Today, the Panatikozkan Navy Orchestrated a training drill on infiltrating submarines using squadrons.
It is confirmed that the Panatikozkan Navy Soldiers can disable and control a 150 meter enemy submarine in 5 Minutes and 27 seconds using only a 5 man squad.

Exports to MICA

The Orostani Military has announced that technology to drive automated tanks, such as the one struck by lightning many months ago, and the blueprints of the MUOHT-5 and MUOHT-6 tanks could be for sale to other MICA members. Orostan has also suggested the construction of an Aircraft Carrier staffed with personnel from all MICA nations, and armed with weapons from all MICA nations, including the EE-1 Fighter Aircraft. Daniel Santos applauded the rejection of the Slavic State from MICA, stating that the SSS would've created a "difficult alliance". The Orostani military has also offered to find construction of the MICA military headquarters near the city of Palmas.

The Ministry of Foreign affairs released a statement denouncing MICA, a new alliance containing Orostan and Panatikozka. Panatikozka is notorious for its warmongering politics, and desire to fill Syria with mercenaries and disregard the needs for the Syrian people amidst the terrible humanitarian crisis. The Ministry said "MICA is just contributing to already high world tension, and an incite to conflict and instability. We request that MICA nations scale back their militarism, and cease threatening moves towards the rest of the world.

Inside sources from inside the capital of Zakaroth say negotiations there have come to a positive conclusion, we do not know the details at this time, but we know that most parties are happy with the outcome.

Vietnam has long claimed territory in the South China Sea, and following the victories in the Chinese border war in 2015 was able take over many Chinese positions. The Army of the Republic of Vietnam today moved to reinforce their territory in the region in response to the Panatikozkan naval deployments: anti-ship missiles have now been positioned in the Paracel Islands, the Zhongsha Islands (excluding Scarborough Shoal), the Spratly Islands, the Côn Đảo Islands, and all territory in the Gulf of Tonkin that is closer to the coastline of Vietnam than to that of any other nation. ARVN forces have also continued the construction of airbases in their territorial claims to deter foreign aggression against integral economic zones of Vietnam.

The French Indochinese Federation has continued it's French-sponsored operations in the State of Cambodia, aimed at increasing the quality of living following the fall of the last regime and transition from a war economy to peace economy. Employment is the Federation's number one priority.

Ease of relations with Persia?

The recent treaty in the DRS seems that Zackaroth and Syria are intending to work together to rebuild the nation over the course of many months. What was expected to be a very hostile meeting was reported to be extremely civil with only a few tense moments. However, the most shocking of this is the High Leader announcing he is is relaxing some of the border defenses with Persia and toning down naval patrols within the Gulf. These levels are close to what they were before Persia had reformed. The High Leader had said in quick speech, the Middle East has seen enough violence and anger for one year and that the approaching New Year should be seen as a sign of a lasting peace instead of the looming threat of war that has hung over the region since the early 1990s. Many anaylists are predicting this sudden shift is in result to the sudden rise of the MICA, who both Persia and Zackaroth oppose and almost went to war with one of the founding nations, Panatikozka.

The High Leader has also said he is relaxing border controls to allow Persians to visits Zackaroth and family member to be more in line with other nations.

Akksum Economic Imperialism, or just an outreach?

Following a monthly meeting in the capital of Axum, President Kidane Alem Daniel was stopped by press leaving the meeting. Like many other politicans, but this was quite strange. President Kidane Alem Daniel was stopped, and asked questions on his economic foreign policy. "President!? In your Economic policy towards Foreign nations, you said to personal aides that you would be willing to outstretch a "helping hand" to lower developed countries, if Akksum was allowed to get first dibs upon their Markets, and natural resources. Isn't that a form of imperialism, that you have been so firm against?" President Kidane then proceeded to refuse comments for the policy.

We have heard news of the possible return of King Kiros, or his brother who still lives within the country but had changed his surname due to the civil war. His name, Tabor Susnios Chirkos could be the legal heir to the throne of the Constitutional Monarchy of Akksum, as King Kiros has yet to return to claim the throne. If King Kiros does not return, blood work and DNA testing will have to be done to prove Tabor is the true brother of Kiros, or just an impostor. If he is, he will be inaugurated as the King of Akksum, following New Year celebrations, as a great new year for the nation, and good times to come." The news anchor said, a smile on her face as the Camera panned away for another segment.

