And my analysis from reading over your application (and this is one of the first times I've seen anyone link an exterior writing sample ), is that you are likely to be accepted. As another small island nation, ironically with very similar stats (Population of 37 million, armed forces of 50,000, reserve of 100,000), I've noticed it's not about the size of your military that makes or breaks you in a conflict, but strategy, and allies, and you'll fit in fine I'm sure
