BREAKING NEWS : Suicide Bomber, Policeman Killed in Bomb Attack in Enerah

ENERAH, Kabar Sahari - A bomb attack was launched by three bombers in the Enerah most busy bus station, Brenat, in the midst of morning traffic today (03/10).

At least six people have fallen victim to a bomb blast near a Transenerah bus station in Brenet in North Enerah, National Police deputy chief Comr. Gen. Galahudin said this afternoon.

At least two people have been killed in the attack, the suspected suicide bomber and policeman Sec. Brig. Hari.

National Police deputy Comr. Gen. Galahudin stated that there are seven victims that had been identified so far, with three policemen, two civilians, and one suspected suicide bomber that was killed. Along with four others civilians that were badly injured in the blast.

Galahudin later expressed his sympathies,

I want to express my sympathies. An explosion has occurred. For the time being, we are treating it as a suicide bombing. We believe there is a single perpetrator. We have not yet identified the perpetrator

The explosion took place at around 8 a.m., Enerah time.

Traffic around the scene has been blocked off and the police are investigating the explosion. If the police are correct and this is indeed a suicide bomb attack, it will be the first terrorist attack on Samudera in more than five years.

SHOCK had been speculated to be the perpetrator of the suicide bomb attack, but no official statement had been released so far.

Chairman of the Central Committee Lev Verdiyev today formed an advisory commission to design a new flag, guaranteeing more than a month to study and evaluate suggestions. The commission is to recommend 10 designs by the first week of November, according to the chairman's order, which also mandates that the current flag be kept in use until the new flag is chosen.

"All citizens may submit their designs to the commission, which must comply with the regulations that will be put in place to ensure each and every design to be evaluated fairly." A statement from the chairman's office said.

The 21-member commission would be a diverse group, containing members from the different sectors of Velahi society.

BREAKING NEWS : Four killed after a suspected terrorist attack outside of the Presidential Residence

Breaking news coming out of Stockton this afternoon, as four people have been killed, and 7 more wounded in a suspected terrorist attack nearby the Presidential Residence.

It is confirmed that the assailant was arrested by police.

It is believed that the attacker stabbed to death three people at the scene, whilst another later died in hospital.

It is also believed that three people are in a critical condition following the stabbing incident.

An investigation is ongoing, and no other people have been hurt.

A police officer sustained minor injuries.

It is reported that one of the dead is an Athara Magarati national, and the nation has been informed.

Update: Another person has died in hospital, and one of the three dead is confirmed to be an Ainslie national.

Faoláin Addresses Nation, Outlines Plans for Reconstruction

Although Karolíne Catrín Faoláin's presidential campaign has been terminated, due to her victory, two more campaigns take its place. Today, President Faoláin announced the beginning of the International Outreach Initiative, and the Domestic Reconstruction Initiative, both of which aim to rebuild Shanowinn itself and its image in the wake of the civil war and Chulainn NaAchill.

As the name suggests, through the International Outreach Initiative, President Faoláin intends to reach out in the region and cultivate new or better relationships. For instance, she has accepted Domanania's invitation for Owinn scientists take part in a maritime research expedition in the Four Passages. Domanania extended the invitation to investigate geothermal vents underwater earlier this year, but then-Ahern Chulainn NaAchill refused Owinn involvement.

Faoláin promised to rebuild relationships with the culturally similar Glasriocht, and also restore Shanowinn's trade relationship with Ainslie to a more favorable level, after NaAchill damaged the relationship.

At home, Karolíne Faoláin is preparing to open a dialogue with the Highland Republic, an issue she described as "delicate." In the meantime, she has already made an executive decision to declare the National Ahernric Police Service a terrorist organization. Although NAPS already disbanded, political analysts believe that it is still a gesture of good will towards the Highland Republic. During the civil war, the Ahernric Police perpetrated numerous crimes against the Highland people, who portrayed them as "terrorists" and "thugs."

Yesterday, President Faoláin suggested that Shanowinn might need a new flag, an idea that immediately caught on across the nation. In response to this, the President announced today that she has tasked a committee with designing a flag for the Republic of Shanowinn.

Baron Nicholas Alexander, who claimed to be heir apparent of the Aapelistanian throne has finally got what he desired: recognition from a nation. After the Roman-Catholic, Greek-Orthodox and Anglican Church of Imperialonia endorsed his pretendency, and after some powerful nobles such as the Prince of Trinidad, Alloysius II and the Prince of Arthedain Arnor IX backed him, all eyes were on the national government, and especially His Majesty the Viceroy, the only person who can officially recognise nations or acknowledge an heir apparent.

The Viceroy convoked both Houses of Parliament today at noon, to deliver a speech to Parliament, and an address to the whole world:

Immediately after the Joint Session, the two Houses of Parliament started their own session, in which the debates started about the realisation of the recognising of the Aprosian Empire without the Viceroy. This is seen as a huge step, as it basically denies any existence of current government of New Aapelistan. The Prime-Minister only commented that, on behave of the cabinet, the Viceroy has their undying support. The Foreign Minister also briefly spoke out his support for His Majesty.

Prince Heir Nicholas II is invited to court until new steps will be taken. It is unknown if the Viceroy is willing to declare war on New Aapelistan or take active steps. It is Leo yet to see if other nations will follow, after Imperialonia took the first step. A response from the Aapelistanian government is yet to be made.

- (Stellanova City, Tectonix) After a largely cordial and conciliatory debating process, Parliament has approved the final stages of the Refugee Relocation and Integration Initiative, or RRII. The RRII had, up until now, been in the pilot stage over concerns of both immunological and cultural risks to the Tectonixian mainland by the incoming Bhikkustani refugees — Conservative MP Millard Branson stated during the first session over the RRII Act:

It is my conclusion that although it would certainly be dandy for us to open up our floodgates and allow these refugees to come pouring in, it would only be the sensible approach to only let a few in for now, and let the process as stated in this Act take place to see the reaction.

