Haven't really had IC relations with him but I would love for a chance to get to be in a thread with you two. Although as of right now Mizrad doesn't even know it's you causing trouble in Bluewell so getting involved in UWO-GD relations right now would be a bit odd haha.

Knew I'd forgotten to include a clause on them - I certainly intended too.

Anyway one could always argue that biological weapons could be considered barred on the basis that their use will always constitute a mass civilian attack, I expect chemical weapons might also be barred on the basis that they are torturous weapons. Perhaps excessive use of cluster munitions and uncleared landmines also.

But that would leave a lot if discretion to interpretation by the executive or the judiciary or the council. Any opinion on the suitability of an 'act on inappropriate weapons'?
