Yesterday and today our safety police, National Safety Committee has found over 120 000 criminals in New Aapelistan. They have made many crimes against their co-workers. 80 000 are going to trial today and over 8 000 has been already trialed and about 5 540 people sended to labour camps and about 2 460 people senticed to death.

Rontbar's chief of regional security raises concerns over the New Aapelistan programme of trials that are currently occurring. Statements were made accusing New Aapelistan of extreme authoritarianism. The validity of the trials were questioned and the death penalty was condemned.

'New Aapelistan is strongly urged to stop this programme of authoritarianism and injustice. The unrealistic number of people in custody over the period of only a few days strongly suggests that many alleged criminals are in fact innocent. To abide by international law, Rontbar urges the cessation of all these activities which go against all Rontbari morals.'

Rontbar is now threatening economic sanctions with New Aapelistan.

NALP's leader Minister of Economy Anna Kavluka gave a speech about the Rontbars concerns of the NALP. "The NALP is purely a punishment program for criminals. The people in NALP are given salary of 50 Aapelistanian Rubles, they have free food and shelter. The guards in the NALP camps are humaine against the prisoners and the National Safety Committee doesn't arrest innocent people."

Annexation continues

With 3 days until the referendum on the sovereignty of Lövsk, the second opinion poll shows overwhelming support for the annexation by Rontbar, with 68.3% of sampled voters voting yes for the referendum. It is almost certain that the region of Lövsk will become Rontbar's.

As this occurs, Rontbar continues to stress the neutrality of all other Western Isles nations in the matter. Mela Pyitrov, Head of Government, stated that any opposition will show immense hypocrisy. Rontbar condemns the viewpoints of Linviar and its accusation of imperialism.

'This is not imperialism. This is justice for the people, done democratically. Dissenters will be arrested immediately and sanctions will be placed immediately if there are any threats to Lövsk's sovereignty.'

Protests in Anderta have been quashed by the government although no legal action against protesters has been made yet, showing Rontbar's dedication to freedom of speech and thought. Two Rontbari citizens have been arrested however on charges of endangering national security after overwhelming evidence suggested that they would participate in a mass shooting in polling stations in Lövsk.

Rontbar is moving a considerable number of military personnel to Lövsk, the number stationed is approaching 20,000. Infrastructure is beginning to be built without prior permission. New government buildings, ports and airports are being built.

No More Golf

Vancouvian Congress announced today that a law on golf had passed, effectively banning it from all Vancouvian land. Outrage instantly erupted throughout many of the richest neighborhoods this afternoon. One notable event consisted of three dozen angry citizens riding towards the Vancouvian Capitol Building in their golf carts, stalling lunch hour traffic. The carts failed to go the speed minimum and the citizens were taken into custody but later were released without charges.

The law, passed by a slim margin, declared golf to be a waste of water, land, resources, and time. The Congress saw fit to concurrently praise other sports such as basketball, volleyball, and tennis, which can be easily played without constant maintenance and use of resources.

Several citizens and businesses have expressed their outrage through social media. Already, plans are in the works for a floating golf course to be created off of Summerland, since the law only made illegal playing golf on golf courses on Vancouvian land. As of yet, the Vancouvian Congress has not commented on such a loophole, or whether or not it was intentionally not legislated on.

Annexations Bring Condemnation

Recent activity in The Western Isles has brought forth the anger of the nation and the ire of its government. The wave of territorial gains began when a Randmarian naval mission, struck by a cyclone and docked in the nation of Andersite, began an occupation of the country following the collapse of its government. Obek Berin, the Linavian ambassador to Randmar, had this to say on the situation. "It's rather uncharacteristic [of Randmar] to engage in this sort of activity. Tensions are high, as during talks with the Randmarian Government prior to the action they refused to publicly give a pledge that elections would be held and overseen by the international community. However, the Ranmdarian Government is somewhat baffled as to how it should handle the situation, if the conversations that I have had with its members are any indication. So while it looks like this situation is going to take a while to sort out, and that the process is going to be rough, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions as to their motives just yet, and we can at this point hope for the best."