The Liberal Coalition sided with the Conservatives, with the Branson Amendment putting in place the pilot stage, and the main bulk of the bill requiring secondary Parliamentary approval upon its termination. After three months of labourious work by the Provision RRII Department and the administration-at-large, the pilot stage showed results that not even the Soldiers of Christ could dispute. On Capitol Knoll, the Valdr put it best:

Mr. Speaker, after extensive dialogues with the Provisional Director of the RRII, the honourable Mr. Anaximander Grieg, High Admiral Mikhailov and Urban Development Secretary Walini, along with countless reports from both independent firms, charitable foundations and our very own Parliamentary Humanitarian Subcommittee, it is now my firm belief that the RRII Act must have its pilot stage terminated, and it be implemented in plena. The results have been staggering — 87% complete satisfaction rates amongst newly-integrated refugees, a reduction in hate crime following the preliminary crackdown on right-wing violence, 45% increase in male literacy rates and 52% increase in female literacy rates, 29% workforce integration and the welcoming of a new culture to our shores, all in just three short months! This is an absolute wonder for our role as a compassionate, humanitarian nation, and I urge this Parliament to send me this Act so it may enact its works on the starving women and children of Bhikkustan.

Now fully-implemented, the Refugee Relocation and Integration Initiative Act outlines the following steps for Bhikkustani refugees:

1. Recovery — including TNA at-sea rescues, relocation from major destinations (e.g. Athara Magarat), relocations from non-accepting nations (e.g. Cantonos, San Montagna, etc.) and coordinated extractions from Bhikkustan mainland and relocation.
2. Primary Processing — field biometrics, temporary photo ID card, rigourous health and vitality screening.
3. Relocation to Mainland* — Taken to Tectonix proper and placed in specially-prepared refugee camps.
4. Secondary Processing* — full biometrics, official refugee ID, second health screening, historical and ideological questioning, aptitude testing (optional).
5. Integration (optional) — placement into normal or public housing, connection to social workers, education, psychological healthcare benefits, integration into workforce.

*Occur in tandem.

As of now, the 2017 4th Quarter cap on refugees is at 25,000, though it should be noted that the intense screenings and specialised refugee housing facilities makes any more unfeasible for the current liberal-conservative agreement. The first arrival of refugees is expected on the 15th of October, with the majority of them at-sea rescues by TNA vessels.

Petition for the creation of the new province of Tamuâne reaches 100,000 signatures

Today, October 3rd, a petition with 100,000 signatures requesting the establishment of a new province in Dragão do Mar was presented in the Chamber of Deputies, in Fortaleza. If approved by the lower house of the National Congress, the proposal will be take to voting in the Senate. After that, the PM Leonardo Pinheiro and the King Lorenzo will decide to veto the proposal or not to veto in a mutual accord. If approved by all the levels of the government, the province of Messejana will be divided, with Tamuâne being the smaller portion that would comprise the Pachiú peninsula.

Supporters of the petition indicated diverse reasons that would justify the creation of Tamuâne. "Since the arrival of the Nine Gyarong Horde in 1122 at the Pachiú peninsula, under orders of the Khas-Kirati Empire, the Tamu was the predominant ethnicity in this area. We resisted the invasion by Keomora, later we became subjects of the kingdom of Messejana, and them it became a province with the establishment of Dragão do Mar in 1823." argues Anisha Arruda, one of the organizers of the petition "The last time that something like this happened in the country was back in 1992, when a portion of the west of the province of Parangaba became the province of Solaria due to the bad administration of the area. There are larger communities of Tamu Marians in the south of Messejana, mainly in Montese and Pirambu, where our culture was influenced by Portuguese-descendants, but some still speaking the Tamu Kyi and practicing the Gurung Dharma. Now it's finally time for us to reach the autonomy of a province, for too long we have been neglected under the uncaring and unstable government of Messejana, corrupted by the businessmen and the church."

However, the establishment of Tamuâne still having opponents "Dragão do Mar still recovering its finances after a long time of economic recession, and creating other province would be a unnecessary spend." says the conservative deputy Januário Azevedo, of the Party of National Democracy (PDN) "Tamuâne is likely to host a provincial government sometime, but a process like that demands a detailed planning as, if we just set a region free, the area will become a perfect place for illegal practices as drug dealing, corruption and traffic rather than improving the public management there."

While the southern population of Messejana waits for the begging of the voting in the Chamber of Deputies, several protests are being organized by Tamus, Khas-Kiratis, Athara Magaratis and supporters in general, to be executed in cities like Fortaleza, Messejana, Pirambu and Montese.

Fuel Usage of Bravo Rio

With the end of the year slowly approaching, many research reports have been released on many subjects in Bravo Rio, the one with the most controversy behind it is 'Bravo Rio's Energy Efficiency' written by the national health bureau. Another blow to the nearly re-extinct Dura language

Popular folk singer Kumari Dura [who sings in Atish, Khas, Magar Dhut, Tamu Kyi and her own native Dura language] was at loss for words upon hearing news that the Athara Magarati government had turned Ludo Bahadur Dura to the League.

"Of course, justice should be done as 22 Volkegoth citizens and 31 Athara Magarati servicemen died because of whatever he did. But I also fear that whatever sentence they give him is going to be another blow to our language that was brought back from extinction in 1992 due to intense efforts from our side and the Athara Magarai government's National Council of Ethnic Groups."

There are only around 200 Duras left in Athara Magarat and all of them are found almost exclusively in the small village of Dura Danda. There are an unknown number of Duras in nations such as Bhikkustan, Dragao do Mar, Noronica, Covonant, Atnaia, etc but none of them are documented Dura language speakers.

"The Duras in other countries speak the local languages spoken there like Atish, Nyssic, Covish, Portuguese, Spanish or influential Khas-Kirati languages like Khas, Yakthung Paan, Kham, Tamu Kyi, Magar Dhut and so on." Kedar Dura, an elderly from the village said while lowering his medical mask [due the scares from the deadly Ticking Flu]. "What to say of our cousins in foreign nations? Even in our village, Dura Danda, only 5 people speak the language now. Even an elder like me can only say our morning prayers or greetings, sit, eat and so on in our native tongue. Hence we had great hopes in that youth [Lieutenant Ludo Bahadur Dura]. But now, we all are shocked. His father [who like me only spoke a few Dura words] went missing a week ago and has not been seen. We all believe he was murdered. Ludo says SHOCK did it. And now he is a criminal. All our hopes for the next generation to preserve our culture seems doomed."

But another village elder, Madhav Dura, says that all is not lost. "We used to be a famous tribe in the good old days. Our Dura Horde supported the larger hordes like the Nine Khas Horde and the Yakthung Thibon as flanks in their campaigns. The Dura Horde acted as the vanguards of the Twelve Magar Horde in Ghodakosuddhabhumi [Bhikkustan]. Though small, our tribe has always been supporting our government and regardless of whatever others might say about him, I think our lad Ludo did what he thought was good - you know, wiping out a SHOCK base. We will grow again. Our language had been extinct in 1788 and brought nearly two centuries later in 1992."

