Song for the World II
Chanson pour la Monde II

Hosted by Martha Alix (born Martha Alice Rosenthal; 13 March 1976), Song for the World is Lymantatia's national final for WV36. The six songs will be broadcast on Martha Alix's evening show Alix bei Sonnenuntergang. The singer is LEAf.
--------------------------------
>> (musical fanfare)
>> MARTHA ALIX: Today is
17 February 2015,
and this is Song for the World,
where there are six songs
performed every night
and the winning song
will represent Lymantatia
in the WorldVision
Song Contest 37.
(people screaming)
The previous song
is a potential shoo-in
to win the contest.
Also, I will now introduce
the fourth song now.
The fourth song was written
by Maria Genovese
and it is called
Vedo Per Il Futuro.
...
Vedo per il futuro
Sono come una regina
Che è il must bella
...
(applauding)

Song #4: Vedo Per Il Futuro
Title Translation: N/A
Tune: María Ólafsdóttir - Unbroken (0:30-0:39)
Genre: Pop-rock
Language(s): Italian, English
Lyrics: Maria Genovese
Music: Maria Genovese

NOTE: Again, not the participating song, but there are two more left.
Baptism of Fire 44 Round of 16, de facto retired.

I might contemplate resending Arlnonsen using the IC reason of the Elkean Telecommunications taking over after the Independent broadcaster decided to pull out due to bad results for the year, with a song being another Eesti Laul song.

If that happens, I probably will cap friendly voting between NBL and ARL to 5-7 points max.

You have just won. That is my favourite song of Eesti Laul and if it wins that Eurovision so far. Congrats on your win.
With Arlnonsen, if you are going to use them again use this lovely gem of a song.

That would be crazy to write!

But anyway, it's still in Arlnonsen's long list for Worldvision 37!

The list now stands at this:

Eesti Laul 2015
1. Miina - Kohvitassi Lugu
2. Liis Lemsalu & Egert Milder - Hold On
3. Bluestocking - Kordumatu

Eesti Laul 2014
4. Lenna - Supernoova
5. Sandra Nurmsalu - Kui tuuled poorduvad (pre-selected for WV31, which EnE withdrew from)
6. Brigita Murutar - Laule tais taevakaar

Eesti Laul 2013
7. Winny Puhh - Meiecundimees üks Korsakov läks eile Lätti (too hard to write)
8. Pohja-Tallinn - Meil on aega veel

Eesti Laul 2012
9. Lenna - Mina jaan

Eesti Laul 2011
10. Ithaka Maria - Hopa'pa-rei
11. Meister ja Mari - Unemati

Eesti Laul 2010
12. IIRIS - Astronaut
13. Violina feat. Rolf Junior - Maagiline päev
14. Lenna - Rapunzel

Eesti Laul 2009
15. Laura - Destiny

Due to objections by Marcus Faith, the song that will represent Fratton had been changed to Shut Up and Dance. Marcus will still perform the number.

OOC: the new backing to this track is partly based on Meghan Trainor's Bang Them Sticks, with small elements of Stevie Wonder's Superstition in the mix too.

Nobreloen wrote:Got a few minutes with rare wifi, will return with Nobreloen, but without Arlnonsen this time, reason given being that Im not even sure if I can get an entry done by Nobreloen. ;)

I've managed to read some pages of the previous WV thread, and thanks for the 9th placing! Kalosian votes could have pushed me up but it's a great top ten finish nevertheless. Not gonna be greedy. :p Although pretty unexpected since I expected the reverse between the results of the two entries.

Oh by the way, I do agree with the cap on points awarded between the same person. I actually started reciprocal voting using two nations because of this wish (to shore up chances) whilst using it as an RP chance for the federation of EnE as well as diverging the musical tastes of the two places (decreasing points awarded), so I'm fine with any proposed changes. :)

And yes - Chameliya and Talvezout  Thanks for the thanks for the votes!

Puppetries of Nobreloen and Arlnonsen confirmed. :)

As usual, due to the two-nations-max rule, Elke and Elba will sit it out.
