Hello Rowland! Tokoto calling, here is the-. The screen goes black. The sound is lost momentarily, before the sound comes back but not the video stream. It appears there is a connectivity problem. I do apologise, but I will proceed to call out the Takayite votes without you seeing my lovely face! Haha! Well, the first 7 results will appear on screen, but not me apparently.

The Gregoryisgodistanis in attendance stand up and bow deeply to Lord Almighty Gregory. Then he continues speaking.

A random citizen of New Llamatyville appears on camera sitting in rubble and destruction. Most of his hair has fallen out and he is dying slowly and painfully of radiation sickness. A famous actor from New Llamatyville was supposed to appear, but he died in the nuclear attack along with everyone else except for this one person who somehow survived. So he’s doing it even though he sounds like he’s dying. Well, he is dying, so there’s that. Nobody knows who he is, but he quickly solves that.

“My name is Jason Creddings and I am the sole survivor of the nuclear attack, it would appear. Here are our points. Not that it matters now. People were so preoccupied with the nuclear attack they didn’t vote. Except for a few psychopaths far away from here who didn’t care that thousands of people were dead. So the votes reflect that psychopathy.

Max Hardwell: So, with apparently no interval and voting commencing, I guess we should take the time to review on our entries. Sonya?
Sonya Portelli: It was definitely a brave entry with our winner, that won by one vote, but I just don't think the multiverse is ready for hip hop
Max: No, not at all. I guess it's just too different. You know, we've always pushed the boundaries.
Sonya: I hope we send in another disco entry like our debut, or a classical one that we sent ages ago. Those were nice. But yeah, this one is like a story, and it's hip hop and that's why I like it so much. It's popular with the youth, that's for sure.

Max: Well, onto the other entry, the Pullman Diplomatic Offices entry.
Sonya: Hmm, well. I'd go as far as to say that was the best one yet. The music wasn't creepy or funny (in the bad sense), and was in fact composed by a pop star in that genre, so it's different to her usual fare.
Max: Also the staging too. It's the most elaborate yet -- pouring gruel over the audience, handbags, the old guards with the tasers. It's got it all, hasn't it?
Sonya: Yup, definitely. And it's a political satire about the politics of WorldVision, so it's got that impact as well. Make the other nations think about themselves. I really do think it's the best one yet for the Offices.

Max: Onto WorldVision 40... Electrum has decided to bring back the losers of the old selection contests, with an undetermined amount of winners being able to compete in WorldVision for the landmark edition! Who knows, maybe one of your favourites will re-enter?
Sonya: I hope so, surely this will be a well fought contest, and we hope to see you there.