Increasing Violence In Charbagnia

The Charbagnia Federation is yet again plagued by instability as recent protests spark around the nation. Rubber bullets and water cannons were used to disperse peaceful protests in the capital city Helmwerder, where supporters of the illegal political party 'Liberté pour les Gens' (Liberty for the People) were protesting the Government of Charbagnia. At least ten people are in hospital with grievous injuries, and fifteen more are being treated for injuries of various degrees.

The Charbagnian Federation is no stranger to protest and revolution. During the past century, the nation has seen its political system change from a Direct-Democracy, a Military Junta, a Soviet Socialist Republic and then a pro-capitalist Federation. The nation has confused historians from all across the Isles due to its peaceful and staunchly neutral past. For a nation so entrapped in turmoil, one would be surprised to hear it was one of the most stable nations in the East, supplying both sides of foreign wars and building its economy while others fell beside it. Nowadays, the nation is recovering from its most recent recession and is still attempting to reform its Communist economic policies even after over thirty years since the Soviet Republic collapsed.

The nation is also seen to have an issue with its ethnicities. The two major ethnic descendants are the French and German populations in Charbagnia. As the minority of the population, the ethnic French have seen constant repression throughout the centuries, with the ethnic German population getting most of the opportunities. Ever since the Military Junta was declared, the French minority has been suppressed, with the past Governments turning a blind eye to the violent ethnic crimes against them. In most recent years, some critics of the Government are saying they are living in an 'invisible apartheid', with ethnic Germans getting better housing and a better way of life. An infant's life expectancy is higher if born into an ethnic German family.

This, partnered with the population's tiredness of political oppression, has lead to recent political uprisings such as the Liberté pour les Gens Party, (LPLG) that is the most popular of the illegal political parties. Several other so-called 'Protest-Parties' have been declared 'illegal' by the Government who is in a constant battle on the streets with protestors.

Today is no different. Starting at 3:00 PM, the capital city of Helmwerder experienced one of its largest protests yet, with other 2,000 people involved. This included members of the local fire stations, doctors and nurses, who all took an active role in the protests. The protestors took the route towards the Federal Palace where they were met by armed policemen and riot police. The crowds were protesting peacefully according to our correspondent in Helmwerder who watched the protest. However, after twenty minutes of an intense stand-off, the crowds were forcefully dispersed, with many in the protest being injured in the protest.

Many of the protestors carried banners which wrote, "Vive la Revolution! L'indépendance pour le Français!" Confirming suspicions, many of the protestors were also loudly demanding a free French Republic in the north of the country.

Marc Xavier, a protestor in the Helmwerder protests spoke to our Correspondent, "The population of this nation has been living in constant fear and disgust over a Government who could not care less. After the collapse of Communism, we thought we'd return to a peaceful and neutral society with political freedom. We were snubbed and instead of freedom, we get a Government hellbent on spending its money on a Defence sector that is non-existent. How can we feed our people with 70's era military technology? All we want is peace, yet today we are faced with riot police who were willing to harm individuals doing no harm other than speaking their minds."

The Government has yet to show any sign of recognition of the events, but it is clear that the Charbagnian Federation is yet again entering into instability and violence.

Cases of “Buzz” overdose rise in southern Stiura, authorities on the hunt for smugglers.

After several weeks of news coming from beyond the Estates, it was almost destiny that the new street drug colloquially known as “Buzz” hit the streets of Dormill and Stiura. The first cases were reported in nearly isolated areas of the Estate of Stiura last week with the victims showing similar signs of drug overdose when compared against similar cases internationally. A few days passed and some more cases out in the country were identified, causing some alarm among authorities but not prompting a response by anybody higher. That was until 15 cases of drug overdose was reported at a house party in the southern half of Eppendorf, not far from the border with Bravo Rio, were reported last night. It remains unknown how the drug managed its way into the city but it’s clear by recent protests that Stiuraians are not happy with the lack of response from the local government, and even Stiura Hall, in regards to the situation. Chief of Police of the City of Eppendorf, Mrs. Andrea Sauvageon released a statement in an attempt to cool moods, stating “The Police of Eppendorf is in the process of opening an investigation into the matter, with coordination from Stiura Estate Police and New Avillon, alongside the citizens of our great city, that will result in the removal of this dangerous drug from the streets and preserve the integrity of our great city.”

Protestors against the National Congress’ relatively relaxed policy on certain drugs and narcotics has reignited the debate on whether or not New Avillon should take charge in such matters and crack down on the use of recreational drugs and alcohol. It is expected that this will be among the last debates the 17th National Congress holds until it is expected to dissolve tomorrow at noon.

After years of research in a collaborative research effort between Enari University and GMO powerhouse company Manokai Industries, the first expiremental crop of a new strain of rice known as Aurai Koshihikari will be harvested in 2 weeks time. Planted earlier this year, the experimental crop replaced 20 hectares on a terrace located right near the agricultural campus location of the college. Engineered to increase levels of beta carotine found in edible rice crops, this first batch is the collaboration's vanguard attempt at increasing Vitamin A intake by means of rice. Upon harvesting, calculations will be run comparing quantity of rice yielded, beta carotine levels, and soil quality.

If the outcome of the rice crop meets or exceeds expectations, it would not be a surprise to see more and more of the plant introduced into the region each growing season. Plans are already being drafted in order to get the new crop out for next year's harvest, with free distribution for subsistence farmers, and no royalty fees have to be paid to Manokai Industries if the farmer makes less than $12,000 per year. In addition, farmers are allowed to keep and replant seed at no cost.

We recently reached out to Yuna Hasana, the lead scientist behind the creation of Aurai Koshihikari, to get a response about the impending harvest and what it could mean for the industry:

Honestly, I couldn't be more enraptured in the situation. It took years to get to the point where we could genetically modify the rice to generate Beta Carotene in a crop extensively tested for safety. If all goes well, the potential to make increasingly healthy rice for every citizen of the country --even internationally-- is enormous, and nothing but beneficial for everyone involved. Unlike other large GMO companies, we work directly and collaboratively with and in the interest of local farmers to steadily roll out high quality and welcome agricultural products into their fields, and eventually our stores, homes, and meals

National Council passes new tax system after long absence, ministries begin employee layoffs

---

EURAVEZYA, CENTRAL EURANIA, EURANIAN FEDERATIVE STATE - after a long absence that was criticized by domestic and foreign observers, the National Council has proceeded to reform Eurania's taxing system based on the Western pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) system. This new system is intended for the Federative State's government to collect taxes before payment of workers. The system was born after recommendation from the Covonant International Development Fund, which recommended 'immediately establishing an effective tax system to prevent a government shutdown'. The new tax system will go into effect at midnight on October 7th, 2017. A new general-consumption tax or value-added tax (GCT/VAT) has been implemented as well, under such recommendations.

