Declares that the USA must deal with these crises by

1. Observing the immediate cease fire between Iackstorm and Al-Masri Caliphate by
A. Sending observes into Yaramaqui and the Iacki-Al-Masri-Eran. boarder for a period of four weeks
B. Observing the withdraw of military combatants from Yaramaqui
C. USA peacekeepers are sent into Yaramaqui to oversee the recovery effort.

2. By tasking the General Assembly with the following tasks:
A. Creating a crisis sub-committee to deal with the humanitarian crisis in the region.
B. Updating the elected USA SC member list to reflect the current world situation.
i. This election should be done in the next three weeks and nations will either nominate themselves or others to join the SC.

As the arguing rose again, Gonzales simply slipped back into his seat. "Put the tacos away. Apparently we're not finished." he whispered in Spanish to his butler. The butler nodded and pulled the taco truck away.

Gonzales spoke up again. "There is always a solution to this type of situation. You can all do your propositions, but I need to know if there is still going to be a second referendum."

"I do not agree with this resolution, And I shall not agree to to it, into the situation in Azarah is examined in a more efficient fashion".

As the arguing rose again, Gonzales simply slipped back into his seat. "Put the tacos away. Apparently we're not finished." he whispered in Spanish to his butler. The butler nodded and pulled the taco truck away.

"I have already stated, I will agree to a second referendum only after the millions in Azarah who are now homeless have a home to live in again. Once stability has returned, a second referendum will be held, but not until that point."

Looking around the table, he continued, "I direct this at no single nation, but as a warning to be heeded by all. Any attempt to force the Al-Masri Caliphate into complying with the wishes and desires of Western Powers will be viewed as an act of aggression. I have come here to negotiate, on good terms, peace between Iackstorm and the Caliphate and Eranshahir. As Iackstorm has agreed to withdraw their troops, so too have I."
