Opening Act| Sjuzé - Einale Ega (I am)

The accusative endings (öny, öna, önyr, önarre) aren't pronounced in speech except when used with the persons (Eg, Es, Ele, Nosa, Nesa, Iltr)

The stadium is dark and the crowd is waiting in anticipation. Fans from across the multiverse wait eagerly for the contest to begin. People murmur and talk amongst each other and there is a general buzz. Waving flags of all the competing countries can be seen and the atmosphere is immense. Then, a Countdown appears on the background. The audience begin counting along as the clock goes down to 0, each second being chanted. The audience cheers as it ends and suddenly the stadium is lit, as the opening song begins.

(As the intro is played, the background shows fiery designs (think the Baku 2012 Eurovision Logo). As the main melody begins playing, the lights flash , and they are orange to match the fiery graphics. Sjuzé can be seen in this dress and her backing dancers, who are positioned on the sides of the stage and who begin to do a belly-dancing like performance. As the verse begins, they begin to perform some bodily actions to appeal to the men and other women in the audience, and it pretty much stays this way until near the end.

Vouale ega esdela adorelöna [I want your love]
Vouale ega esdela baisöna [I want your kiss]

(The dancers form a circle around Sjuze and dance whilst clapping, whilst pyrotechnics fire to the beat. As the verse begins, the dancers go back to how they were)

Vouale ega esdela baisöna [I want your kiss]
Vouale ega esdela saeöna [I want your touch]

(Sjuzé walks up to the platform at the front of the stage as this section begins. She appears to go mad, but this is acting and shows how in love she is with the man she is singing about)
Einalest esa esöny béb [I am yours baby]

Ooooh

(The backing dancers join her and they all perform a belly dance routine whilst the final chorus plays. Pyrotechnics go off again)

As the performance ends, the host - Susanne Reija walks on, to cheers from the Normand and Brittanniot crowd and applause from the general audience. She reaches the front and begins to speak to the audience.
Bonjasorlí Cherbourg, Good Evening Multiverse. Welcome to World Hit Festival!(There is a large cheer from the crowds). We have just heard the fantastic Sjuzé, who helped Normandy and Picardy win last contest. I am glad to welcome you to my home city, and the people of this country are happy to welcome you here. The contest is simple. An act from each competing country will perform, and then you will vote. Each country will then reveal their votes, with 5 for the favourite down to 1 for the least. The country which ends with the most points wins and has the right to host the next contest. Right, let's get on with the show!

False Remedy - Hiding Secrets From Myself
Tune:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJRP3LRcUFg

False Remedy are on a platform in the center of the stage. Martin Selmer, the lead singer, is in a long black robe and has a white face and hands. The rest of the band are dressed in pure white. On the stage, a strange playground scene is unfolding. Two spacemen are on the swings, a group of ballerinas take turns down a slide and a man dressed like Martin and a man who appears to be like a depiction of Jesus are on the seesaw. Martin lifts his hood to reveal bleached white hair and begins to sing.

I’ve done it
I’ve made another mistake
How could I do this again?
In this world we live
But we all break eventually

There is a flash and the man who looked like Jesus has disappeared. However, that person's side of the seesaw is still pressed down as if someone is on it, and the man is up in the air. Towards the end of this verse, Martin grabs his throat before lifting a scythe from his back. The background, which was cheery and bright, has now changed. A drop of red had run down it, and now the scene is dark and sinister. However, the playground scene continues.

Another look at the signs
And I am under the headlights
I would go out but
I'm scared of my own hands
They grab my own throat
But put another man down

Martin pulls his hand over his face and his white face, which was a mask, is replaced by one which is red. The lights turn red and now, the spacemen start leave the swings, which continue to swing, and start chasing each other, but with knives.

Hiding secrets from myself
I don't want to know the truth
So don't ask me about it
You know I can't take much more of this
You know I can't take much more of this

Petals fall from the roof as the chorus ends. The playground scene goes back to friendly and smiley, which is juxtaposed by the spacemen and the ballerinas, who are now ripping out each others hair and arguing amongst each other.

I would go out but
I'm scared of my own thoughts
They break me down
And yet they bring me back
La la la la la la la
We all break eventually
La la la la la la la
We all break eventually

The background now shows a stream of tears. The ballerinas are now performing a routine, surrounding the spacemen who are trying to escape.

Hiding secrets from myself
I don't want to know the truth
So don't ask me about it
You know I can't take much more of this
You know I can't take much more of this
You know I can't take much more of this

Martin falls onto his knees as he sings the final line and then seems to collapse. However, he picks himself up and he and the rest of False Remedy thank the audience and leave the stage.

