The boy stopped and turned to Lucas, studying him with his eyes for slightly too long before turning back to the machine and nodding. "My name is Luther Wolf." he explained proudly.

Maria smiled as the woman answered the phone, and changed her voice to that of her younger brother.
"Oh good morning Mrs Dingsdale," she began in the deep, authoritative male voice. "I'm calling from Eastern bank-Schtenko monetary transactions service, hear in Altach Celeria. Could you tell me how much money you would like, please?"

"And should I know you?" Lucas asked, a sour expression appearing on his face. "I don't recognise you."

"It's 4 hours long," Alicia said sadly. Lying in bed, warm next to Allen, Alicia felt content and happy. Strangely, this was one of the few times for as long as she could remember where she hadn't had to drive away the evil voices.
"I have an idea," she said smoothly, putting her hand on his chest. "Why don't you...give my body a little exam. Don't you think that would be nice?"

Mewan stood and walked to Elosqir, stumbling at first but then getting back up properly. "It isn't as easy as it probably looks!", he laughed.

Mrs Dingsdale was a little taken aback to say the least. This could be very easily a scam operation ; she hadn't heard the bank name before and it seemed way too good to be true. But given her recent conversation... she persisted. "I'm terribly sorry." she said, in case she had misheard. "May you please repeat that?"

"You've got a good enough length," Elosqir commented. "In more ways than one, of course. So do you think you'll be able to walk casually in them?"

"Are you an extremely late exchange student or something?" Lucas asked, getting a coffee from a machine.

"Yes I'm calling from Eastern bank-Schtenko monetary transactions service," Maria repeated. "How much money would you like? We have a large amount of money, as you probably know. Would you like some of it?"

"You need to shout 'English' at it to get it going. The manual controls are really difficult to use, as evidenced by that thing over their!"

"We've a slave at the school from Woodstovia who's convinced himself that he's some lost Emperor who will one day take back his crown and other such shit. Are you all insane?"

"Would you like to be one?" Maria asked, attempting to end the gossip.

Luther stared at Lucas for a few seconds, making a mental note of what he'd just heard. He was angered by his words but remained level-headed for now. "No, I don't think you can call an entire country insane." he said to Lucas before turning to the machine and ordering fried eggs.