Statement of the Prime Minister, Davud Akbar

While Zakaroth and Persia may have significant differences, we are firmly united behind regional security and peace. The Syrian Settlement is a diplomatic landmark for all time and we hope to see strong progress and success for the Syrian situation from this agreement, both Zakaroth and Persia will remember this as a great day. I am very happy to see the recent statement from the Zakaroth government, and I will emulate them. 2,000 additional Persian troops deployed for border security will be redeployed elsewhere, and traveling procedures between our two countries will be relaxed. I hope to see a new era of peace and cooperation in the future. Additionally, plans for our half of Syria are going well. Our 60,000 troops will continue to protect public safety, ensure stability, and defeat jihadist insurgents. On a different note, a few thousand government workers will be sent to improve and develop infrastructure, including homes, hospitals, and schools. Modern technology will be sent for such buildings. Plans for a pipeline from the Northern Syrian oil fields to Baghdad is already being reviewed, and plans to turn Deir ez-Zor into a more developed and stronger city are also under consideration. Affordable housing is expected to come, technology level bolstered, and the city is expected to become a major government center. New Tank in the Making
The Ministry of Defense has confirmed that a new tank is indeed being designed for the People's Army. The Zulfiquar III is the current main battle tank, and the Ministry of Defense said in an official statement. "We have recently concluded the designing phase of the new Zulfiquar IV tank, and are preparing to test prototypes." No specific designs have been released, and we wait excitedly for the new results.

New Battle Uniform


Today, the Calocilleran government presented a new battle armor technology to MICA, but the armor were only prototypes, and the government needs money to fund the new technology.

Panatikozka , Calindelo agreed to also use the uniform for their Army when it is already mass produced, but Orostan still haven't responded yet. (TG me man.)

Panatikozka Donated 12M $ to help fund this project,
Calindelo donated 1.5M $ to help this project.

The prototype uniform consists of...
HDAwHUD - (Head Defensive Armor with Heads Up Display) Twice as bullet resistant than a normal combat helmet, Heads up display can display Augmented Reality sights and weapon lasers.

LBRTV - (Lightweight Bullet Resistant Tactical Vest) The vest weighs only 26 pounds, and armor is spread across the torso, from the shoulders, neck and sides, but is less bullet resistant than normal vody armor.

FRCS - (Flame Resistant Combat Shirt) Sheilds the user from severe burns, also very expandable.

FRCP - (Flame Resistant Combat Pants) Sheilds the user from severe burns, also has a bullet resistant part in the crotch area.

Additional parts of the uniforms like gloves and boots are unknown. And will be announced later in the year.

The Finished product will finish mid January , And mass production will start in february.

Non - MICA members can purchase these armor, but its unlikely.

LARGE INVESTMENTS
After a recent bill passed by congress and passed by Joseph Lenin this passed week, the order has been given to improve public facilities.
Funding for improving Ladvania's humanitarian facilities have started at 8% and is expected to increase if done well.
The nation's top financial managers have been put to the task in organizing where money will be sent to; Public restrooms, public libraries, public transport, schools, and local clinics and pharmacies.
The capitalist country has funded pharmacies as well to ensure the health and security of the medial equipment and medicine as well.
This new project was made possible though through the new better "place better people" law decreasing the government spending in defense and industry making defense 10% in government spending and lowering industry to 19% in Ladvania's national government spending.
To make this possible the government has stopped funding in areas of the military where the money is going no where like endless projects, and decreasing the amount in funding for businesses that can go on without government money.

The great, the bad, and the unholy.

"Following a recent investigation at a Maximum Security Prison within Kenya, Akksum. There was found to be a breach within the walls, sending the prison into a lock down. The prisoners cell that had managed to escape as it seems, was the Infamous, Yves Chabert. The whereabouts of the man is unknown, and it is suspected he had an accomplice to help him escape from the Prison. A bounty has been placed upon his head, dead or alive by the Akksumian government, of an upwards of 50 million dollars due to the heinous crimes he had committed und..." The news frequency became shotty, as the Camera switched from High definition, to a modern Computer camera. "I do not have much time, but hello fellow people of the world. I am Yves Chabert, I am back with my debut back into the modern world. Since I have been imprisoned I have watched the rise, and fall of empires within a span of a year. The Orostani government has requested that Panitikoza apologize for their actions aimed at South Oceanum. Panitikoza was the aggressor, and as such take responsibility. Orostani authorities, after reviewing the situation, have determined that Orostani weaponry will we withheld from MICA, and Orostan might leave the organization already if they do not apologize. South Oceanumian ambassadors have been invited to Zaragora to discuss possible Economic deals. Dlanod Pmurt has said that we should "gas them all" and that "Both of them are boat n*ggers." [Zackaroth]

Zackaroth unveils the PRISM Tank!