Act 2: Britonisea

Postby Britonisea » Sat May 16, 2015 2:42 pm

2. BRITONISEA
BITC PRESENTING
Jacob Xavierland- Where has our culture gone?

Image

Jacob Xavierland an average man who has been living in Londonisea, a failing city in Britonisea and he disagrees with how the values of the place has changed and he thinks that it could get better if the people around him become better, and if the government help him do so, he pleads to them in this song saying that his neighbourhood is dying on his hands, and he doesn't want to leave his area because he is in danger of dying because of gang wars within Londonisea. Here, he sings about how life used to be in Londonisea and hints the change.

As the music stars, Jacob Xavierland walks on stage wearing a nice blue shirt and trousers, grey. He lookes depressed and worried for himself. He looked like he didn't know what to do, of course this is just an act, however he wanted it to look very realistic, as he could. The spotlight focused on him as he began to sing in to the microphone.

As I stroll down the street
I notice that I do not fit in.
It is so different, from childhood.
I used to think I could knock everyone's door

The stage relatively stayed the same, however, the smoke machine turned on and the spotlight came on him stronger, lighter and he walked towards the front of the stage, showing a bit of confidence as good memories flood his mind. Pictures of him when he was a little child dawned on the screens behind him. He then smiles at the picture of him in his PE uniform with his friends.

40 Years later, I can't sleep. (Why?)
The Country has turned me, (Oh no!)
Never Knew this place, could turn

The spotlights dispersed as the music got louder and he sung with more passion as the photos got more intense, the stage turning a dark red colour, showing that all these memories have been lost because of fighting in Londonisea, being in the middle of the Civil war and the break off of Estogium. He showed more passion now, clutching his hand in to a bull pose as he took another step forward, now having the microphone of the stand and in to his hands.

If I was King, for a day (Royality)
This place would be change (My King)
To suit the new born. (He would be)
I love this place, very much but (Born again)
Where, oh Where, Where has our culture gone?

"If I were King" then he paused and looked at everyone sadly, then he began to sing, as the lights rolled across the people, but as the chorus came to a haul, the spotlight then turned back on him, some critics says that they have to show that he is lonely, and the lighting blocks his emotions from running freely but he found some strength to sing through them.

I remember the street parties.
People from around the world, came to me.
(Revolved around me)
And as the night went old.
We'd crack a few bottles and say good ridden.
(Our life, so bright)

Two people came on the stage, to be precise, a white woman, aged 24 and a black woman, aged 23 and then both came behind Jacob, singing his backing vocals for him, making a nice subtle harmony in the background as the music quieten down.

However, this 21st Century,
Changed everyone, but me.
How am I to feel, the pain is real
(Pain, no gain.)

He belted out this verse as in the background on the screen showed him on the big-back computer screens but not enjoying what he got as a gift. He quoted that he wanted a ball to go and play with his friends, but he couldn't. He said in a recent press statement. The lights still were around him, and the smoke machine, still going off, but now gaining grown, turning the whole stage in to crowd.

If I was King, for a day (Royality)
This place would be change (My King)
To suit the new born. (He would be)
I love this place, very much but (Born again)
Where, oh Where, Where has our culture gone?

He then was whisked in to the air but invisible strings as the clouds increased intensity. He was a bit scared at first but seemed to get the hang of it. The 2 females right behind him on his left and his right, still singing his harmony and echo.

And as we war started, (started- oooh)
And things were invented. (Invented- oooh)
I couldn't carry on anynore. (Anymore, Anymore)
I couldn't carry on anymore (Anymore! Anymore! Anymore!!)

He then belted this verse out too because the bridge was quite loud and he needed to make himself sound louder, and the harmony singers also sang louder. It sounded heavenly, alas, the smoke faded away and he landed back on the stage, empty handed and the backing singers, disappearing.

If I was King, for a day
This place would be change
To suit the new born.
I love this place, very much but
Where, oh Where, Where has our culture gone?

Now singing a capella, he sang the last verse, quick stable. He stayed in one place and put the microphone in the microphone stand, he then looked at the crowd as he couldn't see anything but darkness. "Where has our culture gone?" his final words were before letting out a tear and looking lonely.

As the audience cheered, he smiled, "Thank you, Thank you all!" he then slowly walked of the stage.

Tune: The Cults, Go Outside

You, you already know how
Your already know how I've suffered and I've cried

I already know about the lies you've told all day
You, you've known how
You've known to break free and to escape

I know what's good
Extacly because you've done it all before
I know what's good
Exatcly because you've done it all before

You, you already know how
Your already know how I've suffered and I've cried

Mutiara Basro, 24, will perform for Titaniumland singing "Your Love" which is written by herself.