Unlike the situation in Randmar, other territorial gains are rather unambiguous. Jagellion has made an announcement that it intends to lay claim to an island chain off of its norther shores for resource extraction. Foreign Minister Ao Pui has warned the nation that "...this action could set an uncomfortable precedent in territorial gains, essentially legitimizing the unilateral claim of land on a whim. We must urge the government to cease their intended action, ascertain whether any natives inhabit the islands, and bring the matter before an international council so that the nations of the region may discuss the situation."

Rontbar's claim on an island to its northwest was far more egregious, stating that "The island, named Lövsk currently has 300,000 inhabitants, of which 40% are of Rontbari national heritage," and that this gave the nation a reasonable claim to the island. The Rontbari government further threatened to impose sanctions on any nation who opposed the action, calling such a stance, in an incredible twist of irony, "imperialist intentions." The Linavian Government, airing it's concerns with the action, was soon publicly rebuked by the nation and, in a showing of self-contradiction, claimed that "...This is not imperialism. This is justice for the people, done democratically. Dissenters will be arrested immediately and sanctions will be placed immediately if there are any threats to Lövsk's sovereignty." Parliament has, following these actions, issued a formal condemnation towards the state of Rontbar. Within this document, the government has outlined the causes behind much of the public's anger over the issue, stating that "...given the claims by the Rontbari Government, we expect that the referendum is a sham..." and "...the unilateral annexation deprives the native peoples of the island, who make up 60% of its population, their inherent right to self-governance and self-determination. This is imperialistic action through and through, and we fear for the disenfranchisement and oppression of those who live on the island." Defence Minister Miachel Voorhees, commenting on the developing situation, revealed that the government was prepared to take "drastic action" and that they were in the process of writing up a list of demands that they expected the Rontbari government to acquiesce to. "We haven't finished it yet, but there are a few items that will almost certainly be included. The presence of international observers to determine the legitimacy of the referendum, and the guarantee that the rights of the native people will be upheld are chief among them."

Finally, the government has commented on the situation at Illa Isle, in relation to the Vancouvian military force currently occupying the area. "We are concerned, yes, but are willing to let the occupation pass without much hassle as long as a representative may be sent to ensure that the sovereignty of the native people has not been infringed upon. If the natives request their removal, we will fully back them in diplomatically convincing the Vancouvian government to order a withdrawal. We don't see the occupation lasting long, but our stance on the issue shall change if it takes on a more permanent nature.

Vermelles Construction Begins

The construction of Vermelles has begun, with international aid and financial assistance flowing in. Currently the 20,000 Jain refugees are living in a tent city organized by the government. In addition to government contractors, Tuernians, and temporary foreign workers, many of the Jains have accepted a government offer to participate in the construction efforts. Many of the Jains have said they are happy to have a chance to contribute to their own future. The final construction will take several years, to install public utilities, roads, businesses, etc, but we can expect people to begin moving into new homes in the coming months.

Hospital Ship Created

The shipping company which owns the two cargo ships used in the rescue of Jain refugees from Bhumidol has decided to donate one of the ships to the government. In an act of charity, the company will be reformatting the vessel as a hospital ship. Part of the financing of the ship will come from a charity fund, to which many companies and prominent individuals have already pledged support.

The Prime Minister had this to say: "We expect the TRS Compassion, to be the future of Tuernian humanitarianism. Compassion will circle the region, showing up wherever people are suffering and in need of help. We will provide neutral humanitarian assistance to those in war zones and natural disaster areas.

Humanitarian Mission Continues

Over the past couple days, the Vancouvian humanitarian force on Illa Island has been welcomed with open arms by the native Illians, some few hundred locals, who share much in common with the Vancouvian people. Food, medical supplies, and modern conveniences have been distributed freely to the natives, who were living in relative poverty before. In addition, the military aid station has been expanded for civilian use, and will now continue to provide free healthcare for the Illians for the foreseeable future.

