The Dominion of Monocrat is having overpopulation problems with its national animal, the lion (Panthera Leo). Obviously, I do not wish to harm my national animal, but I am being forced to humanely cull the population in order to prevent a total ecological collapse. I instead wish to transfer the lions to another habitat, but until Monocrat expands greatly, that cannot happen without aid.
To that end, I invite any country with wide-open spaces and an abundance of prey to apply for an extraction license, which will allow said country to enter Monocrat and humanely capture a number of lions, to be determined at the time of application, to be transferred to that country. You may send any individuals you choose to retrieve your alloted number of lions, as long as the obey Monocratic laws and do not exceed their quota.
Do not apply if you intend to eat, imprison, slaughter, or otherwise mistreat the lions.
This is your chance to enrich the fauna of your nation and, perhaps, take care of overpopulation in species such as gazelles and wildebeasts. Apply by telegram to the Dominon of Monocrat; all messages routed to Monocrat through the World Assembly will find their way to me.
