All this talk of Reeducation camps... why do that when growing up correctly starts at home! All my Azen immigrants learn Japanese in order to become full citizens. I'll send Kimiko, because I'm too lazy make up a new character and she probably takes the cake for best CQC. And Ritsuko is more classified than the investigation on JFK's assassination. Nobody's going to know about her, ever. N40 is dead, and N101 is still in testing (despite the deployment to WPT).

I got the idea from two sources. The character herself is adapted from a character from a novel that I'm (ostensibly) writing. So is Kimiko, but Ritsuko is a clone of somebody else in the novel. The electro powers are very similar to that of Misaka Mikoto (the "Railgun") from the Toaru series. I've somewhat depowered that ability (Misaka can accelerate anything metal to mach 3, in a similar fashion to a railgun, hence the name) and added a little bit of realism and some fluff to help explain it more scientifically.

Oh, we just bring up Azen immigrants exactly like we do our own children. They learn Japanese in Grade and Middle school, and in Middle and High School they learn English. There are no special language channels, so the immigrants watch the same things as regular people. I expect that within 2 generations the only difference between Azen-Porteans and regular Porteans will be skin color. Culturally and linguistically, they will be identical.