Senator Paul Hawkings commented, "What started as a defensive necessity has since expanded to an incredible humanitarian mission, and the Vancouvian military is happy to help. It is the least we can do for them."

A representative from Linaviar requested access to Illa and Congress virtually instantly approved the request. "We are happy to show the Linaviarian government--and the region--the good we are doing in Illa," said Hawkings.

The Royal Mubaru Navy, which has been conducting training exercises off the island's coast, has also contributed to the humanitarian effort. Vancouvian, Mubaruans, and Illians have joined together for mutual benefit, and relations are likely to continue to improve. Several Illians have requested permission to move to Vancouvia, and these requests are likely to be approved.

4 ships arrived on in the port of Gideon today. Among the passengers were over 4,000 Buddhists fleeing Bhumidol.

The ships came about unexpectedly, and the local government was not prepared for their arrival. After several hours, officials from the federal government came to Gideon to access the situation. The fleeing refugees were then escorted to the refugee camp just outside of Gideon

The local government is currently taking a tally on the civilians, so as to make sure that they are all accounted for. They are expected to receive temporary 8 year visas in the Republic.

Change of Heart

Following the King's decision earlier this week to engage in defensive exercises near the remote "Illa Isle", a change in plans has been announced by the Cabinet.

Cabinet Member, Chief of State Abraham Harun said in an announcement earlier today; "After seeing the effort and graciousness of the people of Vancouvia towards the people of Illa Isle, the Kingdom and the Papacy have been ethically moved. The King has decreed that instead of practicing for military strategy and defense in a relatively time for Mubaru, we should be using our resources to help those less fortunate, and less resourceful people near our sphere of influence. In light of Vancouvia's portrayal of how such an act of kindness could be carried out, the Kingdom is following suit, and extending a hand of prosperity towards the natives, and instead, using our ships that are already on their way towards the island for transport of supplies and of natives on and off the island to better futures elsewhere."

The Royal Navy has announced that it will be sending humanitarian aid towards the island and will be working in conjunction with the Vancouvian Government to provide swift and immediate help to the less fortunate people that inhabit the land.

Breaking news from Great-Imperialonia,

Emperor Melas, lord of Frosto, honourable baron of brassilistan, king of the sunsea, prince of the icy mountains, Buddha of red lotus, duke of the southern lands, earl of the time and, general of life and esquire of gold had a long meeting the last week. The meeting took almost 72 hours! After that meeting the emperor gave a press conference, in that conference he announced the parliament of Great-Imperialonia!

"This doesn't mean this country is an complete democracy!" So warned Melas the press. In the parliament are hundred seats. The seats are divided over the ten ministry's. Every year there are elections, the first of Zeusimus. Every citizen (above 18) has to vote. Every citizen between 14-18 may choose if he wants to vote. Because a ministry can not dissapear, they all start with 1 seat.

What if there are many votes for (for example) the ministry of healthcare? Well, then the ministry of healthcare has gained more seats and his voice is stronger. Of course, the normal parliament, as written in the constitution stays. This parliament is not connected to the issue parliament, where the emperor dicides.

How will the voting be? Is the big question of the citizens. Can we only vote on 1 ministry? No, of course not. You only prioritize the. So (for example) if you think gelato are should be the first priority, then economy, then education etc... You put them in the correct order.

Public response to regional imperialism

The new party broadcast was released earlier today, entitled, 'National Inspiration'. It stated the importance of role models in Rontbari society as well as the necessity of ambition and dreams. This topic, a mandatory read for all citizens also highly condemned the actions of certain nations.

National Inspiration

"Rontbar is currently undergoing the greatest revolution in its history. Scientific breakthroughs are commonplace and the nation's scientists must be heralded. The space programme has reached new heights, with the project for a habitat on Mars beginning officially today. 46 years after the first Rontbari human spaceflight, we are venturing into new worlds and our ambition is only to be encouraged. It is imperative for every citizen to have a role model and a dream. No dream or aspiration is impossible and the benevolence of the state will help every citizen to reach their dreams. Without clear goals and ambition, there would be nothing special in our brave nation. The scientific discoveries would be dull and unremarkable. Dream for Rontbar's future!