Tara
Backing singers
Tara with backing singers

On the LCD, a countdown appears. Until, the countdown reaches 0 seconds. Mutiara, or Tara, for short, coming out and smoke coming out of stage. She is wearing this. The lights are dim. She is singing the first verse. She is dancing to the beats.

Need your love
Cause your love makes me feel so high
I just wanna be with you
Be with you (you)
Ain't need flowers, just your hours
Just need your hours (your hours)
I just need your love, just need your love

5 hip-hop dancers coming out to the stage. Tara is dancing while singing the song.
Baby, you got a special heart
And it's deep in my heart
Yeah, it's deep in my heart
Yeah, it's deep in my heart

You show me the source of light
And you got me damaged
And you got me damaged
And you got me damaged

She is singing the chorus. The lights are spotting to Tara.
Yeah, all I need is your love, baby
I don't want anyone but you
Yeah, I need you stand by me here
Stand by me here
Yeah, I'm so lost in your love baby
I've sunk and never float again
Yeah, your love
I need your love

She is singing the second verse. The lights are dim.
I admit it
You spread your love and I can feel it
You bring your color to my dark sky, baby
You say the three words only to me
Beating
My heart beats so fast, can't you feel it?
Whenever you're here
You're here near me

She is singing the pre-chorus.
Baby, you got a special heart
And it's deep in my heart
Yeah, it's deep in my heart
Yeah, it's deep in my heart

You show me the source of light
And you got me damaged
And you got me damaged
And you got me damaged

She is singing the chorus. She beats the high note at the end. One of her hip-hop dancers flirts with her during the last chorus.
Yeah, all I need is your love, baby
I don't want anyone but you
Yeah, I need you stand by me here
Stand by me here
Yeah, I'm so lost in your love baby
I've sunk and never float again
Yeah, your love
I need your love
Yeah, all I need is your love, baby
I don't want anyone but you
Yeah, I need you stand by me here
Stand by me here
Yeah, I'm so lost in your love baby
I've sunk and never float again
Yeah, your love
I need your love!

The audience cheers, and Tara shouts, "Thank you very much N and P!"

“Agöialo” - Ghëona Lëxë

Language: Sergovard (Serjipuhë) (Pronunciation)
Tune

Ghëona Lëxë walks out onto the stage as the music begins to play. She begins to sing. The lighting on the stage is all dark green.

Gh’ell’jeut Ilia mavu katë Amghelo
Uil elliœsem amghë Mhila
Ala het ghë elliœt evë Karo
Ega Pezani agh Ëdia

She walks back and forth away from the audience and turns back to them. The light moves over her to mimic the movement of waves. The lighting is different shades of green.

Ghë maniœsem jë nikœsem sëro,
Div tajë Agöialo,
Sëre elliœsemega Agöeti,
Ohe ghë manijeut ega skojo

Ghë maniœsem jë nikœsem sëro,
Div tajë Agöialo,
Sëre elliœsemega Agöeti,
Ala ghë mebrœsem ega Xerito!

Ega Xerito! X3

Ghëona walks back to the front of the stage and begins the next verse. The light slowly begins to dim.

Sërë arinœsem tira Pirëzë
Ohe ghë elliœsem mähte ega Gona
Ala tel elliœt dë zëlata Nelë
Bom sërë man’œt Kozrinë Ejasla!

The light comes back on to shine in a spotlight on her. It slowly gets brighter and brighter as the song gets louder as well.

Ghë maniœsem jë nikœsem sëro,
Div tajë Agöialo,
Sëre elliœsemega Agöeti,
Ohe ghë manijeut ega skojo

Ghë maniœsem jë nikœsem sëro,
Div tajë Agöialo,
Sëre elliœsemega Agöeti,
Ala ghë mebrœsem ega Xerito!

Ega Xerito! X3

(During the 3rd time she sings "Ega Xerito" ) Ghë maniœsem!

The lights go off suddenly. She thanks the crowd and walks off the stage.

I was the sun with every smile
It was like heaven
But now I’m out of time,
A joke for the stadium.

I wanted to win you,
Not all the games,
You were a player
And I wanted a goal

I wanted to win you,
Not all the games,
You were a player,
But I needed a friend!

A friend! X3

You saw the entire field,
And I was just the ball,
But there’s always another match,
Now you want the World Cup!

I wanted to win you,
Not all the games,
You were a player
And I wanted a goal

I wanted to win you,
Not all the games,
You were a player,
But I needed a friend!

A friend! X3
I wanted!

