The Army of Derita has at the direction of Clármont Rohan invaded Greece. Monsieur Rohan has declared that the Queen of Greece has become far too like that of a dictatorship. Rohan has put Field Marshal Jean Hilaire I charge of the force. A force of 8,000 peacekeepers have arrived on 5 warships and marched into the capital. Marshal Hilaire and his army went from the docks into City Square and brandishing a Christopherian war sword ordered the Queen outside and yelled at her to abdicate from the throne of Greece.

Albanian Prime Minister Vuksan Demachi in a speech given in the Albanian Parliament said that, for liberty and democracy that the Albanian Armed Forces and the Unified Atmoran Armed Forces should invade Greece and to support the Deritan Army to have the Greek Queen removed from the throne.

After his speach the Royal Albanian Land Force & the United Atmoran Army marched to the Greek Capitol and notified the Deritan Army that the Albanian and Atmoran Forces are friendlies not enemies in this war. The United Atmoran Navy & the Royal Albanian Naval Force had sent a detachment of the Mediterranean Fleet, the Atmoran & Albanian Fleet Air Arms are currently waiting for the word to launch RANF's and UAN's fighter jets.

At 2:05 pm today and then promptly fled the palace on horse back and then by car out if the city to the town of Aakopolis, where she then fled the country, en route to Polonge.

The nation was shell shocked as the nation has been handed over to Deritain Republicains. None are sure over wither to riot in the streets or to praise Marshal Hilaire. This confusion has put the entire nation of Greece in a state of radio static. Nikolas Krieztis has commented that as interesting and strange the Deritains may be, they appear to be highly effective. Krieztis and his supports have already started to right up plans for a new Republican Greece.

The proposal toke place in when the couple was in the Butchart Gardens in Sierrapolis, SI. The Royal wedding is said to be taken place behind the Alexandria Royal Palace next week, Prime Ministers, High Commissioners, Governor-Generals and important political figures are going to be attending the wedding between Icelynn and Leo III.

This wedding itself will be first foreign monarch in the recent century to marry into House Wolf. However this won't be the first non-denizen of the Atmoran Rijk to marry into the House of Wolf. Yet some people are wondering if Icelynn will take the name of Wessex or keep her last name as Wolf and instead take the name Wessex as her middle name, according to the 1880's Royal Proclamation by late King Valentine.

Today, President Joshua Swanner, upon returning from the Republic of Derita, held a brief press conference at Conner City International Airport. There, Mr. Swanner was quoted as saying the following after being asked:

Reporter: "Mr. President, there are rumors that Christopher II has returned to Derita and may threaten the stability of the new Republic. What are your plans to deal with such an event?"

Mr. Swanner: "Well, both Congress and I have already approved funding to the new Republic, as well as military assistance if needed. Should Mr. Christopher attempt to destabilize the existing and legitimate government of Derita, we would take that as an assault upon the Republic and thus would be able to provide military assistance to Republican forces.

However, we hope that it will not come to that, and that Mr. Christopher will recognize the rightful and legitimate government currently in place in Derita. Thank you."

The conference will be Swanner's last before Nomination Day on March 7th. It is widely expected that Swanner will remain the incumbent candidate for both the Progressive and Libertarian parties, and a recent PEN poll estimated that Mr. Swanner enjoys a 64% chance of re-election.

Earlier today, military vehicles were spotted leaving the military depot in Rockford. Camera's followed them to a about a mile out where military police stopped all media. It was a solid 20 minutes of silence before gunshots were fired leading to explosions and eventually heavy smoke. It's reported that the attack was on the Red family home of the infamous House of Red. Within an hour, black humvees filled with red beret wearing operators exited the manor and headed back to Rockford while a line of coroners vans streamed onto the land. Taking two hours to bag and tag they also were spotted leaving. Afterward media was allowed to enter the land where a burned down and blown up house was found. Blood was found around the yard and the family farm was burned, most animals slaughtered while some were taken back with the soldiers. It's resembles an operation by King Leo I in the 1800's.

We spoke to Colonel Greene, presiding officer of the Rockford base declined to answer and stated it was not his operation and came from way higher than him. He stated that his men did carry out a raid which turned violent. He then nodded cameras away and retreated to his office.

The local coroner stated that they did pick up bodies in the neighborhood of 15 bodies. They did not comment on any further information.

