Mostly, it would be a smaller-scale RP focusing more on individual characters rather than GIANT SPACE BATTLES!!! I think it would be pretty cool.

thanx m9. The way I plan to organize it is that each participant can choose to represent a character from one of the megacities. You, of course, would get priority for Sekai, as Blak would for Zelgograd and Singy for Prima Singapore.

If, however, people think it's an appropriate time, I can get to work on starting up the RP much sooner.

• The third Omniverse Canon being built by the Species is 50% complete.
• The Dark Elf fleet and Frost Giant fleet have been met by a small fleet of 240 Rock Giant warships, who are threatening military action. The Vanir Gods are considering military intervention in a coalition along with the Light Elves. Being tense with the Light Elves, the Dwarves would most likely attempt to block any Light Elf fleet to travel below the Midgard Line. The Aesir Gods and the Two Great Ones have declared total neutrality for now.
• The Early Earth universe has been conquered. Six hundred sextillion slaves have been captured, and thirty-eight septillion sapients have been killed. An invasion of the Saurian Universe is being prepared.
• The Insectoids invading the Ravagery's space have all been found dead, for reasons unknown. Based on measurements taken from telepathic Aether imprints, they all died within hours of each other, and the cause was not natural. Further investigation is required.
• Contact has been made with another Multiversal Hyperbrane consisting of more multiversal nations that have achieved transsapience. The main power appears to be a multiversal incarnation of Vietnam. Most of the Hyperbrane has been overrun by some kind of post-transsapient ASI bent on the total eradication of biological life.
• The second stone of the Kesaer Stones, which the Caelus Stone is one of, has been recovered. It is called the Nekruss Stone, and has the ability to manipulate the way energy passes through the Hyperbranes. Three more must be found for the Ravagery to control all of the Kesaer Stones.
• The Satanic Legions have completed their siege of the Mesopotamian Pantheon. Each of the gods that once held power there has been brutally murdered by Satan himself.
• The Aztec Pantheon has signed a non-aggression pact with the Satanic Legions and the Ravagery.
• Multiversal Walmart, the Multiversal Banking Clan, and the Galactic CIS have officially formed the Corporate Umbrella.
• Another universe has succumbed to the Infinite Entropy.

Nah, I kid, I kid. Even so, most Albanians have either emigrated to the megacities or live in unincorporated settlements with varying--but generally high--levels of crime. About 5% of my canon's population is not affiliated with any of the major power players.
