Citizens of Panha.
It's been a long thirteen years.
For seven of those, I believed in my sister's mission. For seven years, we collectively as a nation turned a blind eye to the suffering of our brethren in North Bay. That suffering spread like an infection until the dust of it invaded every heart and household, until Yimar Svat's Medusa gaze turned all sense of decency within our hearts to stone with the chokehold she held around our island, our kho.
For the past six, I have done everything possible to erase the stain my actions have spread across the pure beaches of my home. I know it didn't seem like it to all of you. For some of you, you who had to pay the price for my concealment -- it is for you that I fought so hard for this revolution to thrive. Today, all of your sacrifices have mattered. Today, we took back Panha.
Perhaps it is most telling that the person who knows our tyrant best among all those living - me, her brother - was the one who saw Satan writhing below her skin. I believed in the unity she preached to all of this when she laid siege to Arseau. I thought I believed in her at the massacre of Uvritao. For unity, she said. For Panha. I reluctantly followed. I reluctantly followed the first time she threatened to kill me - when I refused to execute citizens refusing to leave their home in my hometown of Bue-Makh. My cowardice on the day of Resettlement is a shame I will spend the rest of my career fighting to erase. Even I, who loved my sister dearly in my youth, understand that anyone with a conscience must renounce former premier Yimar Svat. Now, I am not naive. Now, I understand that unity was never what Panha needed. It was the strength of the people to support it.
No longer will police kick down the doors in the night. No more will we be restricted from leaving Panha. No longer will we be forced to report those of Ilsan descent to hotlines, or fear going to work for accusations and denouncements. We will have a democratic nation, painted in the nation of the great states of the Isles. It's time we moved forward, not seeking to reconstruct Panha of seven hundred years ago, like that of my foolish sister. We need to move into the light, not away from it. Citizens, I am proud to announce to you that Yimar Svat is dead. With her, her three most treacherous cronies, and the rest to follow. Her death was easier than she deserved, but for all who doubt it, I will play video footage of Svat's office, showing her prescence at the time of explosions. Truly, today, we've made progress towards honoring our family who died under this snake's fangs.
But the work isn't done yet. With the military at my back, I will seek to transition as smoothly as possible into the next stage. We will reenfranchise the people. We will return to our true regional capitals. We will heal. Thank you to all of those who stood with me today, who hid this Second Coming of Kho Panha from the rats within our walls, to our partners overseas. I know you're frightened. Some of you may think this is an elaborate trick. But in time, you will see the truth, for today is the first day of True Panha.

”Our bold vision for a Wesland which is further prosporous both in its social life and in its natural environment has had support for a long time. We are thankful for the amount of voters who did turn out for us but unfortunately it did not get us across the line. We look forward to seeing what a Hailes ACEGAD Government will bring us and we congratulate the winners on such a respectful campaign. We do hope we will be able to collaborate with ACEGAD like we have in the past. Thanks for coming out.
”One again the centre will fail Wesland. Only we are the Party that can deliver more jobs, a stronger culture and a more steady future for Wesland. We congratulate Hailes on her hard fought win and congratulate ACEGAD for their efforts in the election, but we watch with concern as they continue to take Ainslie the wrong way one electorate at a time. The Indenats are not finished yet. We will be back. Thank you."
"With the Federal Government busy with the Norlandic Government and facilitating the legal processing of Orsandian refugees, a new issue has presented itself on the shores of our most northernmost territory - Gresswell Island. It was left to the Wesland Electoral Government to decide upon appropriate action and with support from Ms Gifford, we have struck a deal with the Roendavar to initially process up to 2,000 migrants in Greston for transfer to the nation. Whilst Roendavar is not the most stable at the moment their ability to manage migrants in the future is quite outstanding and similar to our own capacity. A tent city will be created near Greston to ensure these migrants are safe and warm whilst we do the checks we need to."
