What are you talking about? What makes you think I think I even need to have control over your trade? My point is, merely by trading with other nations, you are indirectly trading with Ausitoria, and nothing you say or do is going to change that. You don't even need to entirely exist, never mind agree to it. That should be patently obvious to anyone with a rudimentary understanding of the applicability of probability and chaos theory to economic approximations, in particular stochastic/brownian models. For God's sake stay on topic. And the significance of such trade is below the level of significance so it doesn't matter anyway - we're (literally) arguing about nothing important, the tail end of statistical significance, if you like.

And I'm not continuing any further discussion on the subject: there's nothing more to add, except perhaps a detailed explanation, but that would require probability density functions, and I'm not too inclined to bother - unless anyone asks by TG out of actual interest in the subject.

The issue here is you're attempting to control my canon on trade, which is god modding; you failed in that respect so now you're trying to make the point that "Oh, I trade with some random guy who trades with you, therefore I trade with you too." Anything to get away from the real world which is full of me losiing ym closest friends due to matters not concerning me, and the arguments in Empire of the Trident where they hate me forming a triple entente and call that warmongering, and argue over the littlest thing.

i understand a lot of people are like "n00ks r banned" but you can't rp like nuclear weapons don't exist.

We'll see I realized that in like 99% of cases even when nukes aren't banned you can still basically act like they are because very few people are actually willing to get their nation destroyed over anything except the absolute destruction of their nation.
In real life they call this MAD, it means Mutually Assured Destruction, and contrary to what some people believe it is a thing that exists.

The only time I ever seriously contemplated using nukes was the possibility of utilizing nuclear bunker busters (which are a tactical nuke and not a strategic nuke) to outright destroy a complex serious of mountain tunnels and bunkers that were becoming PGM sponges and that was only after the other player launched a bio weapon against our host nation (which was later retconned and the war remained mostly conventional). So again it never even came to the lesser scale of tactical nuclear weapons.

Hell, earlier this past summer Ardoki was on a thing about his "mass retaliation" policy, so I called his bluff and shot 60 cruise missiles just to prove that he was full of it...

Well, to be fair, I was going to retaliate (though admittedly, only conventionally) however you never responded to my diplomatic response so I never got a chance to retaliate. But it definitely would have been punitive, so it would be almost mass retaliation (somewhat).

It works, even though OOC policy keeps that from happening.

Well that's because you actually face destruction via conventional means. If the existence of your nation is at risk, it becomes a serious possibility.
But rarely ever (that I have noticed) is that the case, except for the recent Tarkanese-Whiteshore War, it's usually more along the lines of limited war or high seas conflict so nukes are never really in the question.
