sponsored genocide, and as long as you have a job and you're not in prison you're getting food and shelter and and clothing. If you're in prison, well... Have fun. The guards don't come to the screaming anymore. They kind of tune it out after a few weeks on the job.

I was suggesting that the death penalty for rebels, while not ideal, is certainly acceptable.
