Image About 6'5", with a rather dull body type (Meaning moderate musculature and suited to some physical activities) (OOC: Whoops, forgot about this part.)

Short Bio: Relatively older looking for a 17 year old, Jacob has had a rather vivid life, such as witnessing a violent mugging-turned-murder by an augmented criminal at age 10, and being struck by a speeding car at 15. Other than that, Jacob has been mostly sheltered in Old Arlington throughout his life, and had only just started living in New Arlington for less than 8 months before being selected to replace David Pearce for the IESP program. Rather unbeknownst to him, Jacob was also selected due to his anti-augmentation stance (meaning no bio-chips or other voluntary replacement body parts), and his inviting persona.
Religion: Atheist, as is common in the nation
What Accent Does the Character Have and Other Information Tidbits: Accent is a North Texan accent (mainly a Midwest accent with a hint of Texan), and is notably a quiet, yer gravelly tone. Also unaware that his arms were almost torn off in the aforementioned car accident, and as such replaced with augmentations, albeit limited in strength and covered by his skin. He is also traumatized from the mugging incident, and as a result, terrified by the sight of augmented people, as well as just anyone out at night or in the early morning.
