had windows update shut me off about 90% through a post a while ago, you have my sympathies.

so far the current expansion claim (as far as I've seen) is Moorwhyne claiming Egypt.

also, I wouldn't know on benellux, I'd say ask the parties involved.

Well, France owned the rest, so should I return that to him. I know the Dutch personally, and he would probably take any land he can get right now.

I think they should be left open, getting that much stuff without any wars is a little bit extreme.

I am not really in need of Artillery, but warm bodies. These cold ones don't do shit. Lazy bums. But I will take them if you are offering.

I assumed it was me, I wrote that word for word in the letter to the caucuses, but idk.
