As the RUPS Dredge encountered the canal today, we were invited on board the destroyer to speak with her fleets Admiral, Admiral Peta. We asked him the purpose of crossing the ocean and he gave a swift reply, "Why? It's simple. The government has opened a new naval base in the Catalina Islands. No nation has anything to fear." He did have something to add though. "We allowed a team of two destroyers to move in on Havana to inspect the port from at most two miles out. I do warn that if fired upon, they have the orders to fire back and be ruthless about it. They will make two or three passes before regrouping with the First Fleet to escort the King Robbert to port before rejoining is." Our time was up just after this as the fleet began to move again.

Parliament has ordered garrisons in Thailand to mobilize and the 4th carrier group has been ordered to defend the ports. The prime minister has issued a warning that any attempt by North Timeria to take the colony will be seen as an act of war and be treated as such. Orders have been given to activate several MLRS batteries in Thailand and that ASOD will be deployed to Thailand to protect the territory

Parliament has responded by saying that it has not given the RUP permission to being naval vessels into Havana. And warns that if RUP military vessels enter Genoan ports it will be met by a military response of starshells and if they persist lethal force is to be used unless permission is explicitly given

In an effort to further secure the nations borders against foreign aggression, Sera has just launched it's 5th Zeus Class satellite, strengthening the total Space Warfare Network. The satellite is the biggest one launched by the Special Weapons and Warfare Division (SWWD), being twice as big as it's siblings currently in orbit around the planet. It's larger size has allowed for increased ammunition, and being a newer model allowing better tech for target tracking. The scientists who were responsible have dubbed it Typhon.

These weapons platforms are non-nuclear in nature, however, the SWWD have declined to share any specifics of the highly technological device for the sake of Homeland Security. When asked about anything else we could know about the satellite, one of the lead scientists had this to say. "Big thing let go of smaller thing, smaller thing fall hit ground, ground go boom. What else is there for you to know about it? It's a freaking bomb not a fighter jet."

When asked about hacking from foreign powers, the scientists said that the platforms are manned 24/7 to counter any unauthorized launching attempts. Backing that, the platforms are protected by highly advanced Firewalls and Security programs.
To date, the only times the platforms have been used against a foreign power, is with the brief war with Brasilistan and the conflict with Xs Nation. Yet, according to the Government, it is not afraid to use it.

Queen Veronica gave information the confirmation of the birth to Infante Jean-Pedro I of Espana and Navarre today. Jean-Pedro I was born ten years ago during one of Queen Veronica's extended vacation. This means this is the fourth child between Queen Regent Veronica and King Louis-Philippe of Navarre. The other children between the two were 13 year old Infanta Marie Antonia,Infanta Mariana Victoria and 12 year old Infanta Carlota Joan and now confirmed to be the final child is 10 year old Infante Jean-Pedro I. The four non-wedlock children are officially princes and princesses of Espana and Navarre, but are only in line to the Navarrese Throne, not the Spanish Throne.

Today the TSA would like to confirm that there will be a unmanned mission to Europa. This is the results of years of research and technological innovation. These men at the Timerian Space Agency have worked long hours so that we can reach this point and the hard work has finally paid off. We plan to send a rocket equipped with state of the art... and even some experimental tech to Europa. The rocket will deliver 2 satellites, 2 rovers, and 2 unmanned submarines.

There is not yet an official date but all components have been constructed. We have plans to launch this year and the journey to Europa is expected to be between 10 to 12 months. We have delayed the launch to... open up an opportunity. We Timerians enjoy a love for science and we wish to share it with fellow Meillur nations. We ask that we put our differences aside and work together. We are inviting scientist, scholars, and researchers to join us on this great journey. They will be granted a 4 year visa to work in North Timeria. The research will be available to all nations and we encourage them to bring information back home.

This could open up a whole new world in the science community and also bring some stability to the region. We hope that our fellow nations can see the value in this and flock to work with us. We ask that all nation join us, no matter what past issues we have had. This is more important than any petty dispute among our governments.

Parliament has officially released a bill allowing for local oil companies to begin offshore drilling in Cuba and the new Bahamas territory. It is hoped that the increase in oil supplies in domestic markets will help to bring the price of Genoan gasoline down. The government will be offering rewards to companies who sell only to Genoan refineries and has limited the drilling licenses only to Genoan companies.

