vis, how do you do that orthographic projection

It was harder than it looks, unfortunately. In my case, I took an orthographic projection of NATO (since it was more or less centered on the North Atlantic) and greyed out the green portions. Then I added Vistora, which was easy enough given that it's literally shaped like a circle. As for you, I assume you are located mostly in Japan? I'd go hunting for the info myself, but your factbooks are a clusterfuck worthy of Singy.

You can see that my name is shared as one of the two that show up most in Singy's "who did i steal from" table.

But yeah, this is probably it (the part colored in gold). Though maybe I'd just need the Asian part.

If you want to adequately show all parts of your nation, then an orthographic illustration is pretty much impossible. If your concern is simply the Asian portion, then choose a real-life nation or subnational division located roughly in the center, and color in the rest. On the other hand, you could always have multiple orthographs for the different portions of your nation, in which case you'd still do the same. Given the breadth of your empire, however, fitting it all into a single orthographic projection simply cannot be done.

Honestly though, orthographic maps are really only useful for smaller nations. I'd say that the Mollweide projection you're using currently is the better option by far.

I can make an infinitely scalable vector .svg for you, but that makes it quite a bit more complicated. On the other hand, if you provided me with access to that bird logo on the front, that would significantly extradite the process.

Damn, I loved that show. I also remember Lelouch being one of the poster-childs for English-dub peasants like myself. For some odd reason, most of the Anime I've watched were coincidentally examples for English dubs gone right.
