@TotallyNotCommunist I'm afraid you are very incorrect. Our tolerance centres are an example of the level of freedom and progressivism we have here in the UPSR. Rather than just fine or imprison those who commit hate crimes, we actually care about them and use tolerance centres to help them advance past their previous hateful ways.
These are not prisons like may would have you believe, the majority of my patients live at home and still hold their jobs, only having to undergo their tolerance course on the weekend (or whenever else they are free). We do care for the victims of hate crimes, but we also care for the hate criminals themselves and want to help them improve themselves into law-abiding citizens. It is rehabilitation.