The Zackarothian arms company, WAREZ, has released its newest military weapon, The PRISM Tank. The the tank is an upgrade to the previously popular, R-10 or Popcorn tank. The PRISM also uses microwaves but unlike the R-10, the microwaves are focused in what can be described as a beam, unseeable by human eyes. The beam can melt through steel structures with ease and melt equipment and flesh of enemy troops. They describe the difference between the two tanks as the R-10 is made for clearing buildings and more for riot control. The PRISM Tank is stricly for military operations and is meant to kill rather then debilitate. The PRISM can focus on squads of enemy troops and vehicles and cause havoc amoungest living things and electronic devices, while the R-10's weapons make it unsuited to be used outside of a city and its area of coverage when not used on a building is rather negligible. Zackaroth has immediately approved the weapon to be for sale amoungest its Entente allies and with its ally in Akksum. The reason for this is unknown.

Recent Scientific Discoveries:

Recently NAF scientist, Donald Vanderbilt and his team of researchers in the University of Tenochtitlan has discovered a new property of some genetically engineered strains of plants. The most important of these newly discovered properties is the ability to turn harmful CO2 emissions, such as those emitted when during fossil fuels and converting them into ethanol. Dr Vanderbilt has been quoted on the subject, "These new developments could really revolutionize everything, we don't use oil much but if what we do use, can just have wastes changed back into energy? Weill.." He had a tear in his eyes at this point. "That would be like lasers making more Lasers..."

Green Cities:

Proposals by several local governments in Tenochtitlan, Havana, and Port-Au-Prince have gone through for so called, "Green City planning" What these proposals have enacted would be to have massive swaths of common land and rooftops within each city turned into arable land to reduce the local demand on land for food products. No word has yet been announced by these three municipal governments on these programs will effect run off.

Il re è morto, lunga vita al re!, (The King is dead, long live The King!), was heard today throughout the streets as the people of Bourbon mourned the loss of King Philip II and welcomed the ascension of Prince Emmanuel I to the throne. It was long suspected that King Philip II had health problems, but it was never officially confirmed by anyone in the government. A report was released this morning at 7 a.m. announcing that the king had died of pneumonia. A state funeral will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Naples Cathedral. Estimated attendance at the funeral will be in the thousands with people coming from every corner of the country. The new king is expected to speak tomorrow at the funeral and deliver the obituary.

Meanwhile preparations are already underway for the coronation ceremony that will be held at the Royal Palace of Naples. The event will be publicly televised across the entire nation a day after the funeral. The Archbishop of Naples, Emanuele Caracciolo, will crown Prince Emmanuel and bless his reign so God may guide him to rule the people of the Two Sicilies justly. The new king will be faced with many obstacles such as the Islamic insurgents in Libya and Tripoli. A new wave of right-wing populism is sweeping throughout the nation threatening the stability of the nation as a divide is growing between the nation's populace.

The Panatikozkan army and the Calocilleran army participated in a joint military exercise in the outskirts of Carnavaron. The Panatikozkan
1st Desert Warfare Infantry Division, 4th All Terrain Infantry Division & The Calocilleran 7th Infantry Division were being taught how to engage in desert warfare, how to survive in the desert, Etc. The training lasted for a few days. The Panatikozkan 1st Desert Warfare Infantry Division & 4th All Terain Infantry Division is now returning to Panatikozka.

After the exercise in Calocillera, another one occurs in Talingod. Consisting of Panatikozkan 3rd Recruit Infantry Division & Calocilleran 2nd Jungle Warfare Infantry Division. The men trained in surviving in dense forests, climbing trees, etc. The exercise will continue for a week to immerse the men being lost in a forest.

For the first week of the Calocilleran 1st All Terain Infantry Division & Calin 5th Recruit Division will train overcoming the cold temperatures of europe, they are also taught how to prevent hypothermia, Etc. While wearing lacking clothes.