Our dream is to bring democracy across the region and give rights to those who are oppressed. In light of recent events, it is apparent that imperialist nations are hindering the progress of Rontbar regarding land acquisition. The imperialist Linaviar is strongly encouraged to cease activities condemning Rontbar. The people are suffering, both in Rontbar and in Lövsk. Who has the right to stifle national interests? Aspire Rontbar! Strive for the people!"

Response to Linaviar

The remarks of Linaviar show how it encourages the breach of international law. Rontbar respects the opinions of Linaviar and respects Linaviar as a nation. Our activities are sure to cause conflict and this was considered democratically although the rights of the people come first and this is of utmost priority. May Rontbar reiterate, as should not be required, that the World Assembly stated on national sovereignty:

Article 1 § Every WA Member State has the right to independence and hence to exercise freely, without dictation by any other NationState, all its legal powers, including the choice of its own form of government.

Article 2 § Every WA Member State has the right to exercise jurisdiction over its territory and over all persons and things therein, subject to the immunities recognized by international law.

Article 3 § Every WA Member State has the duty to refrain from unrequested intervention in the internal or external economic, political, religious, and social affairs of any other NationState, subject to the immunities recognized by international law.

As stated here, the internal affairs of Rontbar should not be delved into by subversive outsider nations. Rontbar has a policy of anti-imperialism and therefore Rontbar does not interfere in international politics, being impartial. Rontbar's views are ever important, as are the views of any nation but they must be suppressed in the event that it would threaten democracy.

The annexation of Lövsk is being done democratically and the statements given by officials of Linaviar gravely concern Rontbari central government

"given the claims by the Rontbari Government, we expect that the referendum is a sham..." and "...the unilateral annexation deprives the native peoples of the island, who make up 60% of its population, their inherent right to self-governance and self-determination"

Rontbar strongly disagrees with the false accusations made by Linaviar. The referendum will be conducted in a similar manner to all other Rontbari referendums, held regularly to address national issues. The referendum will be transparent and to reassure Linaviar, we authorise the entry of 'international observers' into Lövsk to supervise all matters in the referendum. There will be no rigging of votes nor illegal forms of campaigning. Rontbar's anti-imperialist stance remains however and under no circumstances shall 'international observers' interfere with the natural democracy in the referendum, regardless of apparent authority.

The annexation is not unilateral. The issue raised by Rontbar on national sovereignty will be voted for by the people of Lövsk, regardless of ethnic background. There will be no discrimination. The sovereignty of Lövsk is an important matter to Rontbar and we have given the people a chance to express their opinions. Arguably, at least 40% of the population would have been deprived of their right to self-determination had there been no referendum. The rights to self-governance and self-determination have not been breached and Rontbar will be granting autonomy to the state of Lövsk. The terms of the annexation have already been approved by Vancouvia who is granted rights of control over Lövsk.

Rontbar awaits the list of demands from the government of Linaviar and accepts its condemnation. Rontbar hereby suspends the opportunity of economic co-operation for Linaviar and will abide to demands ensuring that they are fair and in accordance with World Assembly law to avoid further regional conflict.

We are reviving reports of a bomb on the Grand Duke's estate. The estate, parliament and allgovernment buildings are on lockdown as well. There is currently a wedding going on at the Grand Duke's estate for his son Prince Casimir. All delegates and visitors to the wedding have been moved into a secure area along with the Grand Duke.

"The palace is secure along with the rest of the city. The First Divison's bomb squad is moving to the Grand Duke's estate as we speak," said Tadeusz Kościuszko, the Minister of the Army. "At this point, we do not know if a foreign country is taking part in this plot or if this is an act of terrorism."

The latest opinion polls on public opinion on Tuernia have been censored due to highly negative and violent reviews given by segments of the Bhumhalese population.