In addition to a new and robust tax system, the Federative State will also begin laying off public sector employees. All ministries, such as the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of the Interior, will, from October 5 to October 6, begin layoffs for employees. The Ministry of Labor and Industry, following these events, will be helping former government employees to new jobs in the private sector (along with the help of corporations), which has begun to grow following newly lifted restrictions on the economy after Communist policies were abolished.

The passage of such acts has been criticized heavily by former communist-hardliners in the National Council and All-Union Party. According to Deputy Andrei Sharanov, the new acts will cause 'the downfall of the Euranian nation, which has already begun a decline following the creation of the Federative State from the Union of Socialist States of Eurania (USSE). Meanwhile, government ministers and the highest levels of office of the Federative State have praised its passage. First Deputy Vladimir Mazarin called it a 'victory for Eurania and Shiron', while President Ilyan Yurovsky has called the act 'a step on the path of returning Eurania to its glory.'

Arkanian restored as Prime Minister after SJC determines no fault, finds several deputies guilty

Geneva Arkanian was found not guilty by the Standing Judiciary Committee (SJC) of the National Council after being forced out of the office of Prime Minister of Eurania after a no confidence vote, and has since been restored to her office. A government investigation included that voting against Prime Minister Arkanian was hijacked by an unknown third party, which altered voting, and was linked to communist hardliners in the National Council. Yakustk Ivanov, Georgy Aroromanov, Isaac Nijinsky, and Valeen Devamedevev, now-former deputies, were detained by police in Euravezya for their role in the fraud of voting.

The restoration of Prime Minister Arkanian has been hailed by Eurania's population, while in Polania and among left-wing groups, the event was called 'an absolute blunder' for Eurania as a whole. There has been no official response from the top levels of the government, but First Deputy Vladimir Mazarin, President Ilyan Yurovsky, and several government ministers have extended their 'welcome-backs' to Prime Minister Arkanian.

The flag of the Federative State of Eurania

In addition to the decrees that the National Council has passed, the Federative State has declared a new flag change. The new flag is a horizontal rectangular flag with two dark blue stripes and the Euranian Eagle, also in dark blue, in the center. Created by Colonel Matvei Vikarion during the Euranian political crisis (also known as the Stagnation Period), the flag was inspired from the ancient Kingdom of Shiron, which existed in what is now the Federative State of Eurania. Vikarion, who was a Euranian Christian Orthodox, states that the blue stripes represent Eurania and Shiron's₁ relation to God, while the white also showed his faith in God, along with innocence and purity of the nation of Eurania while undergoing severe hardship. The flag has found popular support among Euranians, as large majority of the nation is devout. Criticism came from atheist groups, stating that the flag 'was not representing a secular state of mind of the government'.

1. Shiron is regarded as the original homeland of Euranians, and in addition, a place where humanity and God made their covenant among the devout in Eurania.

Foreign Ministry forms Covonantian Visa and Immigration Agency (COVISIA)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially opened the newly rebranded Covonantian Visa Immigration Agency (COVISIA). Speaking at the opening event, Minister of Foreign Affairs Lydia Abbasca expressed that the government has made due on their promise of updating the Visa policy of Covonant and COVISIA will be the main agency tasked with implementing and supporting the visa and Immigration policy of the government.

The Union of Covonant Government is proud to announce that we have made our visa and Immigration policies more modern and structured to allow foreigners ease in applying for Covonantian visa, citizenship, asylum etc. We believe this move will make our borders more secure as we have more clarity in who comes in our country and better yet who we allow to come into our country.

Minister Abbasca notes that the agency is to replace the Travel Authority and Immigration Agency (TAIA). She expressed that the agency was a mere PR stunt of the previous administration that did nothing to improve Covonant's visa policy.

This new agency is to serve as the replacement to TAIA which shall with immediate effect be taken out of operations. We believe that TAIA had set the foundation for COVISIA but was an agency that had more bark than bite and did not positively affect the country's visa policy. This administration believes in meaningful work and catering to all Covonantians. COVISIA is not a PR stunt of this administration as TAIA was to the previous government.

COVISIA is tasked with granting foreign States visa free or visa required status for foreign nationals looking to travel or immigrate to Covonant. Many Covonantians have welcomed the move as they believe growing threats of terrorism and intolerable states must be prevented from having its effect on the country. Others however are skeptical of the new organisation's mandate. Saioka Minor a second generation immigrant from Bhikkustan fears the agency may make travel to Covonant harder.

I don't think that this agency will make foreign nationals coming to Covonant easier. The requirements that is asked puts many in the position of being declined not to mention the fees just for the application which is over $300 and if declined there is no refund. What I forsee is a discriminatory policy coming out of COVISIA and we see it already with the countries banned. What about Bhikkustan is who want to flee the country like my family over there did and some are still trying to do. I understand we need to be mindful who comes in but we have set up a new system that favors citizens from certain develop countries and regional powers who some can say are worst than countries that require visas or those that are banned. Its nothing more than a policy that favours some over the others.

When the CBC caught up with Foreign Minister Abbasca, we asked is the new agency policies favored to some and not all. She expressed that the government and by extension COVISIA is interested in knowing who comes in and from where they are coming from. She denounces any form of nepotism in the policy of COVISIA.

Covonant to recognise Nicholas Alexander as heir to New Aapelistan

The Foreign Ministry has of this afternoon released a statement expressing the Union of Covonant Government move to officially recognize Baron Nicholas Alexander of Great-Imperialonia has legitimate heir to New Aapelistan. In the statement, the Covonantian government noted its support of Baron Alexander following intensive dialogue with local and international historians who validated the authenticity of the claims.

The Union of Covonant Government publicly declare our support and recognition of His Excellency Baron Nicholas Alexander as heir to the New Aapelistan throne. We believe that the current government of New Aapelistan is not only illegitimate but intolerable for the citizens of New Aapelistan and countries of the region. The government in their quest to validate the authenticity of the claims have relied on local and regional historians who all agree on the statement to be true. The government awaits upon the day when a new democratic form of government through Baron Alexander will take place in New Aapelistan and the country will support the Baron in that endeavour in a peaceful diplomatic way.

