Defensive, if I attack the dutch (which I can only do if the Pact votes in favor for expulsion and war) and you attack me then Germany and Danubian Federation must aid me against you because you attacked me first rather than me attacking you. That's how a defensive Pact works.

ehem. not really. you would have declared war against the dutch first, then France would have come to their defense.

That is like saying "I attacked Poland, but the Danube came in to defend them making it a defensive war so I can call in everyone i have a defensive pact with"

The only colony I was allowed to have was Algeria. The French are known for fighting to the last man. Combining the military technologies of the Dutch and French and possibly other nations. We are a big ass obstacle.
