The Italians did it in the 1930s with tanks and still got their asses handed to them on several occasions before they managed it.

They were backed into a corner, you never mess with a nation who has everything to lose. That's why the Finns fought so hard, it's why the Soviets fought so hard, it's why the Chinese and Japanese fought so hard, it's why the French were willing to continue the war after surrendering and the British willing to do anything to protect their island. It's why the Vietnamese attacked so aggressively and fervently and why the Americans brought it in the Pacific, it's why the Yugoslavs and Poles went hard anytime they could under occupation. A nation that has everything to lose or has already lost everything is a scary nation indeed.

Germany, what kind of Peace would this include. I am up for the partitioning of Estonia, with Myself owning the North half and Poland the South, or Estonia as a free nation. I will not recognize Estonia as a Polish possession. Ever.

You do know he blockaded (which failed) my nation, stabbed it in the back by taking a territory who's sovereignty I guaranteed after I joined in a war on his side, and then gassed the people of that territory after I took it peacefully through military force...he's the only nation to use Gas against European citizens...the vast majority of casualties being civilians. He is also firebombing the Soviets after annexing part of their territory. Bulgaria if it had still been interested after its letter would've stood at 2 Nay, 1 Aye, 1 Vote to be accounted for.

Not saying I condone the Gas, or the firebombs(honestly, I strongly disagree with them, and so I am not willing to assist GraBgrund directly in any way until they are not being used). I just want to maintain my neutrality in this matter. I am sorry for offending you, I just disagree with you taking the entirety of GraBgrund in Europe for him taking Estonia through diplomacy. I would be fine with it if you were to simply liberate Estonia, or even annex it(though in that case I still wouldn't really consider it a liberation war). However, if the cost of sticking to what I believe is right is the favor of Poland-Lithuania, then I suppose I will not have your favor. Even so, i wish you and your people the best, even if the feeling is not mutual.

also, i realized i phrased the withdrawal badly, so i quickly changed it.

From "due to their actions in their war of conquest against Grabgrund."

To "due to their war goal in their war against Grabgrund."

Saying your actions implied that i thought what you were doing was unethical, while I truly disagreed with what you are trying to get out of the war.

If I may, GroBgrun took the Kola Pensisula and Soviet got mad. Both sides were a little illogical there. Poland joined (I thought it was because it was convenient). At some point GroBgrun offered to partition Estonia with Poland. Poland said no. Russia withdrew from Kola and set most of it on fire. GroBgrun diplomatically annexed Estonia, Poland got mad. GroBgrun offered to release it, and Poland refused and said they were going to annex the mainland. Poland and GroBgrun (offered Kola to Soviet) both tried peace with Soviet. GroBgrun attacked Poland with fleet. Poland destroyed GroBgrun merchant fleets (and part of Netherlands) and mined ports. Soviet refused peace witn GroBgrun. GroBgrun tries to gas Polish troops, wich mostly hits civilians, apparently firebombs Soviet.

In conclusion, the side with the least atrocities is probably Soviet. (Which is sad)

Deminis, retcon this entire post. A) We only use weaponry when it actually existed (HEAT rounds didn't come about until WW2) and B) We don't make up our own weaponry, it had to have existed in RL. (10mm shoulder canons and those Druids and such you're building)