Covonant is the first foreign country apart from Great-Imperialonia that has officially recogised Baron Alexander as heir to New Aapelistan. CBC political spokesman Mikael Stokes questions the government's reason.

One has to ask why. Why would the government issue that statement. We have never went so far in our history to recognise an individual as heir to anything instead we have recognized legitimate governments and states. So one has to wonder if this has some political undertones and if one can't hear them they are deaf. The Covonantian government has been waiting for a good while to find a replacement for the communist government in New Aapelistan and they don't care where it's found or in who as long as that individual is favoured by them and supports to great extent policies that the Covonantian government supports. It is also interesting that no other state has made such recognition so it's obvious that this government has a great interest in seeing major political change in New Aapelistan. This dynamic will be interesting to watch over the coming days as I believe more will be revealed.

IDC makes shocking revelation on Federal Khas State Council and the Khasan Liberation Army of Covonant

The Intelligence Data Centre has reveled shocking revelations concerning the Federal Khas State Council (FKSC) and the Khasan Liberation Army of Covonant (KLAC). According to Director of the IDC Lucius Frith, these two groups are identified as being major supporters of local grown and regional terrorism. Mr. Frith expressed that both groups disguised their affiliations through charity works but are heavily involved in terrorist activities in Covonant and around the region.

We have been doing major investigation into the terrorist attack that happened a week before the general election where we have identified great leads which suggest that terrorist from Athara Magarat receive credible Intel and funding from organisation's such as FKSC who have in their ranks members that are well capable to provide funding. And we have informations on these individuals and will be going after them in our attempts to gain a better understanding of how local terrorist groups are formed and how foreign terrorist groups gain information to carry out their acts in certain areas of the country

Mr. Frith notes that the KLAC is well noted to be the major recruiter for terrorist groups both local and foreign with many Taurots joining the cause. He expressed that the organization is being pursued.

We also identify that these terrorist organisation's rely on other groups such as KLAC that recruits individuals and influence them to target civilian populated areas. We have leads that suggest that this organization in Covonant is supported by KFSC by way of financial support which is how they have managed to secure and establish a well connected network of terrorism around the Mesder and we believe in other areas as well. What we have also realized is that not only are Khas and Bhikkustanis being the main recruits we also see an increase in the number of Taurots that are being recruited and small numbers of Neburisans as well. We intend to actively pursue these organizations and monitor closely their operrations

Mr. Frith expressed that Jueverna is a Hotspot for terrorist and is the main zone in the country were recruitment is heavily concentrated. He also notes that the agency will be relying through the numerous zonal police to target and track persons of interest.

What we have noticed is a high level of individual terrorist presence in Jueverna and we believe that zone to be the main zone that harbors and attract terrorist for its melting pot characteristic and many citizens of that zone are poor and easily manipulated and influenced. We are going after persons of interest with rigour. We are working local police high commands around the country and these groups will be rooted from out our country and by extension the region

Mr. Frith notes that KLAC operates underground but believes that KFSC may be the route in which such operations are discovered and dismantled.

The Bhikkustani refugee crisis
As stability returns to much of Bhikkustan the ordeal nears a close

The Crisis in Bhikkustan has played heavily on the minds of political analysts in the last few years. The first refugees were mainly internally displaced peoples after the eruption of Mount Marasathara over a year ago in January of 2016. These people spread around the nation, trying to find work. Then, eight months later, Bhikkustan was weakened again. After a costly war against Domanaia and its ally Vioraux, the Khangate under Khang Surevi was weakened. A clique of senior army officers led by general Sugubanalar Saikhan siezed power in a coup, aiming to westernise Bhikkustan and turn back the isolation caused by Surevi's anti-western stance. This coup and the subsequent violence caused many Bhikkustani's to try to flee. The coup never attained popular supprt however. Much of the military deserted and after two months of power the Federal Khangate dissapeared overnight and a socialist regime came into power. Due to this violence and subsequent invasion by Great Imperialonia who aimed to resurrect the Khangate under Surevi, hundreds of thousands of Bhikkustanis chose to flee and try find a better life for themselves. Some fled to neighbouring countries, but most tried to flee to Athara Magarat and other stable nations in the west. There they have faced discrimination and violence. On this episode of inside story, we will explore what has happened to these people and pose them the question; Do they intend to return home?

We spoke with several families of ex Bhikkustani citizens to discus this question. Most were immigrants who were currently living in Athara Magarat, Covonant and Corindia. We also spoke with Thamesin Kumari, a member of the State Committee for the Return of Expatriots, a government committee set up to facilitate the return of Bhikkustanis to the EUSR and to deal with ID and other problems.

The Lisangha family was the first family we spoke to. There were four of them, the mother Faria and her three children. Their father, Jhana, had been killed by soldiers while protesting during the coup. With no income to live off, they had been forced to try and escape to find a better life than living in a slum in Samadhi. They took advantange of their last funds to fly to Athara Magarat, claiming to be visiting relatives, before moving in to a Bhikkustani's house there. She said that "due to the collective nature of Bhikkustani culture, there were strangers who were more than happy to take us in. She began working as an undocumented labourer in a street cleaning gang that was connected to human traffickers. She says that their life in New Libang was very hard, but that it was better than living under the regime that killed her husband. When we asked her whether she wished to return, she began to cry. This was her answer; "I would love to return. Bhikkustan is my homeland, it has a very special place in my heart and I long to return there. I have family there, and friends I have not seen in months. I do not want my children to live in Athara Magarat, with it's different working culture and in a place they will not learn their national language and the language of their ancestors. But I do not see how we can return. I have no money but for that which sustains me and my children. I could not afford rent, so I live communally with six other families, all Illegal like me, and we share the rent. Life is tough, but I do not see a way that I can return. Then there is the news. They say that the EUSR is an evil state, that it tortures people. I do not want to believe these tales, but it is what we are told by our employer. He says their communism wants to kill small businesses like his. So I do not see returning as a possibility."

