OOCly, I'll be pushing for an RP with SACTO, which would be the said proxy war. Also I'd like to expand member base by recruitment.

The URA will be providing a large amount of the equipment and technology for said ULAD, so nobody really has to worry their heads. Just let our people come into your country and install the necessary equipment.

I'm guessing this is all being developed and paid for by some mystical UL coffer.

I would like to propose a possible addition to the UL for the general public to discuss. If you like it, it shall be further reviewed by the Commisars.

I had this idea after Alo's defeat in the elections. Now, Alo did a great job. We all know that, and anybody who disagrees can fite me 1v1. Therefore, I would like to creae an OOC sort of award or title to give to members who have done invaluable things for the greater good of the UL. They can add it to their Sig or whatever. Alo has guided us through a tumultuous and troubled transition to Democracy. We survived it, thanks to him. Now that he has quite peacefully turned over power, I believe a subject up for debate should be whether to create an OOC award for UL members.

That's exactly what people say about Diplomats. See, Diplomats do all they can to maintain peace, but their efforts go unnoticed because they are largely successful. If they do well, there will be no problem for the people who have to deal with it if they fail, and they might not notice it then.