In the middle of a dark stage, there stands four female singers side by side. A yellow spotlight is shone on each of the four females. Music starts, and Bom, on the very left, starts singing:

Waking up and look-ing,
myself in an old mir-ror,
Oh, who am I right now,
what have I become?
Oh, oh, oh, oh,
Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Bom continues singing:

An ugly duck-ling, she says,
Worthless creature, he says,
Oh, who am I right now,
what have I become?
Oh, oh, oh, oh,
Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Dara, right next to Bom, starts singing:

So, I,
have to wear a-mask every time,
hide every bit of me all times,
and look to-wards the ground
and walk away.

Minji, right of Dara, starts singing:

Ang-ry now,
on me 'cause I ain't good-looking,
"Please, please do not look at me",
That's what I say, when I'm be-ing stared.

CL, on the very right of the four females, starts singing:

But I have had enough!
As I un-veil myself ri-ght now,
Then, I do my hair and some make-up,
release all that's pent-up,
and I would like to shout:

There is a three-second pause, and after the pause, all four members sing and jump lightly at the same time, as the pyrotechnics are shown(Sparks coming out from the edges of the stage):

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

Minji, right of Dara, starts singing:

Long time,
ago, I've been told to stay away,
all i-so-lated and confused and sor-row-ful,
I cried a-lone for days.

Bom starts singing:

I've been told,
I am a men-ace to peo-ple,
"Don't talk to me" was all I told,
to peo-ple'approach-ing me.

Bom continues singing:

But, I have had enough!
Who I am, real-ly, who I am,
is not what you all judge me for,
it's what I judge for, so this is what I say:

All four members sing and jump lightly at the same time, as the pyrotechnics are shown(Sparks coming out from the edges of the stage):

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

Dara, right next to Bom, starts singing:

"You don't look good, you're a failure.
You don't look good, you're a failure."
That is just not who I am, that is not the way I'm made,
"You don't look good, you're a failure.
You don't look good, you're a failure."
That is just not who I am, so I raise my voice and shout,
fro-m the top of my lungs:

All four members sing and jump lightly at the same time, as the pyrotechnics are shown(Sparks coming out from the edges of the stage):

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

"I am quite pretty,
everybody wants to love me,
just like her, I am ve-ry pretty,
I am ve-ry pretty,
Don't lie to my face, telling me I'm ugly."

All spotlights are turned off; the stage is completely dark, as the music fades.

Pieces

Shichirou Huber

19-year-old Säureai native Shichirou Huber rocketed to fame recently on the crystallomatrix with his song covers- his cover of "Love Lies" has accumulated millions of hits so far. His debut song, "Pieces", was quickly noticed and snatched up by SterGo100 in hopes of surpassing Csaba Hamasaki's "Dancing in the Raindrops"- which, like ILTA's "Taste of Freedom", received second place and wasn't quite able to secure a win for the nation. Surprised, Shichirou gladly accepted the offer and soon found himself in Cherbourg. Though nervous at his newly found fame, he is greatly excited to represent his country at the World Hit Fest among the other "amazing people" (as he put it) before him.
Will the third time be the charm for SterGo100 and Tödlichebujoku?

A faint blue flash brightens the stage for a moment. A set of soft lights brighten to reveal Shichirou, kneeling with his face toward the floor. The background screen looks like a shattered window, with a sunset and bare trees beyond. As he begins singing, he looks up to the audience
You held me down and stripped me of my core
Kicked me back and left me on the floor
I laid there, reaching for the light
But I couldn’t make it there before the night

He lurches forward, as if attempting to crawl forward or stand up, but with a steely determination in his eyes
Trying to rise while split asunder
Never knowing if I’ll live or die
Can I hold on and recover
Hold on…

The lights brighten, and the "broken window" of the background screen shatters as the sunset turns to twilight. Shichirou jumps up, staring accusingly into the view. As he sings the first line, he mimes falling to his knees, and as he sings the second line, he clutches at his heart
You push my body down to cold knees
Tear my soul down to dead mem’ries
So here I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

Shichirou reaches out toward the audience- on the side of the stadium opposite to the stage, golden lights shine, then fade as the stanza ends
Crawling to the starlight
Yet I’m searching for the sunlight
And still I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

The lights die back down, and a red glow is cast on his face as the floor is lit like red lava
Taste fire, burn yourself in vain
Just the way I felt, playing all your games
As if you could have held me close
Oh how I wish I’d stood tall, for now I’m crushed down below

The red glow fades. As he sings the next lines, Shichirou makes a slicing motion down his body with his hand
Trying to rise while split asunder
Never knowing if I’ll live or die
Can I hold on and recover
Hold on…