[Increasing Tension in Yogikarta

In recent days, after the failed invasion by the terrorist group, the Most Serene Republic of Megaleya, tensions across Yogikarta, a metropolis of 14 million people nearly evenly divided between Buddhists and Jains, have been rising.

Six Jain school children were found dead, severely mutilated in an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of Yogikarta. Local officials from the Ministry of Defense have stated their initial intentions, believing that the children were indiscriminately attacked by a disturbed worker. High members of the local Jain community believe that the violent act was orchestrated by the newly materializing Buddhist extremist group, Rajya Vajrabuddha.

The Ministry of Defense has conducted a raid on infamous Kalika Buddhist Temple in central Yogikarta, under suspicion that the temple had been harboring extremist sentiments.

Three hours ago, the Ministry of Welfare got permission from the Executive Parliament of Bhumidol to temporarily close 7 Buddhist temples across Yogikarta under suspicion of extremist activities. The Eastern and Northern Nikiyas of Yogikarta, parts of the city where most of the Jain population resides, have been placed under a moderate security detail by the Ministry of Defense.

New Poll Reveals Deep Religious Divides Across Bhumidol

Over the past week, the BEAIS has been collecting poll information across Bhumidol, finding startling results on the divide between Buddhists and Jains on the current NGAA (New Government Administration Act).

97% of all polled Jains see the current movement toward democracy as an extremely positive trend, while just 58% of polled Buddhists have the same attitude. Nearly 23% of all polled Buddhists were against government movement towards democracy, favoring the previous administration.

Nearly all Bhumhalese, close to 89%, have expressed concerns about media that is too free, citing fears of sensationalized violence.

On foreign governments, Buddhists overwhelmingly support New Aapelistan. 93% support the current government of New Aapelistan, with only 2% expressing a mild negative view, while only 32% of Jains express support; nearly 60% of Jains have expressed a highly negative view of New Aapelistan's government. Buddhists have expressed negative views on Vancouvia and Eiralis, with 62% and 41% of Buddhists respectively reporting heavily negative views on both countries. Jains in return gave heavily positive views of both countries, with 93% expressing highly positive views on Vancouvia, and 99% of all Jains expressing heavily positive views on Eiralis.

Opinion poll results on Tuernia were censored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Welfare out fear of causing sectarian violence, due to their nation being implicit in hosting a large Bhumhalese foreign population, as well as fears of hurting foreign relations.

An expressed large percent of all Bhumhalese voters, 72%, see religious sectionalism as being the biggest problem for the country at large.

With tensions running high, and communities divided, the country is looking to the new government for answers; or at least a temporary solution.

The Department of trade has closed yet another trade deal! This time, with New Aapelistan.

Councilwoman Totiyov Bulka met with the head of state of New Aapelistan and spoke with him in regards to this new trade deal. It was agreed upon that Aapelistan would trade sustenance based food products to the rather Barren Republic of the Cristo, in exchange that they would provide metallic exports along with computer chips.

Currently, we can see New Aapelistan freighters loading up with the supplies of Bananas, Pineapples, and Papayas ready to ship off to the Port city of New Gideon and New Jerusalem. Upon arrival, they will be filled with Metal and computer components.

Much pleasure is being sent towards the Trade Council woman, as her very recent success of negotiating two trade deals in favor of the ' People under the Cristo'. It is predicted that she will have an ever growing voice in the Council.

Islamic Fights

Whilst The Holy Empire has left the Shia Muslim and Sunni Muslim conflicts, recent immigration have caused new conflicts. After our recent, embarrassing civil war after the abolishment of slavery, more civil war conflicts are starting to happen. The most recent act was the strike of the Information Industry. Part of the reason was bad wages, but the strikers were of Shia faith. The boss was of Sunni faith.

Other acts of violence include the bashing of police men in Great Britain's Port, as well as several Holy News reporters on the scene. Great Britain's Port is one of the major Shia Muslim cities in T.A.M.

