"Mr. Vitchell and Mr. Gonzales with all do respect I don't want other leaders thinking I'm drunk. I'll leave you to drink as you wish though." Ymira said politely.

Christina smiled "Cold shoulder huh? Or nothing smart to say back?"

"We shall keep it to ourselves," said Shelley, smiling.

He had his butler pull out another glass. "We have more than enough for everyone." he said. "Who would like the first shot?"

"I'll take the first shot. I think I am most qualified to taste good tequila," said Wart, standing up the suitcase.

Gonzales quickly poured a shot of tequila for Vitchell. "Drink away! I got some fresh tacos too, but let's save that for-"

He was interrupted by Ymira. "Hey, we're just enjoying ourselves until the others get here. It's a signature greeting in my home country."

Dean leaned over the table, and smiled. He was happy to soon start the meeting.

"Well before everyone goes silly I want everyone to look at my palace and city. Do you see all those artillery holes? Failure is not an option, if we fall, this war, this "joke" as some call it will spread all across the globe. Be careful around other leaders, if you piss them off you turn them off." Ymira said.

Dean leaned over the table, and smiled. He was happy to soon start the meeting.

"Would you like un poco de tequila wey?" Gonzales asked.

Gonzales looked at Ymira. Somebody's been dancing around the cactus, he thought, which was a saying in Mexico for someone who can't enjoy life. "It is a nice city, I'll give you that. I should take you to Mexico City one day in return. You can have some street tacos."

If not I suggest everyone focuses, please."

Dean began laughing uncontrollably. "I spent a few vacations in Cancun. Man, was that fun." He tried to regain his composure, but any attempt made him laugh more. "Man; Mexico has sexy women." For the moments after this statement it was silent, and then Dean spoke up, whilst staring at the floor.

"Sorry."

Suddenly, the butler brought two bowels of tortilla chips and salsa to the table.

President Marzio was enjoying himself after a stressful day. "This is great!" he exclaimed. He bit into a tortilla chip and smiled. "Nice and warm," he said.

[Vekalse]

Dean took a couple of chips in his hand, and dipped them into the salsa. He stuck them in his mouth, savoring the spicy mix of flavors that exploded across his tongue. "This is amazing," Dean exclaims, as he reaches for more chips.

(Btw, I love Mexican food in real-life. SO GOOD!)

Gonzales reached for some too. "Extra spice added!" he cheered. His butler added some silantro for flavor.

The Zanerians had never seen tortilla chips and salsa before.
"Interesting," commented Andrew.
"New," commented Shelley.
"I've never seen this before," said James.
"Can't wait to try it," said Wart.
"We're not in Zanera anymore," commented Martha.

Suddenly, Gonzales's phone rang. He ignored it, just wanting to enjoy the party. But then he got a text. He pulled out his phone, and it was from president Nieto. "Did you remember to cancel the mariachis?" it read. Gonzales forgot. "Uh oh" he texted back. He sat back in his seat, waiting for things to play out.

[Rezua]

Ymira hid the two emotions she was feeling at the moment, embarrassment and anger. Here she was holding a vital meeting in her country and all the other leaders were drinking, laughing and playing music. She was deeply offended, if this were in the USJR, even if it was just some tiny problem, these leaders would be serious. The Soviets wouldn't stand for their behavior. Their behavior now made something very clear to Ymira, these people didn't respect her or Rezua. Drinking and partying during a important important meeting was just mocking her. She was the little fool of the world. Then the flint hit the steel in Ymira's mind and she clenched her fists but hid them behind her back. If she didn't control these people before the Soviets got here they'd think she was weak. "Excuse me!" Ymira shouted above the music "Is this how you act in all meetings. Partying and drinking? Do you know how many leaders find it offensive to be drinking and, for godsakes!, eating? Disrespecting me is one thing but disrespecting the importance of this meeting to stop a war is unacceptable. I don't care if you hate me but I demand that you give Rezua and this meeting the same respect you give to every other major country you meet with. Now please calm down before reporters start snooping around."

[United Soviet Jason Republic]

Minister Isaac Leon sat seated next to Ymira. He did not hold a beverage, but instead held a tablet, which he appeared to be taking notes on. The diplomat was quite serious and shocked at the behavior seen in front of him. However his fifteen years of diplomatic experience taught him not to show it. On the inside however, and on his tablets, notes were made. Every time the west gets involved these fracking idiots don't know what they are doing. Fixing his red tie, Isaac spoke for the first time.

"I find it quite fascinating that you are all willing to intervene in eastern affairs with the drop of a hat but cannot scrounge up the courage to confront your mistake."

Isaac let the words sink in. They were a tactical remark to offend, and get the ball rolling.

"If all of you really cared then you would sit down and talk. I don't know about you but at the moment the Soviet Republic is prepared to move against the enemies of Eranshahir. If you are all interested in avoiding a crisis I suggest we hammer something out before we reach the point of no return."

The Minister waited for the shots back. He almost smiled with his remarks. If it was any other meeting he would have been fired for making those remarks to the several allies in the room.

I know that Iackstorm attacked Al-Ahsa when they entered Yaramaqui. PLease tell me if I've left something out."

Yes Yosun is a situation that we must deal with, but democracy is democracy and elections are elections. We cannot deny that as people who cherish freedom." Isaac looked around the room at the leaders. "The Iackstorm attack, and western declerations of war, are simple unjustified in any regard and jeopardize international stability."

[Capsland]

Ambassador Yvonne Renard stepped out of the limo. She looked at the city around her. It looked nothing like the cities back in Capsland, whether that was good or bad she had yet to find out. She walked up the steps where she was meeted by a guard or some sort.
"Good evening. I am the envoy for Capsland" She stated, almost proudly.

"Through the hallway and the door on the left madam."

"Thank you"

She walked into the luxurious building and eventually made her way to the meeting room. As she walked into the room to noticed that some of the leaders appeared to be drinking. 'They're either nervous or stupid. Probably the latter.' She made her way to the seat next to the delegation from Vekalse after greeting the room with a bold "Hello".

She sat back and listened to what the leaders had to say on the delicate situation.

"Are you suggesting that all relief aid goes through your nation?" Minsiter Leon asked. "I think such an idea will only hinder tsunami relife and recovery efforts and delay the delivery of material that can save thousands of lives and rebuild millions of them. The USJR goverment believes that all civilian aid and search and rescue teams are allowed, but the sudden and unprovoked deployment of western military units in the Middle East is uncalled for, un-needed and will only add to the tinderbox of the present situation. The fact of the matter is clear: Iackstorm started the shooting. They should be held accountable for their actions. In order for another incident not to occur foreign nations must withdraw units tasked to the area as a result of the alleged, and untrue, accusation of invasion. This will de escalate the situation and prevent sudden escalation."
