Jess nodded. "Yeah, Atlas is great and all but they aren't a true Loftus team... Sporting plays right outside downtown and Atlas plays twenty minutes away in Scarborough. Most of Atlas's fans are from outside the city and if you actually go past the metro area into the actual city, you'll find that most people support Sporting CC and AFC CC."

She was silent for a bit before continuing. "Thanks again for coming over here and sitting with me... It means a lot."

Ji An
"Your Welcome" Ji An said softly. "Can you come to my room tonight, I think you need to know a few more friendly people and I would like to hang out. We could play my V(virtual) Station and have a World Cup 72 tournament. Give you a good time." Ji An added as she reopened her novel.

"Then let's go on in," Mikhail said, holding the door for Nita, "it looks like a nice enough establishment."

Nita went inside and found a table by the window, looking through the menu. "Looks like they have traditional food from this area, what do you want to order?"

"No clue," Mikhail said, "it's all completely foreign to me, and I doubt there's a restaurant serving food I'm used to in this city. I'll just pick something at random and order it."

"I'll be there," said Jess, smiling. "I was gonna go to bed early tonight, but this sounds better."

Tarik

"I wonder if there's any clubs around here we can head to," Tarik suggested, following Mavis and putting his arm around her.

Axelle spoke up. "Well... I was wondering whether Mavis could show me the way to the room before we left... carrying this luggage everywhere would be kinda inconvenient."

"I'm not very picky, I'll have whatever you're having," said Nita, browsing through the menu.

Tarik

Tarik frowned when Mavis shook him off, and he took out his notepad and starting writing some stuff down.

Axelle spoke up. "Well... I was wondering whether Mavis could show me the way to the room before we left... carrying this luggage everywhere would be kinda inconvenient."

"Oh, I'm fine with that," she said, shaking Tarik off. She wasn't really in the mood for that, anyway. "C'mon." She turned and walked towards the dorm, addressing the crowd behind her with a Schwarzenegger-esque "I'll be back!"

"So, uhhh... What's the United Federation like? Or isn't it Free Union now?"

Axelle walked alongside Mavis towards the complex, and smiled as she mentioned the FUA. "Yeah, it's the Free Union... well, since Whittemore took over office, anyway. I grew up in one of the richest parts of the country, Defense. I'm really lucky to've lived there... plenty of kids wish they could. How about you? Is Reach as nice as I remember? I spent an entire summer there back when I was 12 or so."

"I'll be there," said Jess, smiling. "I was gonna go to bed early tonight, but this sounds better."

Tarik

"I wonder if there's any clubs around here we can head to," Tarik suggested, following Mavis and putting his arm around her.

Ji An
"Great I will see you later" Ji An said with a smile. "Well I can't leave Anja waiting any longer. I'm glad I made you feel better, I can't wait for tonight." Ji An said cheerily with a wave as she walked towards Anja.

Salman nodded, seeing the girls go off. "They're hot." He chuckled. "What about the United Federation girl..?" I asked, trying to make sure no one understood what I what I meant.

Jess nodded and went back to looking at her phone, feeling a lot better. Anja grinned when Ji An got back to her. "I don't know how you got her to talk, but whatever you did seems to be working," she chuckled.

"Yeah..." replied Tarik. "And the girl from the United Federation, she's single if that's what your asking, cause she just got here."

"It's probably nicer from a hotel than the street below it, but I'd rather be on a Valdian street than a Carlossian street. The government has a bleeding-heart policy on welfare, so that's nice. It's a really nice city nonetheless."

"That's cool," Axelle started, but she didn't want to ask a lot about Mavis' time there, knowing that she had it rough over there. She quickly changed the subject. "So, how long have you been here?"

"Yeah..." replied Tarik. "And the girl from the United Federation, she's single if that's what your asking, cause she just got here."

"Oh really?" Deian said raising his eyebrow. "Interesting...."

Tarik sort of knew where this was going so he raised his eyebrows in interest. "Why, you want to make a move on her?"

"Well... she is... uh.." Salman started blushing. "So, Chinese guy, what's your name?" He asked Anqing. Tarik started speaking and Salman frowned, before trying to get it off.

"That's cool," Axelle started, but she didn't want to ask a lot about Mavis' time there, knowing that she had it rough over there. She quickly changed the subject. "So, how long have you been here?"

"A few hours." She chuckled.

Axelle laughed. "Oh. Thought you've been here for at least a few weeks. Got any siblings here?"

KDPF - Kwadaian Police Force
A group of four police officers ascended the stairway up to the fourth floor of the Imperial School of Yafran. This was the first time they had ever been asked to come to a school in Yafran. Usually there never was any trouble, but now there was an attendance including numerous foreign exchange students, some of whom likely came from countries where there was no strict, restrictive laws that tightly prohibited all forms of crime. Kwadai was a society built on order, structure and respect, a culture the people and authorities wished to uphold. "Asalamu alaykum", Saeed al Maliki, the head of this delegation said walking over respectfully to the head of the school and kissing him on each cheek as was the most typical traditional greeting in the country. "Walaykum asalam", Mr al Rashid responded once the greeting session was completed. "As you know we have had a student who was raped, last night apparently. She was forward enough about it. Would you like to speak to her?", he offered and was met with a curt nod from the police delegation.

Ji An looked back at Jess noticing she looked happier before facing Anja again. "I worked my magic." Ji An said with a wink. "So I'm inviting Jess, Keitaro, Jacqueline and Sylvain to my room tonight to hangout and have a WC72 tourny on my VStation, 5 is such an odd number and if we had 6 we could play two on two....." Ji An said inviting Anja

Axelle laughed. "Oh. Thought you've been here for at least a few weeks. Got any siblings here?"

"No, I..." She looked at the ground. "My siblings are-" she paused. "I don't have any."

Axelle figured out what Mavis really meant, and immediately changed the subject, again.

"So, I'm guessing you're starting class tomorrow?"

Jess nodded and went back to looking at her phone, feeling a lot better. Anja grinned when Ji An got back to her. "I don't know how you got her to talk, but whatever you did seems to be working," she chuckled.

"If you're asking me to come then sure, I was going to spend the night working out for the weekend but I guess I do need some relaxation time after everything that's been going on," said Anja with a smile.

Jess saw some people in what looked like police uniforms approaching, so she got up to see if they were here because of her. However she spotted Martin approaching also, so she went to him first to see what he had to say.

Martin was worried about approaching Jess, especially after her distant reaction to him at breakfast. Deciding she wanted him to keep his distance, he'd stayed away for a while, however spotting the police men filling him with concern with every second, he made his way up to her and gently put his arm around her shoulder.
"Feeling any better now?" he asked in an almost conspiratorial whisper. "Oh...and are those lovely uniformed men here in aid of this?"