For the second week in Calindelo, the soldiers are trained how to move without making noises while moving in the snow and other techniques moving and shooting in deep snow.

British Conservatives have responded to public outcry - from ruthless death machines in Zackaroth, to genetically modified plants in the Americas.

The Royal Air Force has begun patrols of British airspace in major colonies, while the construction of defences in Singapore has begun. The Government plans to decommission parts of the military as a whole to spend more money on education, healthcare, and the arts.
Several historians have mutually deemed the modern age as "The decline of British culture."

Britain has requested a "waste to power" initiative programme with Sweden.

LADVANIA BECOMES SKEPTIC
Today, president Lenin read the International news as any other morning but what seemed to be a normal morning turned otherwise as the president read "Calocilleran 1st All Terrain Infantry Division & Calin 5th Recruit Division will train overcoming the cold temperatures of Europe" The president is now seeing MICA as more of a threat to Ladvanian home ground security.
He advised the head of Ladvanian defense to contact Ladvania's allies of the issue.
The FSNL will keep a close eye on Calocillera and it's allies in the MICA organization.
The president has not said anything to the public but the news is up to read for Ladvanian citizens.

The president of Calindelo, Ludwig Krall, ensured Ladvania that they have nothing to fear of Calindelo, MICA has no intentions to invade, attack, or oppress Ladvania. President Krall told President Lenin to snap out of the paranoia. and instead focus on friendly trade with Calindelo and it's allies.

CALIN SPACE MISSIONS

After extensive planning of sattelites, the Calins finally launched a satellite in space.


The "Overseer-1" a Reconnaissance satellite to orbit across the northern hemisphere.

The president of Calindelo, Ludwig Krall gave the following statement: "This is a step forward for Calin technology and military. But we do not have plans to put men up in space."

Other's think this is a step forward for technology, but other people believe this is used to spy over the enemies of MICA

Orostan out of MICA

After aggressiveness by MICA members, The Assembly withdrew Orostan from MICA. MICA has been seen as an alliance of agressive states, attempting to use Orostani membership in MICA for their own gain. As Orostan does obviously not want to be used as a tool, it will be leaving MICA. All military designs have been withdrawn from MICA, the day before release. Investments into automating attack helicopters and aircraft has been increased, with lessons learned from the automated tank program being put to use. Some have suggested basing the programs off video game AI.

A NATION IN DOUBT
After this morning's news the Ladvanian president has ordered his Head of Ladvanian Defense to Contact it's personal allies of the odd training practices conducted by MICA in Calocillera.
President Lenin received word from it's allies and feels secure of any possible threat that ay pose.
Calindelo has also commented on the subject saying
"The president of Calindelo, Ludwig Krall, ensured Ladvania that they have nothing to fear of Calindelo, MICA has no intentions to invade, attack, or oppress Ladvania. President Krall told President Lenin to snap out of the paranoia."

And when Lenin was asked about this through his personal staff he disregarded it and answered
"although Calindelo is in MICA I ask for them to speak for themselves, as they are still different nations with different aspirations and goals, and when it comes to the safety*he emphasizes on the word* of the nation I must be paranoid.

[New Metropolitan France]

Oil import agreements signed

An oil import agreement was today finalized between the French Republic and Zackaroth. It is the first major increase in the quantity of oil being purchased from overseas since the end of the Persian Gulf Union conflict. In addition to this, Zackaroth experts will help the Republic of Vietnam increase the efficiency of it's oil production, while Metropolitan Algeria also continues to increase production forecasts. A smaller import agreement was also signed with Persia, and this is seen as perhaps being a first step in generating better economic relations with Persia following the resolution of a previous Entente-Persia dispute.

(Note: my own expanded production will not greatly effect the world price as the oil will not be exported)

Missile Test

The Sixth French Republic today announced that a missile test will be carried out in France. A M51 SLBM, a type which is being introduced into the French inventory, will be fired from Metropolitan France towards the coastal waters of the State of Cambodia. Although the missile is capable of carrying either nuclear or conventional warheads, the test missile will not be armed. If the missile successfully travels the 10,000 km distance to the target, which is on the very edge of it's maximum range, the missile's introduction will be accelerated as the previous M45 missiles are considered for sale.
