The Caliph stated, "Perhaps you were not able to hear, or perhaps you chose not hear what I had just said. Within Yosun, the only areas with significant damage, like you are describing, is the north. The North has the lowest population in Yosun, and is the area where the majority of non-voters occurred. In the south, Roads are intact, there are no gas leaks and fires as you describe. Within the north, people went town to town, village to village, on the back of camel and horse, and collected votes of those who were able to do so. A world did exist before roads, before internet and television, and before computer polling. In fact, that world existed in Yosun and Al-Ahsa just a mere 50 years ago."

Description: After the Rezuan Peace summit it was declared that USAPKs would be deployed in the area of "Caliphate", Yosun, Iackstorm, Eranshahir and Yaramaqui. This resolution works in coordination with the
Between The Kingdom of Al-Ahsa/The Commonwealth of Al-Masri Caliphate And The Federation of Iackstorm
Worried about the outbreak of conflict and the unfolding humanitarian crisis in the areas affected by the recent earthquakes/tsunamis
States that it is the Security Council's goal to protect civilians, prevent conflict and act in emergencies.
Declares that the USA must deal with these crises by
1. Observing the immediate cease fire between Iackstorm and Al-Masri Caliphate by
A. Sending observes into Yaramaqui and the Iacki-Al-Masri-Eran. boarder for a period of four weeks
B. Observing the withdraw of military combatants from Yaramaqui
C. USA peacekeepers are sent into Yaramaqui to oversee the recovery effort.
2. By tasking the General Assembly with the following tasks:
A. Creating a crisis sub-committee to deal with the humanitarian crisis in the region.
B. Updating the elected USA SC member list to reflect the current world situation.
i. This election should be done in the next three weeks and nations will either nominate themselves or others to join the SC.
