It is very simple. The Government of the Empire of Greater Nihon simply does not trust Feng at this moment enough to let them into such project.

Technically, Nihonese are pretty... moved by colonialist policy launched by your government, since Nihon portrays itself as champion of anti - colonialist and anti - leftist (which is seen as equal ideologies) struggle.

Well I must admit that is quite heartening to see the IFC thread so active and lively once more. Regardless, I would like to announce that I will be returning to my post as speaker effective at 1:00pm EST December 16th.
