He wasn't implying that it would boost you to 420 regardless of your current level, only that it resulted in his reaching of 420 as far as tech level goes. For all we know, he could have been 419 right before that issue took effect, and therefore did not result in much of an increase. Or it could have been huge. I didn't risk it to find out.

Superhuman strength afforded by her experimental-grade prosthetics, combined with the powered armour she wears. She can easily wield a GShGm with one hand, with her sword being in the other hand, but prefers precision over raw destructive power (hence why she uses her custom-AVP plasma blaster).

She also has an inbuilt jetpack, which is more or less a flying wing, so she doesn't need a Kanyuk pack to fly about.