Today the Prince Regent, Frederick of Orange, granduncle of the ill King William-Alexander II announced that he and the States-Generaal have decided that it is most beneficial in order to remain a sovereign nation to join the Freedom Defense Coalition. Prime Minister Philippe M. Roudophe states that the nation is so small in comparison to that of its neighbors, and will potential dynastic problems like the issue of King Louis II and the lack of children from the King and no immediate family, it is what is needed.

Prime Minister Roudophe and Prince Regent Frederick signed documents before the gathered States-Generaal and have sent transmissions to Conner City to the Freedom Defense Coalition's headquarters there.

The process of joining the Western Bloc in this silent Cold War is expected to by the peak of Frederick's Régency over the kingdom. Since 2049, when William-Alexander II went insane due to unknown triggers in his genetic make up, Frederick has reluctantly ruled the country, refusing to have himself be made King. While it is unknown how the domestic issues of the country will be solved, this joining of the FDC will cement the nation's sovereignty and gain us many allies.

Prime Minister Roudophe announced that just hours after negotiations and planning, that the country has been voted into the Freedom Defense Federation. Today the King, Willem-Alexander II of the kingdom was married to the princess of Westphalia, Alexandrine Clotildé. 3,500 guests made up the congregation at Saint Catherine Cathedral. Prince Regent Frederick and Alexandrine selected St Catherine's over St. Lawrence and St. Elizabeth's , the traditional site of royal weddings since 2020 , because St. Catherine's offered more seating and permitted a longer procession through the streets of Utrecht.
The ceremony was a traditional Church of the Dutch wedding service, presided over by the Most Reverend Radgan Richardian, Archbishop of Utrecht, and the Very Reverend Alan Inge, Dean of St. Catherine's Cathedral. An estimated 750 million people watched the ceremony worldwide, and this figure allegedly rose to a billion when the radio audience is added in, although there are no means of verifying these figures. A million and a half spectators lined the route of Alexandrine's procession from Limburg House, with 4,000 police and 2,300 military officers to manage the crowds.

All of the King's governors-generals, as well as several of Europe's crowned heads, attended such as King Allan I of Serbia, Queen Caroline of Great Hyruke, Oscar III of Sweden and Carlos II of Espana . King Jerome-Bonaparte II of Westphalia, the cousin of the bride herself attended as well.

Regiments from the Commonwealth realms participated in the procession, including the Royal Regiment of Indonesia.

Princess Alexandrine arrived at the cathedral in the Royal coach with her brothers Louis-Auguste, Duc de Chartes and Joseph, Comte de Gien and escorted by six mounted Metropolitan Police officers. She arrived almost on time for the 11:30 ceremony. The carriage was too small to hold the three of them comfortably due to her voluminous dress and train. She made the three-and-a-half minute walk up the red-carpeted aisle with the sumptuous 25 ft (8 m) train of gown behind her.

Alexandrine, so caught up in the excitement accidentally changed the order of His Majesty's names during her vows, saying "Willem-Alexander Ferdinand George Claus" instead of the correct "Willem-Alexander Claus George Ferdinard". His Majesty also made an error. He said he would offer her "thy goods" instead of "my worldly goods". She did not promise to "obey" him as part of the traditional vows. That word was eliminated at the couple's request, which caused has caused a sensation among the people.

Music and songs used during the wedding included the, "I Vow to Thee, My Country", "Pomp and Circumstance No.4" and the Dutch National Anthem.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Alexandrine made their way from the cathedral via motorcade to the Royal Palace in Amsterdam.

Serian Army Moves into the Region of Niger!

A few days ago, the High Council of the Armed Forces approached King Tu'Aruc with the possibility of moving into the Region of Niger and imposing a Serian rule over the region, effectively making the people there subjects of the King and citizens of Sera. However, our sources tell of how King Tu'Aruc denied this plan, and instead affirmed that the people of Niger should, and shall continue to rule themselves and decide their own future, free of Serian rule as long as it does not endanger the people of Sera.

Undeterred, the HCAF (High Council of the Armed Forces) approached the Grand Elders and presented their plan to the 125-member Legislative body. And after 2 days of deliberation, debating, and voting, came to a decision of overruling the King by a margin of 103 yes, and 22 no. Under law, the Grand Elders can only overturn a decision made by his Majesty (or any other monarch) if at least two-thirds of the body agrees to do so.

As a result, Serian Soldiers have moved into the Region, deposing whatever local governments were there, stamping out resistance or negotiating with local leaders, and establishing amenities enjoyed in the homeland. Total Absorption and election of local leaders are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Today the Prince Regent, Frederick of the Netherlands traveled to the capital of the Empire of Russlande to meet with Prince Nicholas Albert Constantine, brother and heir to the throne of Greece. The Prince had been living in Denmark-Norway until his brother became the King of the Hellenes. He had, according to the Greeks, moved to Russlande this month.

