Alicia put her arms around Allen and buried his head in his shoulder: it was clear again that she was holding back tears.
"So am I," she said. "I'm sorry for making your life a living hell for the past 2 years, and I'm sorry for being so fucked up. I guess I never actually deserved your love, so I shouldn't have been so hopeful."
