I have a bunch of old Kongo-class Fast Battleships I've modernized. The modernization is not unlike that of the Iowas, with Tomahawks, CIWS, and helicopters. They're currently in deep storage, and highly restricted, but I could loan them to you. They'd have to be crewed by my Navy personnel, though.

I never thought I'd aid Vanquaria, but that long mountain range you have in the north is a good place to put re-education camps and missile silos.
