This thread is for the Global alliance for the liberal of all nations or GALAN that was agreed upon earlier by several nations for the original purpose of defending Azenyanistan.This is an alliance for all nations who want FREEDOM and self determination to thrive in their respective nations as well as safeguarding client states from imperialistic powers.
OUR PURPOSE
To uphold the 14 fundamentals of GALAN:
The 14 pillars of GALAN
1. A declaration of war to one member is an automatic declaration of war to all other members. (HOWEVER: A member that is at war with another power may choose to invoke the purpose of the pact or not depending if they have the capability to finish the war they are in on their own but if they clearly need aid, then it is the Axis member's duty to rescue the nation to their own initiative anyway. )
2. Assist non-member countries who are new, weak or developing.
3. Assist others by being a source of peacekeepers and relief.
4. Assist individuals and groups who stand in the name of liberation or in the name of independence.
5. Support all of the members of this alliance in all fields to make sure the alliance's power is not only reflected in its ability to fight but also in the ability to live, thrive and succeed.
6. Justice for treachery by foreign nations.
7. Securing stability of fellow comrade states.
8. To preemptively eliminate any potential threat to the unity and security of the alliance.
9. Stand up for progressivism.
10. Crusade against all forms of terrorism.
11. Faithful to the laws of war.
12. Protection of human rights.
14. Crusade against savage ideologies of extremism which are inevitable threats to this alliance of moderate freedom loving nations

PREFACE
Armed conflicts, despite the numerous international laws and organizations which attempted to enforce the prohibition of the use of force amongst the states in order to eradicate warfare, had continue to exist and dominated the NationStates political landscape. Today it remained as an integral part of a states’ policy in achieving its political goal.
In our brutal realist world, it would be unwise for a state which wishes to be an active participant in the international stage to wage warfare on its own, those which did usually found itself surrounded by hostile alliances and were ultimately defeated. To avoid such undesirable fate, and to offset such disadvantage, most states engaged in political and security alliances, acting under the concept of 'collective defense', working together with fellow like-minded states for survival and to increase its own strength.
However, without a solid organization and a sound doctrine, most alliance in the NationStates eventually failed, crumbled when face against the numerous horde.
The Global Alliance for the Liberation of All Nations, or also known casually as the GALAN, a newly created, untested alliance, is one of the numerous existing security alliance in NationStates, and like all rising power this alliance will soon be tested in the flames of war. While the success or failure of this alliance depends on the political responsibility of its leaders, and each individual member, in the battlefield the doctrine employed by the fighting forces would ensure total victory or complete annihilation of the GALAN.