Khalakham Muurithesen was the next person we spoke to. His story was similar in many aspects. He had lived around Mount Marasathara when the eruption occured. This eruption destroyed his home and killed his young family. Ash also destroyed his computer and workspace, putting the amateur game designer out of a job. He was one of the infamous boat people, the Bhikkustani citizens who fled from Bhikkustan on boats or even rafts during the height of the crisis. Khalakham himself was on a dinghy, built for ten people, with 30 others. Their boat drifted into Corindi waters, where he was picked up by coast guard and was held in a holding cell. He escaped alongside seven others and eventually found work as a taxi driver. We asked him firstly about his ocean ordeal. "It was living hell," he told us in a voice that trembled with the remembrance of such a fearful time, "The boat was cramped. We though that every wave would sink our ship. I am eternally greatful to the Azure Dragon for gracing my voyage with her divine benevolence and delivering me to safety." Such religious fervour was seen among almost all of the interviewees. We then asked him whether he would consider returning to his native land. His reply was quick. "Of course. I will do more than consider it. I am going to return. I have looked into the SCRE act that was recently passed and have seen that they are offering to fund the return trips of Bhikkustanis who wish to return home to the EUSR. I have registered my interest and am going to return on a chartered aircraft from Corindia alongside two hundred others in my scenario. The government is offering new passposts and an amnesty on any crimes committed. I am glad to return home, and thank the government for this opportunity."

The final person we spoke to was Thamesin Kumari of the Communist League (Bhikkustani Regional Branch), a member of both the Politburo of the EUSR and member of the State Committee for the Return of Expatriots, (SCRE for short). We asked him about the status of the refugee crisis and the government measures in place to both facilitate the return of Bhikkustanis and to preserve the border integrity of the EUSR. He stated firstly that "The Refugee Crisis as it is seen on the news in the west is no longer a fact. There have not been Bhikkustanis fleeing on boats in months. That was during the Federal Khangate era and early revolutionary period, when our people did not have a functioning coast guard and there was no stability. These were major push factors and facilitating catalysts for the situation. Once the Bhikkustani People's Liberation Navy, as it was known at the time, was able to begin as a functioning entity there were no people who fled by boat. Since then most refugees have left either into Arguelista or Velah on foot or have flown and then not returned. The land borders are being closed into Arguelista but the Velah border is less consequential now as we are very close to our comrades there. Very few people are fleeing there. There is no changes to be made as we are both socialist states. We cannot stop people from flying and then abandoning the nation. That is a job for the foreign nations to keep their own borders. So the numbers of refugees leaving the EUSR is a fraction of what it once was."

We then asked him what was being done by the EUSR and Federal Bhikkustani governments to help get these people back. He replied that "The government has several schemes to facilitate the return of Bhikkustanis to our nation. Firstly, any Bhikkustani, Herudi, Parsev, Alanghi or Tumanese citizen can get in contact with their local EUSR embassy to organise a statement of intent to return. Once this paperwork is filled out, they can apply for a returning citizen's visa. This involves background checks to ensure that they are who they say they are, but with this approved they receive an EUSR passport and ID and must trade in their old Bhikkustani passports. After this, they are given tickets as a means to return to the EUSR, mainly conducted using chartered aircraft and boats. We hope that this will allow many of the people to return to their homes. These people will be excused of illegal immigration and will be eligible for both welfare and state housing and will be able to find a job. We do not just want these people back in their homeland, we want them to reintegrate and to be able live here."

From these interviews, it seems that for many the terrifying ordeal of the Bhikkustani Refugee Crisis is nearly over. From these people and from many of the others whose testimonies were not published, there seems to be a sense of optimism among the Bhikkustani diaspora, as if they feel that they will soon be able to put these dark days behind them and return to their land. The situation is encapsulated by this traditional Parsev idiom: "If a man loses his home, he can find another. But if a man loses his homeland, there is a part of his heart missing that can never be returned."

Opinion: The Vancouvian War

One of my more grounded friends recently brought up to me the idea that Vancouvia is one of the most violent nations to ever exist. She told me that Vancouvia and its predecessors haven't gone more than 15 years without their hands in some sort of military operation in the past 500 years. I did some research and confirmed it. Yes, the Vaen Guard were mercenaries, let's face it. Some of us like the stories. The great war stories. The grim, but heroic, tough but triumphant, tales of victory abroad. Others of us like the New Vancouvia. The prosperous. The efficient. The free. We like the lie. Now here's the truth: we're the same old mercenaries, this time with a bright blue flag.

Did you know Vancouvia has more soldiers abroad today than we have in any other point in our history? Did you know we currently have soldiers stationed in at least four active battle-zones? Can you name them? Do you care to? Did you know Vancouvia's military budget has grown 20% in the past three years? Did you know Congress has increased its annual Vancouvian Special Forces recruitment drive by over 400% since its creation?

And I think that last fact owes a bit more discussion. These are 10 year old kids. Kids still in primary school. Kids who have parents who are willing to sign their lives away for decades just because some government man knocked on their door with the "good" test results. Kids who get pulled out of recess and sent to the firing range. These kids miss out on a childhood. They are our Lost Generation. They are our sons and daughters. THEY are the ones who died at Yorkford.

During my time as a journalist I've visited several military bases. What they all have in common is one ever-present quality: growth. There isn't a base in the region that Vancouvia is not actively expanding. There isn't a military corporation in this nation that has a shortage of contracts. There isn't a month that goes by that the Closed Session Congress doesn't authorize funding for one more piece of military hardware or experimental weaponry.

We call ourselves Vancouvians, but we're not. We're Vancouvian Soldiers and their Authorizers. We're Killers and the Taxpayers who support them. But didn't you know we had no choice? There's a war on. Or several.

Coup in the Sultanate; Kachee joins the EUSR!

To the surprise of many, the Kachee Sultanate has been removed from power overnight in the Pandiya Islands. Using the opportunity that the Demokratik Kuunsrach of Athara Magarat was not sending any further ships (or military aid) to the Lotus Sea due to the Volkegoth-Athara Magarat spat, the Kachee al-Islamiya Communist Party (Ketseluvianist) and its allies launched a sudden coup d'état. In the tiny island nation of just 610,000 people, over 100,000 Kachee citizens came to the streets of the capital Yul, the cultural heritage site filled Wazarat and the trade city of Tehsil. The protesters supported the coup of the Ketseluvianists and chanted slogans against both the Sultan and the Hangma of Athara Magarat.

"Down with the Sultanate! Down with the spineless Sultan! Down with the fake believer and oppressive Jrm Hangma!" The protesters chanted in the streets across the island nation. "We will be one and strong with our Aprosiatic cousins in New Aapelistan and our Khas-Kirati siblings in Bhikkustan rather than in this weak union with a pathetic nation [the Demokratik Kuunsrach of Athara Magarat] corrupted by its capitalist allies!"

