Lol the IMC-ton nuke would have almost as much energy as the observable universe. Of course, it would form a rapidly expanding supermassive (hypermassive? ubermassive? GDoA's wanking-massive?) black hole, but if it somehow exploded instead...

It would probably form into a blackhole or something. Or create a super massive wormhole. Or create the second coming of Christ. We can't know, as nothing in the natural universe exists like that.

If the massive black hole that it would probably create were to be spinning, it would basically be a wormhole, since it would allow transit. It could also signal some post-Eldritch race of hypergods that weird shit was going down, and one would visit. Since each lowly citizen in this race would have to be at least as powerful as the Abrahamic God in order for the race to be post-Eldritch, it might as well be the Second Coming.

Careful there, you're beginning to move from moderately well-establish theories to more idealistic hypotheses.

Talking and playing games with refugees at a camp in Berlin.
Then attempted to not die to fireworks on the way back to my hotel at 2:00 AM. Berliners are f***ing crazy on New Years. It's like a warzone in the streets.
