Well seeing as the tattoo place isn't really central, they might want to take the metro to the city centre. Just think over the top and expensive shops and there's your answer. Kind of like Dubai Mall.

Ah okay any train in particular to take at the metro?

Use the blue line, the nearest station to Anja and Ji An would be Al Wasl Metro Station. The station they would get off would be Yafran Marina Station. In regards to the shops in the mall just choose anything from this list here and you'll be fine.

Quebec is a french hong kong, it's bilingual so english works too

It's after school so walk around and interact with someone, for example a character from Kwadai, Mellburg, or my other character Keitaro.