The lights brighten. Shichirou energetically circles the platform, clutching at his heart as he does so
You push my body down to cold knees
Tear my soul down to dead mem’ries
So here I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

He then stops, reaching out at the air instead of his heart, then heads onto the walkway leading away from the main platform
Grasping shattered daydreams
Feel the wonder of those old scenes
And so I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

The lighting softens and the ambient lighting dies down, so that only Shichirou is lit as he falls to the floor
Life is flashing by, and the iron in your cold eyes
Life is flashing by, now I see your lies

Locked up in a daze, I can’t get out of your way
Locked up in a daze, need to run away

He gets up on his hands and knees and begins crawling toward the other platform
Life is flashing by, and the iron in your cold eyes
Life is flashing by, now I see your lies

Locked up in a daze, need to get out of your death gaze
Flee from all your dark rays

His head to the sky, he bounds back up and belts out the chorus as spotlights intensify on him
You push my body down to cold knees
Tear my soul down to dead mem’ries
So here I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

Crawling to the starlight
Yet I’m searching for the sunlight
And still I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

The lights begin to fade out as he sinks to his knees
Oh I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

Now I’m holding on to pieces
Searching for a reason

Faintly lit for a few more seconds, Shichirou is on his knees, facing down as he was at the beginning of the performance

As the lights return to normal, Shichirou looks up at the cheering audience, amazed and euphoric at the support from the audience. He breathes, "Thank you all, kiitos kaikille" and exits the stage.

Small Lords - You Can Run
Tune: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81RqEnvczV8
Small Lords competed in the final of the Normand selection for Worldvision, Alo Contjalest Esa Poual Chantjal, and came as runners up by one point. Now, they have been offered a place in WHF, representing their country at home. The band is composed of Elissa, the singer of the group, and Simon and André, who are the groups instrumentalists.

The stadium is dark. The main singer, Elissa is surrounded by beams of light which make it look as if she is in a cylindrical prison. Simon and André, the other members, can't be seen. There is a dim blue light and smoke covers the stage. The background appears to be a computer screen, which contains a piece of code saying "song.start()". Elissa begins to sing. The lights flash momentarily, so that Simon and André can be seen on their synthesizers and other equipment. The first line appears on the background and will continue to be printed on it throughout the verse, creating the idea that the code is running.
Waiting, waiting, for the shot

Elissa points at the audience before quickly pulling it back, as if she was pretending to offer something, meaning to never give it. Simon and André are illuminated in their own "cages" of light.
Waiting, waiting for the blood
They will show you, no mercy
And feel no remorse

The light cages appear to begin to fall but quickly "repair" themselves and Elissa's closes in on her.
You can try to fight
But they will always win

Elissa put her hand on her head before dragging it down her side, tugging at her dress.
Just hide your dreams
Keep them to yourself

Wide beams start acting like searchlights, one on either side of the stage. They move around, appearing to be searching through the audience for someone.
They'll try to catch you
Ensnare you in their web

Amrit and André both fall to the floor as the searchlights turn and focus on them, before pulling back up and continue what they were doing as the searchlights turn back to the audience.
And you bend your knee
At least while they watch

Simon tries to stretch his arm out but pulls it back, appearing to be in pain after touching his "cage", which closes in on him.
You must realise
You can't escape

As the chorus begins, strobe lighting begins to flash. Then background changes to show a series of television screens, showing clips of programmes or error images. The spotlights continue searching through the audience.
You can run
But you can't escape
They'll silence you
Don't you see, they always get you
You can run
But you can't escape
They have an army
And you have just your voice

As the second verse begins, the strobe lighting ends and the background retuns to how it was.
Silent rebellion and patience pay

Elissa appears to push against the light "cage" with her hands, but doesn't touch the edge. The background changes for a fraction of a section to a message saying "Rise Up", before returning back to the computer screen.
Slowly breaking your bondage

More of the searchlights appear, but not as large as the two main ones, and focus in on Elissa before spreading out. Also, two men in all white can briefly be seen before disappearing.
But one day, they'll find you
And you will be lost

Elissa looks around, as if nervous that someone will find her. The background once again changes incredibly briefly to a message saying "Break Free", before it once again returns to the screen.
With the millions of other
That have tried

As the chorus begins, the TV screens appear again, showing news broadcasts and images of soldiers marching. The two men in white appears again, walking slowly around the stage, around Simon and André before closing in on Elissa. They appear to be searching for her.
You can run
But you can't escape
They'll silence you
Don't you see, they always get you
You can run
But you can't escape
They have an army
And you have just your voice

The two men in white suddenly turn away and go to opposite sides of the stage. Elissa falls to her knees inside the stage but keeps on singing.
And you have just your voice
And they will bring the fire
And purge your soul
Turn the skies red

Before the chorus begins, a wall of fire appears, which has been set of by the two men in white. It is totally controlled, however. As the fire begins, the background shows a nuclear bomb exploding, before showing images of soldiers killing innocent people and destroying towns.
You can run
But you can't escape
They'll silence you
Don't you see, they always get you
You can run
But you can't escape
They have an army
And you have just your voice

As the song ends the fire is put out and Small Lords thank the audience as they leave the stage.

