Oh, very well. Bvordxa, formerly the Bvordexan Empire, is a historic nation currently within the Decis Confederacy. An opponent of the Chattakang Alliance, Bvordxa went from being a facist empire to a communist state to a failed state, and was annexed by Libraria and Ausitoria in 2012. Subsequently Bvordxa attained permission to become independent (but within the Decis Confederacy) in 2015, after international donors forked out half of the $24 trillion required to avoid a full-scale debt crisis, and after opinion polls suggested that if Bvordxa remained within Libraria and Ausitoria the sitting government (Liberal Traders) would loose its majority.

Bvordxa is currently one of the two major opponents of Ausitoria within the Decis Confederacy, an organization I RP directly when using full NS population statistics (it is a multi-regional organization of about 11 billion people - commonly referred to as the 'Outer Commonwealth'). The organization is dominated by Ausitoria via the use of what they call "pars-pro-toto implied confidence and totum-pro-pars-pro-toto implied confidence" - the first being e.g. if one organization simply needs to maintain the confidence of an organization to run it, then if the first organization has the confidence within 6 billion people out of the 11 billion people they must also immediately have the confidence of 11 billion people because 6 billion is itself a majority in 11 billion. The second does the same thing in reverse and simply says that if 11 billion say something, a smaller majority which is running the whole show must do what the 11 billion people want. This causes some resentment at all levels "loss of sovereignty blah blah humbug", but it is how a single organization like the International Commonwealth Agency runs seven proto-countries, six ausitorias, five secret things; four political parties, three common markets, two alliances, and a single bureaucracy.

(They're trying to make it eight proto-countries, seven ausitorias, six common markets, five secret things; four commonwealths, three political parties, two alliances, and one meritocracy. There is of course a definite danger that one of the primary purposes of future policy-making will be to lengthen the song).

Anyway, back to Bvordxa. It is similar to Eastern Europe, in matters of socio-economics, and politically managed like the authoritarian nincompoops that are increasingly predominant these days. It has a long land border with Ausitoria that Bvordxa thinks is in the wrong place (and they have a point if one looks at history but not at recent voting patterns). There is more opportunity for trouble-making there than anywhere else in the Decis Confederacy, although Ausitoria holds the purse strings, so there is still not all that much opportunity.

Basically it's down to Novo Wagondia and Flardania (who I just TGed) about whether the Judicial Committee would have let Moriarty attend WorldVision.

If the answer's no, I'll be willing to help Ardoki retcon everything involving Moriarty being brought to the IFC without getting too massively annoyed at the disruption.

If yes, there's still the question of how exactly Moriarty could have managed to escape; which will require some consultation regarding the venue, and probably require EMPs, sleeping gas, stunt doubles, and that sort of thing.