Officially the Prince Regent meet with the Empress of Russlande, the charming Alara-Elizabeth I of Russlande. The two have begun talking about negotiations for a Dutch-Russlandian Alliance, separate from that of the Freedom Defense Coalition and the Congress of Vienna.

However, Supposedly, Prince Regent Frederick wishes to have the Danish-Greek prince marry his daughter, Princess Marie Anna Elisabeth.

The two young royals briefly meet in the hotel that the Prince Regent and the Princess were staying at.

While the more serious and political minded people of the Netherlands wonder the impact that a treaty and a Dutch-Russlandain Alliance can cause, the more frivolous think of the possibility of a Royal marriage.

The child's name have been announced to be Princess Adela Charlotte, named after her great-grandmother and her godmother, Empress Anna Charlotte. The royal couple have been given thousands upon thousands of cards, flowers and gifts congratulating them.

Rohan Under Duress, says Swanner, Plus Dutch FDC Plans

Today, President Joshua Swanner stated that SWORD investigative agents were "looking into" possibilities that Clarmont Rohan dissolved the Republic of Derita under duress from Royalist forces.

Swanner, who spoke at a hastily called press conference following the surprise announcement of dissolution two days ago, also stated that the Dutch Empire would sign documents inducting it into the FDC when a state visit to Conner City occurs soon. He declined to give more details on either case, however, Swanner stated that if it was found that Royalist forces forced Rohan to dissolve the Republic, it could be considered an act against the Republic and thus could be considered an act of war against the USC.

Surprise!

It has been announced that Prime Minister Rohan, the Duke of Maine has become engaged to the lovely, Princess Henrietta de Hollande. The charming Princess is the younger sister of other notable woman such as Grande Dauphiné Christiné of Genes, Princess Marie Karoline of North Timeria and Empress Auguste of Prussia. The engagement was at first set against by Henrietta's mother, as it is non-dynastic, but it has been decided that it will continue and the two will be the founders of the Cadet Branch of the cadet branch of Senior Volonté as the honorable and semi-Royal House of Hollande-Rohan.

Prince Regent Frederick announced the engagement of his daughter Princess Marie and Prince Chase will be married. This comes as a shock over the current issue in Saint Petersburghe. Prince Nicholas of Greece having been rejected, the Prince Regent has decided to remain to discuss the Dutch-Russlandian Alliance. Meanwhile already the Prince Regent and the Royal Counil have been discussing when the marriage will happen.

The hope is that the two will be married soon before Chase's sister's wedding or soon after. Reports state that the couple get along really well, though there are current debates over where they shall live and if Prince Chase may join the House of Orange-Nassau.

Following the return of the Lady Princess of Scotland the defusion of the angry revolutionaries, the Royalists attempted to have Princess Adelaide of Scotland crowned as the new Queen of Scots, however at the last moment, the short lived proclaimed Queen Adelaide of Scots snatched the crown out of the Archbishop of Glasgow's hands and proceeded to instead crown her niece-in-law, Mary as Queen of Scots.

State-Chancellor Metternich of Bavaria died today in a freak car crash while crossing the border from Derita into the Kingdom of Baden. Metternich had been traveling with Secretary of State of Baden, Rainer Ferdinand from Vanessa to Munich when the back tire of their car exploded and the car flew across the bridge, crashing into three other cars, injuring five people, two seriously and killing three more people. The delegate's car hit the side railing and Rainer was the owned out of the car onto the bridge while Metternich tragically died in the River Rhine.

Prince Chase of Atmora married Princess Marie of the Netherlands today in a well made and planned but not over flamboyant wedding ceremony.

At the request of the groom, there was no religious ceremony that followed the actual wedding ceremony at the Wied Manor. The wedding was attended by the siblings and parents of both the bride and groom, Prince Regent Frederick returning briefly from his continuous stay in Saint Petersburghe to attend the wedding.

Among their marriage, the Royal Council, a section on the States-Generaal put in charge of setting the finances and manners of the Royal family gave the two the title of Duke and Duchess of Wied. With this they gain an estate in Germany, in Utrecht and a total of ten apartments in the Royal Palace in Amsterdam.

The couple was set with an annual salary of 61,388 Dutch Pounds for Princess Marie, Duchess of Wied and 44,756 Dutch Pounds for her husband, the Duke of Wied.