The irony of the trade agreement made today with Cristo is the fact that the lead pipes traded with were used in Great Britain's Port.

There is also the first Parliament, the EPB which became the first fairly elected chamber in Bhumhalese history just a week ago. The Head Minister which they elected, the fierce Jayalithi D. Bodhai, has promised to turn Bhumidol into the most efficient democracy in the Western Isles, claiming that she would introduce procedures that would allow effective legislation to be created and passed in a matter of a few hours. With her own promises, it seems as though the first Head Minister herself realized the trap her government was in; living up to the legacy of the former government's façade.

Indeed, most Bhumhalese are quite prideful about their former government. Some of the praise is most certainly founded, such as the AI Administration's ability to increase literacy from 17% to 100% in a single-generation, or their capability to have transformed Bhumidol into what appeared to be first-world country in just two generations, from what was at the time a largely rural Buddhist kingdom. There is much however that is unfounded, or rather has been distorted to the point where most Bhumhalese have accepted an extremely corrupt world-view.

Much of the blame is relegated to the Ministry of Education & Science in the last administration, which cut funding for Bhumhalese language and expression learning, and it's hyper-emphasis on Mathematics and Science. Such a focus was effective in turning many Bhumhalese into loyal subjects to the government; for when one is educated in subjects were rote memorizing, and working with pre-established logic is the norm, people are naturally trained to accept what is told to them. Similarly, the Ministry of Education & Science was very clever in engineering a school system that as a result churned out robotic humans that would accept the governance of the AI Administration as it was, while having the knowledge required to strengthen the System's capabilities.

Then there was also the factor of spirituality; the AI Administration itself succeeded a Buddhist-theocratic Kingdom, carrying over the devout populace that came along from the ancient dynasty. With the System's inclusion of normal citizens in the process of improving AI capabilites, many Buddhist religious leaders were quick to jump on the wagon, proclaiming Buddhist logic was what was supreme enough to allow collective conscious to rule society. Through such labeling, the Vijyana System quickly became a poster child for Buddhist leaders across Bhumidol, who saw the preservation of their religion and it's relevance being linked to the Systems rule and existence.

With the combined sponsorship from what appeared to be all angles of society, many Bhumhalese were quick to conform to the new AI Administration, accepting beliefs such as killing citizens who were not intelligent enough and thus didn't benefit the System, or revoking or distorting memories of those who were set as an enemy by the System. Amongst much of the brainwashing included brandishing democracy as a foreign, non-Buddhist system, and more recently that Vancouvia and Tuernia are countries set against making Bhumidol succeed on an international stage.

With the current uncertainty in the face of instability, many Bhumhalese have held fast to the beliefs of the former government, with many Buddhists within Bhumidol accusing Jains of being a minority seeking destruction and imperialism upon Bhumidol. This has created a dangerous positive-feedback cycle, whereby Bhumhalese hold fast to archaic Authoritarian principles that do not work in a democracy, see those standards fail, and then get even more extreme on their Authoritarian intent. If allowed to continue, an array of dangerous possibilities remain, ranging from re-establishment of the AI government, to violent inter-religious pogroms.

Thus, there are several policy measures that the EPB should take in the future in order to get our nation on the right track. These are to namely clearly establish in the coming constitution that Bhumidol is secular nation, to endorse the return to government support of creative expression, and to stop listening to conservative sentiments that could potentially derail the Bhumhalese democracy.

Of course, I do not mean that our government should ignore a large part of the voter base which happens to be conservative, but what I do suggest is create government policy that remakes an original and successful image for a new Bhumidol. One that democratic loving Bhumhalese can attach themselves to, while effectively distancing ourselves from the previous government.

The Wodka Incident

It turns the suspected bomb was actually a case of vodka. A not found on the crate said "Is wodka." The Captain of the Grand Duke's guard, Märt Rask, has come out and said, "At the time, our main prioriety was the safety of all the people in the Verkiai Palace. I extend my sincere apologies to all those affected by the news."