Parliament has also decided that all FDC members will be entirely excluded from Genoan oil exports, and these will be diverted elsewhere, including domestic markets

the National Assembly has also passed legislation excluding north timeria from Genoan trade, and has also orders the freezing of all north timerian assets in Genoan territory

2 miles outside of Havana, Carribean Ocean

It was confirmed today by naval command that two destroyers have arrived just outside of Havana. The RUPS Ketch and Gabson were sent off to anchor and monitor the port at Havana. The duration of stay has not been announced officially but some estimate 2-30 days depending upon the location of the flagship fleet. They were only there to monitor port activity for suspicion and trade activity. More to come as we receive.

After a heated debate over the relocation of the center of power in the Federation, a vote has concluded on the selection of a new center, and Afganistan has been chosen. In addition the city of Kabul has been made the new capital of the federation and government officials and senators are to be transported from Havana to Kabul tomorrow. However the Royal seat will remain in Havana, and so too will the Royal family.

The National Assembly has warned that there will be three well marked airliners transporting the senators to Kabul,and that any attempt to interrupt neccessary movement of the senators will be met with immediate retaliation by the Genoan military

Today the President will go to senate and ask that a state of war exist between the nation of Genoa and North Timeria. It is believed that the senate will approve and North Timeria will go to war. North Timeria had no problem with Genoa until recently. Now with the nation on the edge of war forces have increased readiness and Olympians are being called for active duty.

Also in other new Prince Emile and Princess Honey will be having a baby. This is the newest royal baby and is expected to become King after prince Infinity. There has already been speculation on names and gender but no words have come from the royal family yet.

Today marks the National Assembly election, it is expected that the increasingly popular Marxist party will take control. The party leaders promise that they will not only create a classless society, but they will also take a true stand against the FDC and create a worldwide socialist revolution.

In other news the National Assembly has brought to a vote an increase in military spending, as well as a full mobilization in readiness for an imminent Timerian war. As for now the National Assembly has passed legislation authorizing the military to assist law enforcement agencies in enforcing federal law

Audaliyanese Deploy Fourth Dynastic Fleet to Audaliyaneae North Sea

Given the situation in Thailand and the Kingdom of Genoa, a longstanding ally of Zhongguoaodaliya, the fact that the nation has chosen to deploy a force to its northernmost oceanic territory is unsurprising. What was not excited was the beginning of a temporary mobilisation of the Zhongguo-Audaliyanese Dynastic Navy.

Unlike a full or even partial mobilisation, a temporary mobilisation is deigned to quickly reinforce a front or deter a threat and then rapidly revert to normal operation. The exact details are classified, but we know at least two Zhengyi cruisers are a part of the fleet, and it is certainly likely to include a Mengyan helicopter carrier. It is also known that at least two Ceilingyuan recon UAVs have been deployed from Audaliyanese islands. The fleet is estimated to take around two hours to arrive in position.

After tensions have raised in the Pacific, a long over due plan has finally been finished. Two naval bases, one on the Baja Pennenaula and one on the island herself have been finished. So far there has been a massive gathering of naval fleets. Some have speculated that it may be to regain to naval control in the pacific. We have also learned that the ships at Havana have returned to the RUPS Robbert and are on their way to base.

It is also unknown if the mobilization could spell war with Genoa. More to come as the Senate diliberates.

Zhongguoaodaliya To Initiate Embargo On North Timeria

In direct response to the Timerian declaration of war on the Kingdom of Genoa, the nation of Zhongguoaodaliya, an ally of Genoa, has declared that it plans to initiate an embargo on North Timeria, shutting down all land, sea and air based trade with the nation. The embargo will come into effect in twelve hours.

In addition, the Audaliyanese Fourth Dynastic Fleet, which is currently positioned in the Audaliyanese Far Sea and contains the ZADN-OV Shenzhong, a Mengyan helicopter carrier, has been placed on standby. The Audaliyanese have been ordered to defend Zhongguoaodaliya from any hostile naval vessels.

The embargo may have a small negative impact on Zhongguoaodaliya however as the involved nations have little dependency upon their trade with each other it is doubted that any major damage will be dealt to either nation by the embargo.

We are reporting live outside of Senate Hill for this special report. Senate has now voted on assistance for the Timerian Genoan war. The vote ended as follows. 'On assistance to aid Timeria; Yea: 179, Ney: 110, Abstain: 11. Yeas had it. For assistance to Genoa; Yea: 50, Ney: 245, Abstain: 5."

