Please relay all thoughts, ideas and other discussion about Dark Space Rising here while out of character.

*Faction heads are considered candidates to be CO-OP heads to be with the OP in a 3-member panel that is evenly distributed than say rather than full panel coming from one faction showing favoritism. At anytime CO-OPs may resign and the OP will select new CO-OP members.



BACKGROUND

In the interstellar age, history has seen civilizations that have flourished and some that have fallen. Terrorism has brought them to the brink of extinction due to the rise of cartels masked behind enemies in the shadows. During the dark times even the most evil civilizations forged alliances in desperation to hang onto their power. There is the alliances of good defending their ideals and freedom from their enemies. As much change that has occurred much as stayed the same. The difference is there are new governments vying for a place to stand out in the galaxy while other galactic nations have died off leaving an entire mystery why they disappeared into history waiting to be rediscovered again. The many crises such as wars, depressions, and peace has had their ups and downs. What will become of the future of space? Will the conquerors win or will the peacemakers win? As factions rise only they will determine how to write the future.

Fallen Star Nation: located in SE corner of around Tablatia in region: descendants of Jinauricians; official tribe name not revealed yet. The Fallen Star Nation calls themselves Tablatians also but they have another name that is shrouded in mystery.

Judruhin: Located in Caswijan

Kirozen: Located in Vothia

Gokhi: Located in Sciatho

Nihushi: Located in Hosmua

* Wandering Tribes: They considered to be a wandering tribe which means they claim no region as their home and move from place to place. So in turn they sparsed out among the planet Edenia. There could be other tribal members of these wandering tribes in other tribes in much smaller numbers. As Waponis seen in Northern Skarhiel and Tathana as well as Arikon in Iastrela and Acharia are in larger numbers.

Rules:
1) No Godmodding
2) No trolling
3) No excessive OOC. Ask Odinburgh by TG if any questions.
4) No alien race will be refused entry. Please ask what super-weapons, super-aliens, or super-ships is permitted.
5) Any Nation may join that is classified as a FT nation.
6)If any kind of moves are to be made with a character from a nation used by another nation just be sure to check with that nation if its okay to do so. Otherwise if a nation controls or dictates moves of another nation's character(s) without their consent, a forced signing of an agreement, etc. is not allowed.
7)All RP including you write is considered cannon. This why at the OOC page I have asked what your tech is also upon joining the RP officially.
8)Odinburgh (this RP's control manager) has last word what goes or not in the RP in terms of interpreting as godmodding, trolling, and what not other than the NS mods.
9)Any nation that creates something say like a new NPC race that nation has full control over it. Unless that nation wants to share their NPC creation with anyone else that is up to them to decide.


Rules of Engagement

Section 1-Any act of sabotage upon property or citizens in the IC RP shall be considered an act of war.
Section 2- All members shall respect the laws which are subject to obey within whatever space borders is designated to that specific government.
Section 3- All members of the RP may make agreements or have an understanding between two entities either with a said nation or organization.
Section 4- RP Members, whom are not part of this RP, should have no actions of aggression taken without proper or legal declaration of war.
Section 5- All members are eligible to face legal force if found anywhere in violation of the rules of RP in regards to a member or non-member of the RP.
Section 6- Any member of RP may submit new rules or amendment of rules in the RE in the OOC for Odinburgh's say of approval or disapproval.
Section 7- No military action without permission from the OP/CO-OP if there are any and with the people you want to engage with.


Time Advancement Policy in RP: Every five IRL days we all advance 1 IC day

Nation name: The Tophat Empire, or well, the the Shanig Sept of planets, as the rest of the empire is located in a different galaxy

Government Type: The empire as a whole is ruled by a Emperor elected by the council, the Shanig Sept cluster of planets are ruled by a member of the ethereal caste, elected by the council, and serves as a governor of sorts

Population total: The empire as a while encompasses around 1.5 trillion citizens, the hanig Sept cluster of planets have a citizen count of around 40 billion, give or take, spread over a total of 3 Hive Worlds, 4 Forge World, 1 Munitorium World(think a storage shack the size of a planet) and 25 Mining worlds, where 20 are staffed by drones only(except a small defence fleet that all the planets have). All of the planets are very much still colonies, and received the title of Sept(meaning a cluster of planets(think my nations version of a county) that are completely self reliant when it comes to basic supplies) just 2 years ago, due to this all of the planets are very much in a state of construction

Faction name:
The Corporate Covenant, The Covenant, the Covenant of Enterprises, or whatever they call themselves. They have many subsidaries.

Description of ideals of your faction: Cares only about profits, this faction seeks to colonize and industrialise worlds to make a profits. Will ally with anyone for a price, and falls under no government regulations. Utilises mercenaries and upgraded HALO Covenant warships.

Accepted.

Nothing from old RP will be counted as canon here. However there some events I have created early on myself before it all went haywire when I started the old thread which may be re-invented for a developed better storyline that I like to redo.

what i meant with not counting it as canon was that anything that my nation did in the old RP, i personally do not hold accountable to my canon, since i have reconstructed my nation pretty much from the ground up since leaving that RP.

Ahh... actually I'm RPing as a different nation, one with a little bit of historical spin off from the main empire.... Nemodians in Covenant spaceships... also, were a non-discriminating species. We like whoever is most effecient and useful.

Just don't use a Deus Ex Machina. That was what caused the old RP to go haywire.)

Well I just make my post in IC RP thread. Perhaps start of with a background of what is going on currently with your nation and then proceed after. Like me I have a ship near the El-Dara sector.

How I Factor Into The Story

My nation did send a ship to investigate the surrounding sectors after the Dark Age of Isolation (my way of making the events involving my nation in the old RP noncanon by having Flarbinia lose that information over centuries of Isolation) and stumbled on the ISS Valkyrie. However, unlike my encounter with ships that were displaced by an anomaly in the old RP, my nation will be more willing to negotiate with the captain of the ship due to lack of information on the subject.