Vilnius was brought to a standstill when the city was put on lockdown. Many are calling for the resignation of Captain Märt Rask due to him not looking to see if the crate contained a bomb before alerting the Lithuanian government.

Bomb teams spent all of May 26th searching through Verkiai Palace. The bomb teams found a not saying, "Congrats on the wedding and congrats to holding onto Lithuania for so long. Enjoy being Grand Duke for now, for it will not last much longer." The note was signed KPS, the common abbreviation for the Kamieniec Podalski Separatists. They are being given the nickname, the Wodka Separatists because many believe the KPS was behind the crate of Vodka behind the Palace. The KPS was formed in 2004 when Kamieniec Podalski and Lithuania split when they couldn't decide who should be King. The KPS is looking to overthrow Grand Duke Casimir and place King John IV Sobieski of Kamieniec Podalski on the throne of Lithuania. The KPS's main base of operations is in the province of Poznan. The province of Poznan is the border province between Lithuania and Kamieniec Podalski and Lithuania.

"We are taking this note as a serious threat," says Minister of the Military and National Defense, Tadeusz Kościuszko. "The Ministry of Foreign Relations is contacting the Kamieniec Podalski government at this very moment. The KPS has been becoming more militant over the years and we are fearing they will start a rebellion in the province of Poznan. The Ministry of the Interior is also launching a further investigation of how the KPS was able to gain contacts within Verkiai Palace."

Lake Agreement!

Lake Lisiana, the lake that has borders shared by the Kingdom of Mubaru, the Kingdom of Nights Edge, and our beloved nation, Remodio. Our Supreme Dictator, Logan Goerding signed the deal today with King Mubarack Flaqar, His Holy-ness Laude Mousa IV, and King Rylei Sakari.

Logan Goerding demands that we only list some of our agreements, and has chosen:

VII. All water usage data by either nation shall be made readily available to the public.

IV. The Parties shall protect, conserve, restore and improve the Lake using any resources necessary.

III. The Parties shall conduct yearly assessments on the status of the Lake and the surrounding ecosystem to ensure that the environment has been protected and all water has been protected.

If any citizens harm the lake, our beloved police force will deal with them, personally.

SCANDAL IN THE CABINET
Cabinetmen and citizens alike were shocked when it was revealed that John Dayer, Cabinetman for the Cabinet of Public Health, was caught smoking. "This was not expected," said a fellow Cabinetman, who wishes to remain anonymous. "John always seemed like more of an alcohol abuse kind of guy. At least, that's what I had my money on." This is the 16th incident of a Public Safety member breaking their own rules. Implications of this recent surge in activity are unclear.

CRISIS IN PALLETT
Citizens of the city of Pallet were caught completely by surprise when the "dust storm" hit them from the Northeast. Nearly 300 tons of bath salts intended for briberEXPORT were caught by strong winds and carried over 50 miles into Pallett. All travel to the city has been cut off, and the conditions there are unclear. There is currently a settling cloud over the city expected to coat most buildings. Rescue teams are planned to be sent, but current conditions make rational thinking within the cloud impossible. More updates next week.

BIRTHDAY "SURPRISE" RESOLVED
Yesterday, the mayor of Victoria's birthday party was interrupted by a bomb threat, said to be inside the cake. His private residence was speedily evacuated, and no one was injured. The threat proved to be a hoax, and all that was discovered within the cake was cake. Happy birthday, Bob!

HORRIBLE BREAKING NEWS!

The nation is in distress! Dictator Logan Goering was assassinated during a speech about recent agreements with The Free Lands of Vancouvia, The Kingdom of Mubaru, and the Republic of Stoizzle.

The nation is in distress. Logan Goering's two sons, and daughter are competing. Kellie Goering, his daughter, Joseph Goering, his one son, and Derek Goering, his other son are the applicants.

Mr. Goering was shot in the back of the head. Recent analysis reports reveal it was a FN Five-Seven, probably silenced. From the direction of the bullet, it had to be in the crowd.

Tomorrow, one of the applicants will be chosen, and become our new leader.