The population in the islands are 73% Khas-Kirati followed by 15% being Aprosians and the rest 12% identifying as Ipachis. However the people are non-denominational Muslims majority with the rest identifying as Sunni or Shiite. And Aapelistanian is the lingua franca despite use of various Khas-Kirati, Aprosiatic and Ipachi languages. The Pandiya Islands had become independent from New Aapelistan in the 70s, and accepted union with [as in being a highly autonomous but constituent country of] Athara Magarat in accordance to the Hangate rule. Now the people are saying that it was a mistake.

As the protesters surrounded police stations and government offices, violence escalated with the soldiers and police officers firing pellets, tear gas and even bullets while the protesters retaliating with their sticks, knives, axes, swords and even rifles. 62 protesters and 22 military personals are believed to have died overnight in the coup.

The turning point occurred when military officers, policemen and soldiers decided to resign en mass and join the protests since they could not kill 'brothers and sisters of their faith'. As the Sultan's palace was surrounded, Iskander Ali Erkinov announced his quick surrender; much to the surprise of everyone.

"I fear the might of the EUSR now as much as you all do. I was wrong to work with the weaklings allied to capitalists. I am sorry to my people that I made the wrong decisions. I declare our glorious nation as the Kachee People's Islam Republic and our nation will now join the EUSR where we can work with our Aprosian and Khas-Kirati brothers and sisters as one to defeat the many enemies we have. From henceforth, I give up my title of Sultan. God is the Greatest!"

Prime Minister Pinheiro proposes alterations in the Marian Constitution of Labour Laws (CMLT), in order to revert the increasing unemployment in Dragão do Mar

Today, October 6th, the project of reformation of the document that guarantee the labour laws in Dragão do Mar, the Marian Constituition of Labour Laws (CMLT), was presented in the Chamber Deputies, in Fortaleza. The presented document shows as most important alterations the changes in the regulation of work hours, retirement pension, holiday subsidies, break for meals, transport and minimum age for working.

The last modification in the CMLT happened in 1948 during the government of Fernando Ferreira, the first Prime Minister of the country, affiliated to the extinct Aldeotan Party (PA). The unemployment among the worker population of Dragão do Mar reached 6,7% in this month. It is growing less than in the past year, when its grow reached +1,7%, but in this year it already presented a increace of +0,9%. Leonardo Pinheiro expects to revert the situation until the end of his mandate, and affirms that proposing such alterations in the original document will adjust the labor laws to the present days, making the contracting more flexible and favourable to employers.

The reformed CMLT shows a increase of two additional hours in the maximum work hours of a day. The original document stated that employers could only request 9 hours of work from their employees and no more than that, but now the allowed maximum hours of work is of 11 hours a day.

The original document said that women could get retirement pension by 55 years and men by 60. In the reformed project, women will be able to receive the beneft with 65 years, and men with 70.

If approved, the employers will have the option to divide the 30 days of holiday subsidy in up to two or three times through the year. The original document stated that the Marian workers would have a holiday period of continuous 30 days.

The original document stated that Marian workers would have a minimum of one hour of the work time for having a meal. With the reform, the minimum would be decreased to 30 minutes, but the employer would be free to negociate with the employees to increase this time.

Currently, the time that workers spent to get to the work place throught public or private transport is deducted from the total work hours. In the alterated document, this would no more be guaranteed, and employers would be free to choose in either giving or not giving this discount.

The original CMLT states that persons younger than 18 years couln't work at any situation. In the reformed document, youths with 16 and 17 years can now work, but only 4 hours in a day.

Leonardo Pinheiro affirmed that the project fixes structural problems of the labour market, and will be a incentive for decreasing the unemployment. "The presented project reducts the cost of the jobs for employers, and the economy will immediately react to these measures. The new legislation will create the appropriate labor relations to the current reality, preparing the market to demands of the present and demands of the future".

Randolfo Januário, the speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, affiliated to the Party of the National Democracy (PDN) as well as the PM Pinheiro, announced that he would instruct deputies of the lower house to vote in favour of the reformation. "The representatives of the PDN in the Chamber of Deputies are determined to approve the reform of the CMLT by a majority of votes. Also, we will relentlessly negociate with deputies of the PCC (Christian Conservative Party) and of the PVM (Marian Green Party), parties alligned to Pinheiro's government, trying to reach a wide support".

"Any serious and instructed person, by reading the project, will find it a serious offense to the employees." said Gervaldo Ulisses, deputy of the Party of the Communist Obstinacy (PCO). "It is not fair to throw the resposabity to recover of the employment on the backs of the suffered Marian workers. This proposal isn't reasonable, it isn't even common sense, approving this would be the return of the slavery in Dragão do Mar".

The nationalist minority in the National Congress have presented their opinion in a controversial speech. "Leonardo Pinheiro and the bunch of corrupts of the National Congress don't have moral conditions to stipulate, vote and execute the reform of our labour laws." said Agenor Velasco, deputy of the Nationalist Labor Legion (LNT) "I dare to say that, this same corrupt congress don't have the right to elect a new Prime Minister in 2018. The Marian people will soon desire popular elections, as we slowly realize that any representative chosen by a force that not the one of the people, don't have the right to hold the governmental intitution, and that illegitimate leaders will only bring disgrace for this nation".

"The last alteration in the CMLT happened in 1948. It is clear to me that Dragão do Mar needs new labour laws." said Jair Bostola of the Conservative Christian Party (PCC). "Pinheiro was corageous proposing this fundamental change to our esteemed nation, as after a decade of failed leftist government the unemployment has reached records. The labor modernization is the fastest way for the creation of jobs, after all, the times changes and the laws should do the same as well".

Neither the opposition or the allied base has reached a majority of support, there are not predictions to the conclusion of votings in the Chamber of Deputies, as any side would need 2/3 of the favourable votes to acchieve a victory.

Charbagnian President Denounces Protest

Speaking on Charbagnian state media, the President of the Charbagnian Federation, Kurt Weinreb, publicly denounced the actions of the so-called 'illegal-party' Liberté pour les Gens yesterday afternoon. Calling their actions 'destabilising' and 'concerning', the President also called into question the integrity of the party, asking whether it was in fact supported by outside influences.

Yesterday afternoon, at around 3:00 PM, the capital of the Charbagnian Federation, Helmwerder, erupted into a mass protest lead by the popular political party called Liberté pour les Gens. The party, declared by the Government to be illegal, calls for reform to the nation, wanting free elections, economic reform, and an end to the so-called 'Invisible Apartheid' between the two dominant ethnicities in the Charbagnian Federation. To the Charbagnian Government, the most concerning wing of the party is the more radical side which calls for an independent French Republic to be set up in the northern states of Charbagnia.

