That mostly wasn't specifically decided (who would get which), because it wasn't considered that important at the time. Ashkera would naturally take all of the Ashkeras, of course, willing or no.

Ashkera probably took an unspecified number of Japans (which is what I suspect you're getting at), as well as a bunch of Americas and Australias. Ashkerron (language) is Japanese-equivalent. Ashkera itself is basically Japan + US + AU + a bit of Singapore + SCP Foundation.

Unless you mean who added which, in which case it's in the forum posting, if that's still around.

To be honest, I'm fine with Japan under other people (as a last resort), if they won't give it/them, provided that they're treated very well.

So... I'm thinking of starting an RP that will be... pretty different from the ones I usually see here (and actually closer to what the Ringworld looked like when I joined).

As you should know, Excidium Planetis is only an Observer in the League, not a Member, because we aren't a Mechanocracy, but a democracy who's citizens are mainly baseliner humans. I joined because, as stated in the app, "This nation will eventually become governed by an AI that replaces the Council."

The first real step has been taken towards this. Aeiouia agreed (as part of the Olber III surrender terms) to help my nation develop a sapient AI (as long as Admiral Peters isn't involved, which is great because he knows nothing about AIs or government and is frankly a lousy person).

Anyway, I want to make a RP about the creation of this AI. In a once-in-a-thousand-years kind of event, scientists and politicians from across the universe will be invited to visit Reckoner and help work on it. Meanwhile, the people and leaders of Excidium Planetis will debate the practicality, ethics, etc of adopting an AI "governor", which the representatives from other nations can chime in on. This could change the face of Excidian Politics.

And, of course, you can wander some of the less secure areas of the Homeship, meet weird people, maybe steal a starship (likely to end in death).

Hallizon Akeri. She's normally rather quiet, but has a bone-dry sense of humor and is very sarcastic, borderline irascible. Prefers the company of machines over other humans/whatever else forms a constituent of your society. Tends to interject into conversations to correct people over trivial facts or even grammar misuse. Very intelligent and technically-minded.

Vistorans are ridiculously obsessed with Halloween, to the point that is treated with school closings and massive festivals just as many other major holidays are. And, of course, the costumes are legendary. It's like a country-wide media convention.

Just like all Frenkish holidays, Halloween is a time for ridiculous amounts of seasonal consumerism and yet another excuse to be extra promiscuous (slutty costumes, naturally).

For Halloween? Not many Nexumians remember October 31st as being significant; however, the Nexumian Inquisition utilizes this "holiday" to solely hunt down cultists.
