It has been reported that the current dictator of Lesva Marshal Iuna Scadi and First Secretary of the Throngist Movement Party of Lesva (TMPL) Teca Viltin have gotten into contact with other. Scadi is currently on his ongoing nationwide tour, this time being the city of Antrailen in south-western Lesva close to the barbwire-covered demarcation line separating the militant-occupied Acean, which also contains the presence of Balniki peacekeepers there, from the rest of Lesva. The specific location of Viltin is not known for sure, but most likely the current reformist leader of TMPL is still in Najimam, where TMPL relocated to from Lesva after the Lesvan Revolution ousted the Throngist dictatorship from power in Lesva and the Scadi regime now rules. It is possible Scadi remains in Antrailen and Viltin is in Najimam, where the TMPL itself might still be staying, awaiting for their loyalist forces that fought in the post-Revolutionary conflict in Lesva and for the pro-Throngist mutineers to take control of Cane Islo before the TMPL could once again settle there. It is likely that Scadi and Viltin were connected through an international call between Lesva and Najimam.
In a similar, admittedly productive ability to negotiate and compromise, which the two had also managed to demonstrated in resolving the post-Revolutionary conflict, Scadi and Viltin agreed on an immediate cease-fire between the security forces of the Scadi regime on one side and the Throngist loyalist forces on the other. The pro-Throngist mutineers were likewise talked into agreeing to a cease-fire with Scadi and Viltin both getting into contact with the unofficial command of the mutineers and talking them into it. Reportedly, Scadi applied pressure by saying a largely military offensive could be used in the case of cease-fire rejection, while Viltin managed to talk fellow Throngists or Throngist sympathizers into a cease-fire through a manner of simple convincing.
The cease-fire was agreed on verbally with no agreed upon changes on territorial holdings. Scadi's security forces will retain what they currently control, while the pro-Throngist mutineers and Throngist loyalist forces will retain what they control. Yesterday, before today's cease-fire agreement by Scadi and Viltin, the Lesvan dictator said that the TMPL, who Scadi, even before getting into contact with Viltin, said had led the advance by the pro-Throngist mutineers and the Throngist loyalists on Cane Islo, had violated the Sauron Declaration of Cease-Fire and the Sauron Cease-Fire Treaty. The Sauron agreements are now null and void according to the Scadi regime, so most likely the cease-fire would now have to be formalized by new treaties and talks. Right now, only verbal cease-fire is in effect, but the experience and precedent of the post-Revolutionary conflict shows that those have the ability to hold up between these specific belligerents even without being signed on paper. In parallel, the sudden break-out of conflict on Cane Islo shows that even written legal agreements into force do not guarantee total peace either. Stay tuned for updates.

Previously, agents and spies of Throngist Lesva's MISS were the primary suspects of being behind the death of our friend and colleague Asi Spoda, but we will now add the Ragtaz to the list of suspects. Of course, Spoda's murder would have to be a matter of investigation for law enforcement, because we are not going to be setting up an investigative commission like we did for the Fever Papers."
