Look at me. I've been on here (*checks date*) for 10 Years and 354 Days. Think of how many people I've seen come and go, how many people I considered 'friends' on here come and go.

As long as you have a steady group of people that you can RP with, even if they are younger and older nations than yourself, and the Community in it's entirety is stable, you should be good to go.

As someone who makes mistakes all the time (we all do), the best thing to do is reflect, learn the mistake, learn how not to make the same mistake again, and keep RPing. I really do encourage you to keep RPing, and if you prove that you can improve I'm sure your old friends will have you back.

It is the fall, and many of us have gotten busy again, so I don't think it's so much a matter of the IFC falling apart as it's just that we're all not on here as often. Case and point, last time I was on was before the weekend, since I've been busy reading, and reading, and reading, ad nauseum, and yet I'm still nowhere to the point where I feel confident or comfortable with where I should be. :\ (As the train-wreck of my first endeavor into teaching a lab has shown today),... but we'll all be back on here from time to time, and maybe we'll even get more active closer to December like we always do. It's just the way things seem right now.
