Just because I don't like Cuscy doesn't mean I can't agree with something he says.
You have the same goals then: To have fun.
Your anger is preventing that.
Why don't you make up and just try to be friends with him for a while?
Have fun, not rant at him?

Could we please move away from baiting each other! I hate doing the old "general shame and blame" routine, but the past few pages seems to have people goading each other into this stupid argument from all sides! Elesar, please don't bring the venom against Cus, when it wasn't warranted. He never said anything against you personally (to begin with), so why start attacking him for a post that was never meant to be a slight against anyone... he was just commenting on his nicknames. Cus, Inyura, and the rest from SACTO, please try to refrain from posting responses that are going to push Elesar's buttons. Those of you in SACTO who are members are exempt from this statement, but I allowed the leadership from outside organizations free access to post on here out of good faith that it would allow us to talk things through much more quickly and easily, as well as create a sense of an accountable community within the IFC. Please don't make me question my belief, that you have the ability to conduct yourselves on here as if you were actual members. The rest of you who are IFC members, please don't jump in and push the pro/anti-SACTO agendas when this crap is going on, it only makes things worse. I'd really like to have a more elqoent message, or deal with this a little more fairly (over TG) but I'm tired and don't have the time.

Seconded... how is leaving going to help? It's the same thing I tried to get across to Lib about the concept of "taking your bat and your ball and leaving" when things don't seem to be going in your favour. Here's the reality, life isn't easy, and living with other human beings isn't easy. Giving up is a simple way of getting out of things, but it also doesn't allow you to learn much from the experience. I'm not saying that you and Cus need to grow to become friends, but sometimes you need to have people around you who get on your nerves, to be able to learn from other people's points of view, and hopefully understand each other, so you can avoid pissing each other off.

I know this. If he would simply stop posting stuff that pisses me off then we wouldn't have this issue. I avoid SACTO in every thread I post in except for this one, and if he's not gone, then I am.

You may not feel like it right now, but you're a valued member of this alliance, and it would be sad to see you leave.

You know, you could just ignore the posts... they're never directed at you, and it only means letting yourself get upset by them. If I had a nickel for every time I got upset for everything that I interpreted negatively on the IFC signup thread alone, I'd be a rich man! (I'm not kidding! Aviran's comments after the spring election really pissed me off.) Eh. I've not really done anything other than bitch and moan. Not really very valuable if all I do is start fights and make problems larger, no?

The United Left/Commonwealth of Socialist States both are left wing alliance.
IFC tends to swap between center left and center right, and we're basically the centrists of the three.
OOC: So is the santiago anti communist treaty alliance a fascist alliance and the united left commonwealth of socialist states a communist alliance?
And does this make the IFC like NATO? Or the EU?

Objection.
We have single fascist in our alliance as now, and this "fascism" free - marketized and turned into conservative version of Arab nationalism long ago. We are mostly right wing conservative / capitalist group that stands against all forms of socialism

That really seems like a breach of confidentiality, does it not? "Civilized" nations tend not to do that. Don't do that.
Of course, USC also conducts enhanced interrogation. It's more with drugs, especially those that soften the area of the brain that tells truth from lies, but it happens. It's nasty, but necessary. No water boarding though.