It seems by the vote that the RUP is now at a state of war with Genoa. A nation that has been pestering the Kingdom for years. This concludes our special report.

Prince George is King Alfried I's heir and fourth born of the House of Dreyfus and Queen Chloe's first child. "Today marks the unveiling of the newest weapon system which the President has been teasing at for some time. We go now live to our camera crew inside the testing area, a little over fifteen miles from here." The camera feeds cut to another image of a massive machine taking steps towards a position marked on the ground. Shouting and commands can be heard being given in the background. "Hello! We're here at the testing facility, where we've been told that these new weapons will be designated Mobile Suits, and that in addition to military purposes they can serve the civilian world as well." The camera panned up to reveal the machine, which was coated in a black paint job and had a deep blue mono-eye optical sensor, it also had a mounted shoulder shield proudly displaying the ISAF emblem, as well as spikes on the opposite shoulder. It was carrying a large 120mm machine gun, and had the Zaku Bazooka stored on its back. "We've been told this model is designated the Zaku II, and for now will serve as the primary military model. It's targets, are" the camera panned out to reveal several columns of tanks and other armored vehicles out in the distance "those military units out there. Oh! They seem to be starting!" The Zaku raised it's machine gun and loaded a drum magazine into it, before widening it's stance a tad and taking aim, before letting loose a barrage of automatic fire, each shot resounding with a large *BOOM* as it obliterated several of the tanks with well placed shots. In the pause that took place as it swapped weapons the reporter spoke up "Incredible! It completely destroyed those tanks!" It loaded it's bazooka and took a knee as it aimed before launching a 240mm rocket round down range at the vehicles as well, which exploded with a shockwave upon impact, completely destroying the remainder of the targets.

After several moments, the reporter spoke up again
"Well you've seen it here first folks, the awesome power of new Mobile Suits." The camera panned back to the mobile suit, which was a few hundred yards away, which for publicity, raised the ISAF flag and held a thumbs up towards the camera. The feed cut back to the news station.

Today, we received word that the RUPS Robbert has not arrived at port but was spotted with her fleet at Havana. It's been speculated that they are beginning a blockade from the air and sea. With rising tension between former allies, this could be expected. After the Provinces fought multiple wars along side of Genoa and gave aid, with no repayment, the government has become fed up. The fleet is expected to approach port as the Valkyrie and other ships will begin a block of other Genoan ports.

We can report that as a ship proceeded to leave port, guns from within the fleet retaliated with warning shots. The shots rocked the area around and missed as intended by 20 yards right of the ship. This serves as a warning to any ship attempting to leave Genoa. Do not attempt to leave port or you will be ruthlessly sunken. No statement has been received from the government or military command. After the 2nd Timerian war there was suppose to be peace... but things don't always go as planned. Today South Timeria faces a long list of problems; including a group of Insurgents in the southwest. The Timerian Monarchs or TIMOR have been causing havoc in the South.

In the Southwest life is very different and people struggle between making ends meet and terrorist groups bombing schools. Just last month over 200 civilians were killed and 12 South Timeria soldiers. The people of the south live in fear everyday.

The newly elected President Sam Cato has declared a state of emergency in the south and deployed guard units to assist local police or so he thought. What started as a assistance mission has turned into a full on war. South Timeria troops come under fire everyday and this month causalities are expected to be worse.

With the onset of the RUP blockade, it has been decided that a new National Assembly will be created in Kabul by a popular vote. The former senators have been dismissed and elections are scheduled to take place later this week. Also it has been announced that work will begin on a new warship, though details aren't beimg released as to the nature of the project, but the navy has hinted that it will be of a revolutionary design.

The army has also begun to look for a replacement for it M1A2s, and has begun working on a new tank hoping to incorporate stealth technologies and heavy armor and firepower into one system. They are again not releasing any details on the project and have hinted on the expansion of something called ASOD

Tragedy has struck! Today this morning the Prussian Embassy in Deritain-Singapore was bombed by a group of terrorists. The bombing destroyed much of the eastern wing of the building and killed forty people. The Prussian Consulate has gotten to work and are currently investigating the bombing of the Embassy and suspicious subjects are being question. Many believe that those behind the attack were ether Russlandain or members of the FDC. The investigators have been silent on the matter but are still searching for answers.