9. Anollasia
Sin Tax - Grammar Police
Tune: Radiohead - Karma Police

Sin Tax is ready. It's show time.

Sin Tax (a play on words on syntax and a tax for sins) is an Anollasian alternative rock band formed in Northton, Anollasia in 2009. Its members are Colin Paige, Tamer Kol, Jon Lysander, and Mark Underwood. The band has released 3 studio albums (Sin Tax [2010], Graham Er [2012], and Fix [2014]). The members of Sin Tax are known as ''grammar Nazis'' and they claim those are the only good Nazis. This is the first time Grammar Police will be played publicly and is planned to be released as a single and on their next album of the same name.

Colin Paige - Lead vocals, piano, synthesizer
Tamer Kol - Guitar, backing vocals
Jon Lysander - Bass guitar
Mark Underwood - Drums, percussion

Colin Paige is wearing a green shirt and dark blue jeans. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a white complexion. Tamer Kol is wearing a denim jacket, white shirt, and bright blue jeans. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion. Jon Lysander is wearing a red/white/black plaid shirt and black pants. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a tan complexion. Mark Underwood is wearing a blue collared shirt and grey jeans. He has blond hair, blue eyes, and a white complexion. Each member is wearing a pair of sneakers.

The piano starts playing, with a hi hat also playing, and there are no lights yet. After the piano intro, a spotlight shines on Colin Paige, playing a grand piano and singing the following, while drums, guitar, and bass guitar enter, while in the background screen, the screen suddenly turns on as if it's a television, and the lyrics play with a background changing colours. It starts off black.

Grammar police
Arrest this man, he talks incorrectly
He converses like a Frenchman
He's like malfunctioning spellcheck

Spotlights shine on each of the band members, while the background slowly turns purple.

Grammar police
Arrest this girl, her spelling's cuckoo
She spells ''their'' as ''there'' and ''they're'' as ''their'' and
''There'' as ''they're''

The lyrics stop showing. Instead, each time ''this is what you'll get'' is sung, a correction of the words spelt wrong previously is shown. The first time it's *their, the second time it's *they're, and the third time it's *there. The background slowly turns pink.

This is what you'll get
This is what you'll get
This is what you'll get
When you write it wrong

The lyrics are shown on the screen again, which slowly turns red now.

''Grammar police
I'm trying all me best
Its not enough
English grammar's so hard and nonsensical, it blow my braaa-a-aaaaa-aaa-aaa-a-ains''

The corrections of the previous grammar/spelling mistakes are shown on the screen again. The first time it's *my, the second time it's *it's, and the third time it's *blows. The screen slowly turns yellow.

This is what you'll get
This is what you'll get
This is what you'll get
When you write it wrong

Colin's voice gets a little eerie. He starts lengthening the sound of the last word of the verse a lot. The screen slowly turns green.

Pull up a dictionary
Fix your grammar
Fix your spelliiiiiiiiinnnnnng

The background screen, which is still playing the lyrics, slowly turns blue.

Pull up a thesaurus
Richen your vocab
Richen your voooooooocab

There is a very short instrumental break, in which the synthesizer can start to be heard. The background screen slowly turns turquoise.

Fooooor you cannot speak like this
Not on my watch
Not on my waaaaaaaaaatch

Colin wails the last word, ''watch''. The synthesizer becomes louder. The screen slowly turns a very light green.

You cannot speak poorly
Not in my house
Not on my wa-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-aaaaaaaaaaaaaatchhhhhhh

The echoing synthesizer can really be heard now. It eventually drowns out the music and there is static on the screen. Right when the synthesizer stops making echoing and crumpling noises, the lights and the screen go out. The audience seems to be a bit surprised, since they don't start applauding until one minute later. Sin Tax exits in the dark, without a word.

10. Bloodbath Generation
Túlélője/Calling Your Name- Mari
to the tune of Elhaida Dani- I'm Alive

Mari was onstage wearing a dress based off a dark. starry night turning into a bright white. She stood on a platform with a rainy background behind her.

Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah.
Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah.

