Background Information
NationStates Airlines Assessment, Inc. (NSAA) is a organization based in Port Forte, Cirona that evaluates the service of airlines around the world, monthly.
The airlines are assessed in detail, from ground service to cabin service.
The airlines are then given a star ranking, ranging for one star to five stars. The former means the service is poor, while the latter means the service is exceptional.
Awards, such as Airline of the Month, Best Cabin Crew of the Month and Airline Alliance of the Month﹐ will also be handed out.
However, star rankings and awards will only be given out if the airline decides to apply for a star ranking and/or an award.


Rules
There are many rules in this assessment that players must follow. Failure to do so will result in a suspension of NSAA Trust Certificate. Multiple breaches of rules may cause the invalidity of the NSAA Trust Certificate for that airline.

a) One airline per player.
b) You must have a valid NSAA Trust Certificate before applying for star rankings and awards. Renewing monthly is necessary.
c) You must fill in the application form properly in English or Chinese only.
d) Please be modest.
e) You must post your application on this thread every twentieth day of the month.
f) Late applications will not be accepted.
g) Airlines are only allowed to apply for three categories (excluding star rankings).
h) If you are the only airline that has applied for that category, the category will be made invalid.

Judging
Once all applications are in, NSAA will recruit some judges in private. These judges will be assigned to multiple applications, and they would give a score out of 100. Then, the NSAA themselves will read the top five applications, and choose the winner.