After the abrupt and violent closing of the protest, with riot police being deployed at the scene to put an end to the peaceful protest, the President of the Charbagnian Federation, Kurt Weinreb, gave an interview on the country's state media outlet, 'Die Nachrichten', denouncing the events of yesterday.

"I am concerned with what has happened, certainly. Such terrible news to be alerted of. I am utterly shocked by yesterday's events, as one would never be able to predict this wave of anger. These people are a threat to our nation and a threat to the region, for they are promoting factionalism and instability. To be a strong country, we must show unity and high morale, for these people will latch onto any sign of tripping over. [...] I was alerted by my Cabinet that the group protesting was the 'Liberty for the People Party', an illegal and very dangerous group that, according to recent reports, has been receiving foreign aid. I am not at liberty to say quite who exactly, but believe me when I say those who wish to undermine our Democracy shall face righteous justice. I can tell you the core of the issue, the League. It supports those nations who wish harm upon us, but stay strong my fellow citizens, we shall overcome that bureaucratic cesspool of corruption. However, I must say that its so-called 'power' is frankly misplaced as the amount of indecision and allowance for rejects from the School of Machiavelli are really quite amusing. [...]"

The President did not seem to mention any further factions which evidence suggest have become active again or are continuing to spread around the country. One of the most popular being the People's Socialist Democratic Party (PSDP) which has come out from being dormant to become a relevant group within the nation. It has also been declared an illegal party by the Government. Some critics have said that the Government is attempting to cover up the situation by deciding not to declare any other enemies of the state, only reacting when regional news takes hold of its issues. Even then it tries to manipulate its problems.

Worker's Revolutionary Army deployed to defend Kachee comrades from Reactionary Imperialist forces

Following scenes of jubilation in the Kachee capital of Yul, the Kachee Islamic People's Republic was declared and local leaders expressed that they wished to join the revolutionary struggle as a republic of the Eastern Union of Socialist Republics. Following this declaration, the Central Committee has decided to accept this request. Five hundred infantrymen of the Worker's Revolutionary Army of the EUSR were deployed to Yul and other cities within hours, making use of the transport airfleet based at Sareka Suwong in the Eastern Federal Socialist Republic of Bhikkustan. These soldiers shall help keep peace in the streets and help to ward off foreign interests. With these soldiers came Ivan Kiletsov of the State Committee for Integration of Overseas Territories (SCIOT). Ivan will work with the local authorities to work out an integration plan that will be satisfactory for both the EUSR and the people of Kachee who have been mistreated by the Magarati government. Hakim Qabanogluv, premier of the Tumanese ASR, said that he "welcomed the addition of our brothers in arms" and hoped that "The Kachee and Tumanese people, who are brothers in faith, can work together and become united by the bond of revolutionary labour that unites the EUSR". Transports have also brought surface to air missile emplacements, LU-1 fighter aircraft and other equipment to help defend Kachee in case of foreign aggression.

We sincerely hope that this great victory of the working proletariat shall serve as a glowing example for those who are enslaved by capitalism.

United Dasko leaves Leftist Coalition

Today, the leader of United Dasko announced that it was leaving the Grande Leftist Coalition. He cited concerns over the extraordinary tax rate, and the inability of the government to act on these concerns. Regardless, this reduces the coalition's amount of seats to a simple majority status, rather than a two-thirds supermajority. This eliminates the Coalition's ability to edit and amend the constitution.
The President announced his disappointment for United Dasko's departure, and make overtures to make them reconsider - going so far as to consider lowering taxes to 53%.

It is indeed a shame that United Dasko pulled out; we could've done many great things. However, they can exercise free will. I expect a few cabinet positions will be reassigned. I should hope that the more progressive voters find another party that suits their needs.

Officers Killed in Boat Chase, Suspects Flee

Riverbend- Two police officers died and three were wounded on Friday in a police chase involving boats on the River Barlow. A spokesperson for the Hillsbora State Police said the two officers were Finnian Holmes, 29, and Arnold Frielja, 37. The three wounded officers were not in critical condition.

The suspects were able to evade police and cross the border into Bravo Rio.

The officers came under "heavy weapons fire" from the suspects, who were heading east toward Bravo Rio in a speed boat early Friday morning. The police attempted to stop the suspects for a strobe light violation before they fled and fired on the Hillsbora State Police boat.

Hillsbora Police Commissioner Emma Leland called the incident "tragic," and said the incident is under an extensive investigation. When asked about the weapons that were used by the suspects, she said it appeared to be heavy assault rifles, which "could not be matched by our officers' firearms."

The Commissioner could not speculate as to why the suspects ran, but did say "they were prepared for a fight."

New Family of the Timol Division Council

For the first time in decades, the Division Councils have received a new family into the exclusive legislative group. The Lamna family was accepted into the Timol Division Council by a slight majority of the families accepting bringing the total number to eight families. Unheard of in the nation's history for three hundred years.

The Lamna family is a rising star in Timol, coming from a small town by its capital. The family owns multiple businesses in the Division and is said to have significant power in Timol's maritime trading, but their influence is around equal to other contenders for a Division Council seat, so it is a massive shocker to have a new family join a Division Council, even with influence worthy of joining it.

The acceptance of the family's entry has caused uproar among the other influential families wanting a seat in their councils as well. One family member of one that is more powerful than the Lamna in many regards has said, "This is an injustice in every respect to the great families of the nation. To accept one of weaker power, while rejecting those in higher regard is ludicrous and it shows the overarching power of the Councils to keep to themselves with no fear of an uprising. We want to deserve our place in the nation's upper class and we will not stop until we do so."

The Timol Council, Lamna excluded, since inauguration has not yet begun have agreed to open meetings with the other candidates to discuss such matters, and if the Division Councils should be more inclusive in their choosing of new families to join, while the political state of Timol begins to tip over.

BREAKING NEWS : 18 killed and 70 plus injured on tube train bombing

Breaking news coming from Stockton again this week, as a second terrorist attack has taken the lives of 18 people, and has injured more than 70, police say.
The attack has occured less than one week after the Presidential Residence stabbing, in which 4 people were killed.
Police say that the dead and injured will most likely rise, as they have only been able to access one carriage of the train.
Police have also stated that four train carriages have been damaged 'in a horrendous manner', and another two have been affected and damaged 'significantly'.
Injuries are reported as far away as the front carriage, which is six carriages away from the site of the original explosion. This suggests that shrapnel may have been used, and travelled to the front carriage.