Egyedül fekszem az eső (I'm lying alone in the rain)
és Már sötétedik (and it is getting dark)
Itt a odakint (here outside)
Maga olyan mint a kábítószer (You are like a drug)
Én részeg vagyok. (I am high on your love)
Biztos vagyok. (I am sure of it)

The camera zoomed in closer, with Mari making eye contact directly into the camera, pleading.

érintésre vágyom (I crave your touch)
de tudom, hogy van valami, (But I know there is something)
Valamit a fejedben. (Something on your mind)
Tényleg szeretsz? (Do you really love me?)

The background faded and turned into a growing sunrise

Az üres szavak (The empty words)
A lelkedet (In your soul)
hogy semmi (there is nothing)
Ez az (That is)
amit én (What I am)

Itt vagyok, (Here I am)
állandó erős (Standing strong)
Mozgás. (Moving on)
A Túlélője (A survivor)

Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah.
Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah.

The platform lowered, and she was on the stage floor. 3 backing vocals stood dead still behind her.

But hearts stay silent as they break
I was a fool
to think you really loved me

The camera panned around her, and above to show the audience with their cell phone lights in the air.

And all those times
you picked me up as I let myself fall down
Those days are gone
and now, so are you

Mari stared deeply into the camera as she finished her note, curling her hands as if to bring the viewer with her. The camera then pans across the 3 backing singers, standing one behind the other, facing the end of the runway.

Ooooh, woah oh oh ooooh
Now those days are gone.
Ooooh, woah oh oh ooooh, woahhh

Zooming back out again, we could see the sunrise turn into a flash of light, then revealing a rising platform with a hand-drawn map of Bloodbath Generation, and a beautiful backdrop of golden raindrops on the screen. Golden confetti also rained down on the audience, to much applause.

You're out of the door
you've said your goodbyes
Is this the end?
Is this all real?
I wake up alone
with no lover to hold
Don't know what to do
but I'm calling your name
What do I do
but call your name
to the empty skies
Call your name
call your naaaaaAAAAAAAME
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah

You're out of the door
you've said your goodbyes
Is this the end?
Is this all real?
I wake up alone
with no lover to hold
Now what to do....

Ah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah

The crowd roared with applause.

"Thank you, Cherbourg!, Mari replied back to the audience. Her backing singers, giddy with delight, ran to hug her. The camera captured this moment as commentators wished BGEN the best of luck as they returned back to the contest.

Chámelíyá
You - Mátangí
Cruel - St. Vincent

Mátangí is a well known performer from the Senmerí club circuit, renowned for her avant-garde style. After her surprise hit, Lilies, CháReTe approached Mátangí to write a song for the World Hit Festival as part of their new approach of introducing new, up and coming, and cutting-edge experimental music from Chámelíyá to the world's stage. Her song, You, tells of the desperation of unrequited love, or as some would call it - the 'friend zone'.
Mátangí stands at the end of the runway wearing a gracefully curvaceous, white dress. Her hair is held up in sweeping curls that interlock around the back of her and she is wearing black lipstick and thick black eye-liner and eye-shadow. Stood on the main stage are nine tall women dressed in black suits, their hair shorn short and ragged. They are scattered around the stage, facing different directions but all hold up silver, art deco hand mirrors with both hands and look into them intently. Both Mátangí and the singers wear hands-free microphones. As the music starts the lights fade to a deep, ominous purple with bright spotlights trained on Mátangí, at the end of the runway, and the backing singers, on the main stage. The backdrop displays drops of water and shards of glass falling in slow motion through darkness. The camera moves around the main stage, capturing the backing singers singing their mysterious drone into their mirrors.

I guess it’s nice but there’s so much more I want from you

The camera cuts to a close up of Mátangí. Her eyes are covered by her hands and her voice is suffocating yet has a somewhat brittle quality. The camera slowly zooms out, revealing her dress and then her position in the midst of the crowd.

Forever here we do sit but I want more
Not just friends, be my one ally, you
You

She pulls away her hands from her eyes just in time before the camera cuts back to the backing singers who repeat their drone. This time, they are holding their mirrors with only one hand, covering one of their eyes with the other. The lights grow and fade in intensity highlighting the drumbeat.

I guess it’s nice but there’s so much more I want from you
Can you not feel it too?

The camera cuts away to show Mátangí moving down the runway. She stares intently into the camera that leads her and her step begin slow and cautious before picking up a strong pace in time to the music. Every few moments, blasts from the wind machine force her dress to weave and circle about giving the impression that Mátangí is walking on air.

