RE: Letter regarding the formation of an International Alliance of Nations (IAN)
The Imperial Ministry for State Affairs is appealing to any Foreign Minister/Head of Government to initiate discussions in forming an Alliance of International Nations also known as IAN, the Alliance will be tasked with forming a defense pact to safeguard member states, we will also be initiating discussions on Education, Trade and Cultural Exchanges.
The Alliance will be headed by a Director-General who will be elected by a Council of four Councillors, the Director-Generals powers will be limited regarding the sovereign affairs of a member state but may pass resolutions to limit trade to that member state, the Director General must represent the Alliance abroad and further its interests.