Hours are not enough for getting closer
I need you, dear, eternally, infinitely, you
You, oh
You, you, oh

A tenth backing singer, also wearing a suit, stands at the top of the runway. Playing the solo on an electric guitar, she bows gingerly to welcome Mátangí and leads her to the centre of the stage. Mátangí steps around the backing singers, looking lost and confused, her reflection bouncing of the mirrors captured by the camera. The backing singers once more dutifully sing their drone.

I guess it’s nice but there’s so much more I want from you
Can you feel it too?
So much we could do

Suddenly, the backing singers raise their mirrors above their heads and begin to pirouette and circle around Mátangí, their faces expressionless. The camera captures Mátangí singing with distress, trapped inside her revolving enclosure of mirrors. The spotlights focus brightly on the backing singers and their beams of light bounce off in every direction off of the mirrors creating a dazzling, diamond-like effect.

Just take my hand, understand, be my man and lay me down, oh
The sand is running out, there’s not much time so just do it, take me please, oh, you
You, oh
You, you, oh

The backing singers cease their spinning and resume their original positions, observing themselves in their mirrors once more, leaving a tired and worn out Mátangí kneeling on the floor at the centre of the stage. As the music plays out, the camera cuts between shots of backing singers emotionlessly examining themselves and shots of Mátangí bowed down and shedding a tear or two. When the music finally comes to an end, Mátangí stands up, wipes the tears from her cheeks and shouts into her microphone, "Thank you so much! Thank you Cherbourg!"

13. Polkopia
Venera Nastasia - Polne
Language: Polkopian
Translation:Wildflowers

Venera Nastasia came second in the Landy vy Polkopoya, which served as Polkopia's National Final. In this edition, the broadcaster went back to the old format where the winner would represent Polkopia at the Worldvision Song Contest, whilst the runner up would represent Polkopia at the World Hit Festival. Because she came second place, Venera Nastasia will represent Polkopia with her song, Polne. Though she wouldn't have come anywhere close to the top jury-wise, however, because the televoting placed her first, she managed to come second in the finale.

Now she stood on stage, Venera Nastasia, with four male backup dancers, who all stood on all four sides of her. Venera herself stood in the middle of the stage. The male backup singers all wore sleeveless white shirts and white pants, while Venera wore a long white dress. Her dark hair was straightened and fell down past her shoulders. Each of the male dancers held a trumpet and they circled her, kicking their legs out as they played their trumpets in tune with the music.

Miyi Polne (Many wildflowers)
Cresti ok su (Grow around us)
I uvitira (And sway)
Ni jamega vabriza spetazh su (In the gentle breeze behind us)

Sladtragatora zhalda campoi (The luscious green plains)
Si bulniry car (Is dotted with)
Skasie otnuante fo rosark, galten, i galobaya (Beautiful shades of red, yellow, and blue)

Venera sways her hips and alternates snapping her fingers from one hand to the next in tune with the beat. The dancers stop playing their trumpets, and all form a horizontal line in front of Venera and march five steps forward and dance around one another.

Divno i pietura ya (Come on and join me)
Ni etsi skasie lauca fo polne (In this beautiful field of wildflowers)
I zabta totale vasha caztiksazi (And forget all our troubles)
Ni etsi lauca fo polne (In this field of wildflowers)

Asha par tans totale di i nakt (We can dance all day and night)
Ni etsi skasie lauca fo polne (In this beautiful field of wildflowers)
I zabta totale vasha caztiksazi (And forget all our troubles)
Ni etsi lauca fo polne (In this field of wildflowers)

The dancers all come back to standing on all sides of her. One of them pulls out a lute and strums it near her, while the other three dancers all form a line behind her, where she falls on her back, where they catch her, and she sings the next few lines on her back before they hoist her back up.

Ni esti nraka paslume (In this crazy world)
Asha zhai ni (We live in)
Uneorais asha totale nuzhoi aizadare no ti (Sometimes we all need to escape from it)

Ko loichku bunu (What better place)
Ot aizadare(To escape)
Nekat etsi lauca fo polne? (Than this field of wildflowers)

The dancers throw their instruments to the side of the stage and two get on Venera's left, while two get on her right and perform a traditional Polkopian line dance, complete with kicks, twirls, and claps.

Venera shouted "Let's go!" into the microphone as the space she was standing on began to rise five feet into the air. The dancers, however, returned to standing on all sides of her, holding hands with the person next to them, and continued their dance. Venera herself raised her hands to her right shoulder and clapped while kicking along with them. The crowd clapped along with Venera.

Venera finished the note with a single clap of her hands near her right shoulder, while the other dancers extended an open hand to Venera when the song finished. The crowd cheered and Venera blew a kiss to the crowd. "Thank you!"
